    @nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

    F@£k you @Telstra never EVER have I had service this poor..I hope my contract is almost done so I can take every thing I own FAR away from it. When someone says ‘we’ve booked a technician for you and this ones for real’ you know you’re dealing with an unprofessional company.

    @Telstra @UbisoftANZ Very unhappy with Telstra. Trying to switch NBN to Telstra for weeks. Current service expires tomorrow. Will be left with NO means of COMMUNICATION whatsoever. Terrible mobile service and internet phone. No landline. Please get in touch ASAP!!!!

    @Telstra I’m fed up with the message service timing out, having to repeat myself and complete id checks. Why can’t we just ring someone and talk over the phone to get it fixed? Why is Telstra so against hiring real people to deal with customers? #veryunhappycustomer #readytochangeprovider

    @Telstra_news Telstra has just rejected a claim for compensation for a service that is unavailable for business clients, that is international roaming for overseas business people.. our claim must be relevant for us and thousands of customers
