    @Telstra Is there any NBN issues happening in Bonnyrigg 2177? The NBN connection has been extremely bad today, it works on some devices but not on others. App says the wifi connection is good, but it's clearly not.

    @erfbeeass @dogboy64 When I used to have to deal with clients my favourite thing was to call them back, and if they had one of those stupid Telstra 10 second voice to text voicemails I would deliberately time my message so the last half of my phone number was cut off.

    @brisbane4521 @Telstra You gotta love the corporate way the world is now. God that makes me sick. I vowed never to go back to Telstra, been with them a couple times. But I don't think any of the others are much better. Southern phone(Australian) changed all our account numbers without any notification.

    It is Telstra who will investigate and decide what exactly happened. I only know what I heard and what others confirmed. The backstory lies within his customer file and security tapes etc. In this digital age some of our aged/ vulnerable population may need help. #advocacy

    @ParrisFell Yeah up until the other day I thought u could only (legally) watch it if u had foxtel but nope! Binge is still owned by telstra (alas) but its like other streams in that there's no lock in contract, and the selection isnt bad. It has wwdits and flight of the conchords too

    @Telstra Thank you Brandon. We are now on day 6 with no internet no Foxtel/streaming no home phone line. Super frustrating and disappointing. I hope the technician can fix everything today and I have no further issues.
