    @nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

    F@£k you @Telstra never EVER have I had service this poor..I hope my contract is almost done so I can take every thing I own FAR away from it. When someone says ‘we’ve booked a technician for you and this ones for real’ you know you’re dealing with an unprofessional company.

    @Telstra Normally pathetic yes. Not sure why I’m bothering staying with Telstra as I live 2km from a tower and have less then 2 bars service

    @Malarndirri19 @Telstra @woolworths It is just a matter of time before someone dies as a result. Should be a priority to restore redundancy and re-commission the microwave links. Infrastructure is in place. Definitely worth your while having a deeper look into the issue. A combination of Gov & Telstra incompetence.

    @Telstra The thing you suggested only provided temporary fixes. This is a recurring issue we actually need someone to! Someone needs to properly help us. How do we request a technician to come because the online help has not been helpful?

    In dire straights with #Telstra and the NBN. Telstra keeps asking me about my home phone, if there’s issues with it - I don’t have one. Am I the only person who doesn’t have one?

    Is there a worse company for customer service than @Telstra ? I can't pay for a new employee handset without attending the store. The world conducts $trillions of transactions electronically but @Telstra can't manage a payment for $179. The reason? "It's company policy"😠#mobile

    @telstra support has gone from awful to impossible. Multiple attempts to contact support and all roads lead to an sms message and a disconnect. How is this allowed?

    @OiDatsMyLeg @Telstra The good part of dealing with Telstra is the magical incantation "I would like to register a formal complaint with the ACCC". Telstra are obliged to handle the complaints themself, as a first step to remediation, but with the above magical power, the ACCC is sent a copy.
