Attempted to setup esim on my phone yesterday, failed multiple times then locked from more attempts. But it caused my physical Sim to stop working, now my phone has no service... Waited for someone to answer my call for an hour before gave up...@Telstra pls don't reply to this.

@Telstra So sick of trying to get through on the phone & the message saying to go online. How about actually providing some sort of service? The website is useless, the online tools don't answer what we want. We need to speak to someone! How do we actually contact you????

@telstra online support is ridiculously bad. 9hrs wait between each question asked. After the issue is resolved I will be making a complaint to the ombudsman.

@Telstra Unreal - I found a number and a real human, and my weeks-long issue was solved in 7 minutes. Who’d have thought a phone call could be so useful? (Clearly not the nation’s biggest telecommunications company...)
