@nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

F@£k you @Telstra never EVER have I had service this poor..I hope my contract is almost done so I can take every thing I own FAR away from it. When someone says ‘we’ve booked a technician for you and this ones for real’ you know you’re dealing with an unprofessional company.

@Telstra Thank you. Haven’t got fault no. Found info on my Telstra app + ringing call centre. Was told via phone would be 18/2 but Telstra app says 23/2. Have no mobile reception (ever). Live 5km from town. 6yrs of bad comms. No NBN, bad ADSL & no mobile. Pay $300/mth for nothing.😫

@Turdface70 Same but some years ago. Poor country coverage .. telstra excellent in the bush. With telstra bringing call centres back to Aust. Hope that part improves. Aussie broadband a clear winner on service.

well is]t's not my phone did a speed test earlier & got a bit over 20mbps, run another speed test & 0.52mbps to the same test site. So the issue is 100% telstra's pi$$ poor network & their blatant contempt for its customers.

@michaelaulia Despite the denials from ISPs, Its Telstra's infrastructure we're using anyway, most of the time. I've had Telstra cable internet for years, no problems at all. Would've been happy to keep going with the service, but of course, we're all been forced to downgrade to the NBN.
