    @nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

    F@£k you @Telstra never EVER have I had service this poor..I hope my contract is almost done so I can take every thing I own FAR away from it. When someone says ‘we’ve booked a technician for you and this ones for real’ you know you’re dealing with an unprofessional company.

    Time to vent about @Telstra. The current mobile phone service in the Munglinup area is dangerous. We can not make calls without a booster, text messages will only send when you watch them and retry multiple times. Mobile data speeds are non existent! Third world to say the least!

    @Telstra im pretty lost by the treatment by Telstra. You do not return calls, maintain your app chat or return emails. You add services to my account without asking and expect payment. Then you won't respond to assist me. Very poor standards for such a big company

    @Telstra I have a CellFi Telstra Smart Antenna. As do my neighbours and other farm employees. It’s a necessity otherwise the declining service that we receive from Telstra would be rendered useless.

    @Telstra Trying to contact to you to let you know I am receiving someone else's mobile phone bill because you have the wrong address in the system. Your website does not have a support contact e-mail that I can reach out to give you details.
