@nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

F@£k you @Telstra never EVER have I had service this poor..I hope my contract is almost done so I can take every thing I own FAR away from it. When someone says ‘we’ve booked a technician for you and this ones for real’ you know you’re dealing with an unprofessional company.

@Optus Fix the service! NO PHONE for 24hrs now...this is not on in floods. No communication with family they were very worried. Maybe lucky that after about 12hrs my Telstra NBN came on to at least let ppl know we were okay. Fix the phones! I can't call about appts or family

@LukeySulz @Telstra First cable cut at 11:18am second at 1pm, I was working on circuits in Hobart an saw them go down. 2 separate incidents. Seen many single intercaptial cable cuts, they happen. 2 at the same time, that's a tattslotto win (and they happen too)

@Telstra I don't mind paying for a tech appointment to get this fixed. 3 hours of a chatbot refusing to give me that option/ ignoring my point that the wall fitting is broken was far more irritating.
