F@£k you @Telstra never EVER have I had service this poor..I hope my contract is almost done so I can take every thing I own FAR away from it. When someone says ‘we’ve booked a technician for you and this ones for real’ you know you’re dealing with an unprofessional company.

@chrismurphys @Telstra I use Mint Telecom. They are Tasmanian based and speak perfect English and I’ve never ever had a problem with them. Mention my name and we will both get a $50 discount on the first a/c.

@chrismurphys @Telstra Sounds like typical @telstra over subscription. Did it in our suburb, means it can never be fixed unless they cut customers. And that won’t happen

@NetballScoop I understand a price increase SSN is brilliant and undervalued but this is a terrible way to do it. With no notice in the off season. People will cancel their subscriptions especially as there's no new content as incentive to continue it. Feel lucky to be a Telstra customer.
