@nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

F@£k you @Telstra never EVER have I had service this poor..I hope my contract is almost done so I can take every thing I own FAR away from it. When someone says ‘we’ve booked a technician for you and this ones for real’ you know you’re dealing with an unprofessional company.

@Telstra Wow well done. Then page you sent to me onto tells me there’s no issue with the service yet clearly there is as I’m sitting at home 1.9km from a Telstra tower and I have 1 bar of signal strength on a iPhone 12. Good work #timetoleavetelstra

@bruce_haigh Where is the evidence that privatisation of government services is more efficient? Considering a lot of those are somewhat regulated monopolies with a lot of the infrastructure and customer base in place have had a big leg up. Telstra, Qantas, utilities in general.

I have an older Nokia mobile that won't receive verification codes from a number of companies - incl TELSTRA. Telstra says buy new phone but I am curious to hear if anyone in Twitterland might have a solution to this? TIA.

@MarkusMannheim No. In fact I think @telstra has deliberately let it run down hoping that the @actgovernment will be gullible enough to throw money at it.

@Dani87120548 @CoachMerritt1 It’s removed. We’ve all been reimbursed for our stocks. Don’t know if I’ll invest the money in Telstra to support what Elon has to do. I know we aren’t supposed to trust the elites like Elon. But we all must take a leap of faith because we’ve little choice. Just be careful.

@Telstra Hi there, has there been any updates on this issue. It seems ‘contact us’ section in the app has been removed as i’d like to know the status on this. Surprisingly, your outage indicator also says that there is no outage where i live. No 4G still.

@Telstra Trying to redeem Plus points. It doesn’t work online and according to support it can take “weeks” to resolve and I should consider going to a store to do it. So I do. And they can’t sell me the product in front of me (a HomePod) without photo ID. Why does it have to be so hard?!

@Telstra Hi Jo. Yes I have wifi, that is no problem. My issue is that every app I use sends a verification code to my telstra mobile number. I cannot access this. Hence, I cannot use the services. Please help me

@Telstra my pensioner father has been hit with a $900 phone bill racked up while he slept on the first night in NZ on data charges. Is there someone who can help him have these charges reviewed. He’s very stressed and can’t find a resolution through app chat…
