F@£k you @Telstra never EVER have I had service this poor..I hope my contract is almost done so I can take every thing I own FAR away from it. When someone says ‘we’ve booked a technician for you and this ones for real’ you know you’re dealing with an unprofessional company.

@LesStonehouse @raywilton4 @Optus My Telstra I/net has been **** since the end of the initial 2yr contract, now after an increase of 15 dollars/month to 80 constant dropouts, unable to refresh only have decent use between 6 & 7 am. Rest of day total crap. Telstra pack of Mafia criminals.

@Telstra Yes... over and over again. They said they would call me. But they haven't. With the level of competence I witnessed. They probably tried to call the device that isnt picking up the network instead of the alternative number i provided

@LesStonehouse @Optus They sent a message stating they were upgrading the network so we could get better reception and data speed and there may be interruptions. Well. Reception is worse and data is slower than before ethe upgrade. Optus sux. Telstra is worse.
