    @franksting @neilphillips Simply asking “how do I connect my watch to my account” should have sent me to an info page. As it is I was told I have to pay by DD when there’s no late payment flag and I’ve been with Telstra for many years. It’s bad service. Isn’t it ? Or am I nit picking?

    Once a again no internet connection via mobile from @Telstra near Busselton. Can not get GPS correction service to spray paddocks.

    No public response from #Telstra just a private message to a link to a time wasting login. Customer service is dismal, why take the due date off the Bill? So you can charge a fee if I don't pay on time?

    @Telstra Changing current Broadband over to NBN. Basically all I’ve been told is go check the website and pick tour plan. So essentially no difference between an existing customer and a random website customer.

    @Telstra Any idea when you will have the Outlook connection timeout issue resolved? I have over a dozen clients who cannot use Outlook to conduct their business affairs. Webmail is not practical for users who only have experience in Outlook.

    🎀🔌🙏 1/2 Due to a major outage, my mobile line, landline & internet connection are all dead for the 6th day now!! Can’t communicate or reach anybody & can’t log onto Twitter. Harassing #Telstra daily but all to no avail. Haven’t forgotten you guys. Apologies. 🙏🔌🎀

    @GuardianAus Think of all the hours of labour lost through the Morrison Government doing things on the cheap. Every time you ring Telstra about a blown up #NBN box, they make you go through the whole trouble shooting process first, even though you know what the problem is (again). #auspol

    Turns out, @telstra refuses to answer a support question unless you arrange to post pay by direct debit. Even if your existing contract does not specify that as a condition. So Telstra forces “standover” conditions by policy.
