@Telstra The issue I am having is that my internet went out Thursday night and it is now Saturday morning and I still have no internet. I have checked your outages page and it says there isn’t 1. I have restarted my modem and still nothing.

  • kim_macca Kim (@kim_macca) reported

@bozowasher @Telstra Agree - I have had nothing but poor performance from Telstra that promotes they care about their customers - 4 written complaints about the same problem & they still haven't responded appropriately to my questions raised.... Rating out of 10, 2 stars.

  • CampaignChamp CampaignChamp (@CampaignChamp) reported

@Telstra @Rellarc79 @Telstra My NBN box has been clicking and the link button flashing red since the Storm last night (Sutherland NSW). I'm on backup 4G which is hideously slow and booked for NBN to visit via My Telstra last night. Next available was 22nd March This is not good enough.

  • mark_solomons Mark Solomons (@mark_solomons) reported

And when you try to raise a complaint @Telstra stop answering your messages or calls. Telco customer service appears not to have changed since the Bulldog debacle in the UK almost 20 years ago

  • squirrelsaywhat Squirrel McSquirrely (@squirrelsaywhat) reported

@Telstra I can’t get any response from Ap about why my pay per view Foxtel is not working anymore??

  • abispack abi (@abispack) reported

@Telstra as someone who has worked in customer service for literally years I could never imagine treating someone the way I was treated today.

  • mark_solomons Mark Solomons (@mark_solomons) reported

@Telstra customer service has all the hallmarks of a boiler room scam. Poorly paid staff in a call centre read from a script making promises they know they can’t keep, while the company continues to take money for non-existent services.

  • Yunii_que Rinda 🍁 (@Yunii_que) reported

In India on July 31,1995, the first non-commercial mobile phone call was made between Union Telecom Minister Sukh Ram & the then CM of West Bengal, Jyoti Basu. The service provider was Modi Telstra, a joint venture between India's BK Modi Group & Australian telecom giant Telstra.

  • lukedurbin Luke Durbin (@lukedurbin) reported

@TMFScottP This was a good read but I couldn't help but notice that you use telstra as an eg of a dinosaur stock struggling with their own incumbency yet you own? I'm genuinely very interested in your buy/hold thesis

  • abispack abi (@abispack) reported

Especially because this was a major problem for a business account and if your staff can’t fix a simple problem and you’re a multimillion dollar company you’re doing something extremely wrong. @Telstra
