... Most government departments fail to comply with the most basic cybersecurity protocols. This is about Dutton and his PR team boosting his stakes. Is another Libspill in the offing? Fabulous, as it is, to have a Telstra boss in charge of anything to do with security.

@Brodhe @__KaraJohnson I've been with Aldi mobile for over 5 years. Not had one single issue (or need to contact support). However Telstra actually made me cry dealing with them. Poor dudes name was Mario and I often wonder if he thought I self harmed after the call ended. I did not, just sobbed.

@juliettemcaleer @Telstra coverage is patchy for mobiles here😣 I often see in community pages all the different providers go down. Our mobile data at home is nearly non existent. We just have Telstra prepaid unfortunately. They actually give the better mobile rural coverage. Others may have diff feedback

@Telstra Thanks Lauren, no issues on the outage page. The speed definitely dropped noticeably around 1 to 1:30 pm AEST, but I'm not sure what the rate was before that, as I had not felt the need to check the speed until it dropped out. Hasn't returned back to the higher speed since.

@H1ghSKy1 @Telstra my internet has been down all day

  • R_Burgoyne Richard (@R_Burgoyne) reported

@minecoder @Telstra I was told the same thing and instead moved providers. Why offer a digital service that makes it more difficult to use than a standard sim card.

@Talej @Telstra Year in and year out I have issues with tele companies...

  • TehCapone YM_capone (@TehCapone) reported

now of course ****** @Telstra is up and down like a pogo stick cause they are “updating NBN” which I wasn’t even informed would be happening. Can you tell me why I’m paying both a monthly sub to WoW and a monthly internet bill and I’m sitting over here with my **** in my hand?!?

  • juliettemcaleer 🌈Juliette (@juliettemcaleer) reported

@Telstra, as a family who spends almost $750 a month on Telstra broadband & mobile plans, we would like to object in the strongest of terms to any future forced autopay arrangements. We wont hesitate to go elsewhere if you insist on forcing the issue.

  • Talej Michael (@Talej) reported

@cbiggins @Telstra … I found Belong to be pretty efficient. Can’t help with the NBN though
