@nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

F@£k you @Telstra never EVER have I had service this poor..I hope my contract is almost done so I can take every thing I own FAR away from it. When someone says ‘we’ve booked a technician for you and this ones for real’ you know you’re dealing with an unprofessional company.

@Telstra Wow well done. Then page you sent to me onto tells me there’s no issue with the service yet clearly there is as I’m sitting at home 1.9km from a Telstra tower and I have 1 bar of signal strength on a iPhone 12. Good work #timetoleavetelstra

@TelstraEnt Telatra customer for 15 years. I go into the store and ask if I can get any deals for my loyalty. They say no but I will be getting a fine for not returning my lease phone during the lockdown in which I couldn't leave my house. Thanks Telstra.

@Telstra - Your chat / messaging service via the MyTelstra app is appallingly bad. I have been trying to resolve an issue since February 2nd and am no further forward. Disgusting.

@Telstra I have called three times to speak to someone about my account. Each time your automated service sends me an sms with a link I don’t want. If A HUMAN doesn’t call me in the next 24 hours I am moving my business elsewhere

@Telstra So far it's the only one I know of. I used it heavily working at home. Looks Iike it's an IPv6 issue, domain lookup times out. Forcing IPv4 works in seconds like it used to.

@DoveMetal Ive been with Boost the last year, its really good. It works in country towns as well as city. Same as telstra. Vodafone is the worst i think, i was with them for years

@thefootyfreak @Telstra @AFL We switched to Kayo on the day of our game v Freo last season. So much better and you can get it full screen on your tablet instead of phone sized. They watered it down a couple of years back and it is so much worse. We have $15 per month Kayo so I better look in to that.

@JodhiaKim @Telstra @acccgovau Last week I got told to wait 5 - 8 mins while they looked at my issue. One hour later I had to ask them if they were still there. I had to leave my mum's today while the agent was supposedly still typing to me for 30 mins. I asked if they were still alive and got no response.
