    @Telstra Normally pathetic yes. Not sure why I’m bothering staying with Telstra as I live 2km from a tower and have less then 2 bars service

    @Telstra Wow well done. Then page you sent to me onto tells me there’s no issue with the service yet clearly there is as I’m sitting at home 1.9km from a Telstra tower and I have 1 bar of signal strength on a iPhone 12. Good work #timetoleavetelstra

    @Telstra has the worst customer service. “To stop the harassment of your 83 yo father in a Nursing Home we need to write up an official complaint otherwise it will be never ending”

    F@£k you @Telstra never EVER have I had service this poor..I hope my contract is almost done so I can take every thing I own FAR away from it. When someone says ‘we’ve booked a technician for you and this ones for real’ you know you’re dealing with an unprofessional company.

    @nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

    @Telstra No outage in my area. Can’t make or receive calls on mobile. Have rebooted, updated software and checked auto forwarding. Can’t get though to @telstra on phone waiting over 60mins in queue and no response via chat from app. Please help.

    @Telstra It says something about a network update may interrupt your mobile service Mon 24 jan 2022 7:00 AEST to Sun 30 Jan 2022 6:00 PM AEST so we don’t know exactly what days/how long it will be out and yesterday we didn’t even get any warning prior to having everything cut off again.

    @1stExecutive @Optus Mate they just cut my service off apparently after sending a letter to me in September advising NBN was coming in January, never got it, but no second letter/email/phone call/SMS… I’ll be working off my Telstra mobile tomorrow, family not so lucky

    @JackieWarner13 Aldi also have other plans that have more data, they use the telstra network but definitely recommend

    so @Telstra have been in contact, wanting me to put together a business case to put in a mobile tower in my area. @Optus put one in last year and didn't need my help to do their job. We're all switching to Optus. I'm not doing your job for you Telstra. 14 yrs of **** service

    @Telstra I have given you my info, but you keep asking for it again through a link that gives me a sign in error I received a response to my complaint on 17 Jan. The email said "I contacted you today to discuss your complaint". !!!! By PHONE. When the complaint is about NO WORKING PHONE.

    @Telstra I contacted gold support and explained the situation and they gave me the case number above, but nothing seems to have changed.
