@nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

F@£k you @Telstra never EVER have I had service this poor..I hope my contract is almost done so I can take every thing I own FAR away from it. When someone says ‘we’ve booked a technician for you and this ones for real’ you know you’re dealing with an unprofessional company.

@Telstra Telstra wasn't getting back to any of us. There were heaps complaining about the customer service and lack of communication. No one knew what was going on until people got out of their cars and asked the crew at the tower which aint right. 😡at Telstra, not you. Merry 🎄Angela.

@Telstra @monkeymoo987 Your 24/7 live chat is a fking joke! People have to wait for hours to get the response and have to be asked what the request is again and again! Your call centre never has a person to answer the call. The funny part is it always tells you to call another line...

@damienmiller @DaveMilbo @TheJunglist True. Though the point here is that the LNP made a decision to prop up Foxtel and Telstra at the expense of Aussie citizens, and media was complicit in selling that bad policy.
