Then page you sent to me onto tells me there’s no issue with the service yet clearly there is as I’m sitting at home 1.9km from a Telstra tower and I have 1 bar of signal strength on a iPhone 12. We wouldn't be in the mess if LNP didn't sell Telstra as a single entity despite being advised to split. Then they wouldn't split and participate in the nbn build similar to NZ.

For years with Telstra any kind of contact had been infuriatingly terrible for him, and he couldn't speak highly enough of the Aussie people walking him through everything and being patient
