    @Telstra But not every call I receive activates it? and none are answered. How do I disable without disabling text receiving also? The old system never an issue you could disable roaming packs now it's automatic.

    @Telstra @Telstra it is YOUR website that is faulty. Why do I have to drive into a store half an hour away? Fix your website and get someone to call me and sort it out. Im paying 1000's to you.Once this contracts over I will never use Telstra again.

    @call_me_tomasso There was a time when my phone number was 8181818. Not just a palindrome, but could be read upside down. Then Telstra put a stupid 9 at the front.

    @riki7119 @Telstra Nope. They never even looked into it. They never got back to me. They never admitted they couldn't provide it. Seems to be quite typical for Telstra at the moment. I guess security breach doesn't mean much to them. But a replacement modem seemed to resolve the problem.
