    F@£k you @Telstra never EVER have I had service this poor..I hope my contract is almost done so I can take every thing I own FAR away from it. When someone says ‘we’ve booked a technician for you and this ones for real’ you know you’re dealing with an unprofessional company.

    @Telstra Our whole community has had raised this issue. I’ve lived here for almost six years and in spite of promises it has only gotten worse. Telstra is better than the other providers.

    @alextcullen So true! You can’t get @Telstra service 10km out of Dubbo!!! And I have paid 1000$ for a Telstra booster in my car! It’s getting worse. Not to mention trying to get online in peak times.

    @AlexBallhausen 1/2 Well you can guarantee that there is no lack of service between Sydney Canberra & Melbourne. THAT'S the routes the pollies take. We had to spend $1800 on a retrans system to get our mobiles to work in the house paddock. The closest Telstra tower is in a hole, LITERALLY

    @PatrickJaeschke @AlexBallhausen Telstra are not the Govt, why would a company spend money on a network and get no return, its economics, have you looked at a satellite phone for emergencies.

    Hey @telstra you called yesterday to tell me my very late NBN connection would be made today. Still waiting. Then you told me my backup sim in my modem would be data loaded within 2 hours. Still waiting 7 hours later. A real dearth of service. Should have gone elsewhere #poor

    @Telstra Blue. Seems to be on 4G. I should point out my folks who live 3 streets away are currently having the same issue. Same with neighbours down the road. Seems to be whole area.

    @IpseDixitCicero New modem and talk to your internet provider about which one. Just makes it ten time easier if future problems arise - they can't dismiss the issue as an 'non Telstra/ABB modem', plus they can step you through set up etc.. just easier IMO.

    @Telstra @GraveWhisperer Hope you do better than all the times I’ve had a vendor contact me because of a Twitter complaint. It’s almost like you do this to mitigate damage to your company, as opposed to actually fixing customer problems

    @Telstra At another cost though. We shouldn’t have to pay upwards of 1000$ to have service and feel safe. We deserve same coverage as metropolitan customers.

    Jesus @telstra, your online reps are crap. I’ve had an account issue active since 2019 and it’s taken me about 30 minutes to even have one of your level zero agents to even review my account. Absolutely shyte.
