@Telstra What tech support might you be referring to? Speaking to someone at Telstra is not a possibility unless you wish to wait for hours on the phone. Maybe Telstra should employ more people to answer the phone rather than monitor social media. Nothing’s happening, that’s the point!

@Telstra Ivan if I did a wasted my clients time by insisting on new credit check for all my existing, loyal customers that have never missed a payment, I would lose quite a few of them. The only reason you haven’t lost my business is your monopoly outside the city areas.

@Telstra Just calls. Texts ok data ok. Rebooting the phone works for one call only. Thereafter same problem. Can’t restart the phone each time to make a call!! No sustainable

I can’t dial out on my phone. Shouldn’t have to restart the phone every time you want to call someone. That strategy only works1/4 times. Telstra’s service sucks #telstra #telstrafail @Telstra
