    @WAAMBMEDIC Was almost nearly tempted to switch back to @optus from @Telstra last week for International call inclusion but…5G coverage remains better with T, & to their credit T’s service when I called to negotiate was 👌,they didn’t want me to leave-great deal offered. Recommend switch.

    @Telstra How do you get off awarding a best of Business award to anyone. As a poorly run, stakeholder as opposed to customer centric, and one of the most untrusted and disliked companies operating in Australia- you are not in a position to award anyone.

    @Telstra According to your website, no. But there always seems to be at least a three hour delay between an outage and your status page accurately reflecting said status.

    @Telstra support claims my internet wasn’t connected! Why was I connected to the internet then? Why was I paying for a service I “wasn’t connected to”?

    @Telstra As far as psychological support goes I’m not sure anyone employed by Telstra is qualified to help. Clearly technically inept too given the inability of Telstra to escape observable network issues. Telstra crowd sources the public to do its work for it as ever…
