    F@£k you @Telstra never EVER have I had service this poor..I hope my contract is almost done so I can take every thing I own FAR away from it. When someone says ‘we’ve booked a technician for you and this ones for real’ you know you’re dealing with an unprofessional company.

    Tori at @Telstra can’t do anything. Will send an email to someone. What a pathetic company @Telstra is. Was told to call @boostmobile but it’s 7am in the Phillipines so they can’t help at the moment. What a **** company. Hmmm

    I’m so mad I’ve been here like 5 seconds and got my first actual scam call the other day the woman was like ‘your Telstra account’ and I was like ‘I don’t have telstra’ and she just hung up like?? Oh you’re gonna try rob me but you can’t even say bye??! Rude ***** 😤

    @Telstra unacceptable that u would make an appointment,which requires me 2 take a day off work,then the morning of,3 hours before the appointment,u cancel & want 2 reschedule,now I have 2 cancel other plans for Telstra 2 come out & fix the problem on another day. Not good enough!
