    F@£k you @Telstra never EVER have I had service this poor..I hope my contract is almost done so I can take every thing I own FAR away from it. When someone says ‘we’ve booked a technician for you and this ones for real’ you know you’re dealing with an unprofessional company.

    @Telstra Have to wait on new sim card which doesn't make sense. I can still access the internet on my phone but since the earthquake, can't make or receive calls or make and receive texts. Why should I have to wait for new sim in the mail? Must be someone who can help restore via settings

    Hey Greg. I did get a call and some follow up emails but no resolution. TIO case has been opened. @Telstra really don't care about their average / bread and butter customers anymore.
