    @Telstra Does Telstra provide the capability for customers to block this type of spam? Note that the messages are from hidden accounts and undisclosed origins which do not allow a Telstra customer any choice. Is this a permitted use of your service?

    @martyk40 @Raf_Epstein @Telstra Good luck with Telstra, i went down through an exchange outage (zero fault with me or my end) that lasted 8 days and my modem with 4g backup failed & provided me with zero internet. Spent close to 20 hrs over 5 days on hold or in call with Telstra tech support, USELESS!!!

    @martyk40 @Raf_Epstein @Telstra switch to Aussie Broadband. Best customer service ever - local call centre. They will solve your issues for you on the spot - the guy I spoke to refused to hang up until the problem was sorted and I was happy :) Best decision ever switching away from the bigger providers

    @Telstra could you confirm if there's an outage in Kellyville 2155 NSW. I just got off the phone with your tech support advising me there's an outage and they can't restore my NBN service until it's resolved locally yet your outage check service says everything is normal...

    @AkashaClarke Try out a 4G or 5G wireless option! Maybe @Telstra can compensate you with a loan device until they fix your issue?

    @jenleahhh @WendyfWilson @CathBird5 I’m with Aldi which uses the Telstra network (I know 🙄) but where I live the others don’t have the coverage & I’m in a bushfire area. Half the price or less than Telstra directly.
