F@£k you @Telstra never EVER have I had service this poor..I hope my contract is almost done so I can take every thing I own FAR away from it. When someone says ‘we’ve booked a technician for you and this ones for real’ you know you’re dealing with an unprofessional company.

@jodiem When I was using windows devices in my last job -I had a Lenovo x1 carbon with WWAN.Early driver issues circa 2019 - but it got pretty reliable. And I agree you cannot beat always on connectivity.I had a $5 business add on sim to my Telstra plan so it was all using the same data.

@Telstra how can it be impossible to get a phone delivered to my elderly parent? Your customer service staff confirmed you’re sending it to the wrong address, that I can’t correct it now and also cannot order a replacement for another week?!

@Telstra Both our mobiles still saying "Not registered on network". Weird, it just happened since 10.00 am. Am guessing it could be linked to yesterday's earthquake.
