    F@£k you @Telstra never EVER have I had service this poor..I hope my contract is almost done so I can take every thing I own FAR away from it. When someone says ‘we’ve booked a technician for you and this ones for real’ you know you’re dealing with an unprofessional company.

    @Telstra I've reported it 4 times I even went to the telecommunications ombudsman but you shirked your responsibility & Tried to blame it on useage indoors which is rubbish because my street and neighbouring streets all suffer the same issue Last time I reported it I didn't get a response

    I went to @Telstra this afternoon to try change across from Optus to be told they can’t help me in store. I waited 40 minutes, the manager said they could help but then I got turned away. What’s the point in stores again?

    @Telstra Hi Ivan. Thanks for your reply. I have had my ticket cancelled again and no one here to fix. So I have no internet. Still. For weeks. @Telstra you are crap. Good member cancelling all services

    @Telstra my bill is $45 and the bank will charge me nearly that for a rejected payment. yet ive given telstra 2 weeks notice not to send for it. i wish id never changed from my previous set up,but 6 mths in hospital battling cancer i had to and cant go back to it

    @Telstra Hi Jimmy. Guess what. My ticket was cancelled AGAIN and I’m told my issue is fixed. ITS NOT. I can’t do my job and I waited for a technician to arrive between 8-12 and no one is coming. No more compassion GET MY ISSUE FIXED and stop allowing NBN to cancel tickets before resolving

    @Telstra Thanks Luci it’s REALLY BAD. cause I can’t do my job. And I have to spend hours being asked the same question. I have several tickets as they keep getting canceled. The latest is INC16704156

    @Telstra It's as much to do with the coverage inside as it is to do with the reception in my street and the surrounding streets. My neighbours all have the same problem I can stand in the middle of the road 200m from my house and have the same problem.

    @Telstra @tonymawz How about you keep the price as is for those of us on plans?, have been with Telstra for less than a year and it’s hands down the worst service I’ve ever received.

    @Spoogatti @Optus @KingXRay I can't load the game on my PS4 or the website on my PC with my Optus connection, but I can if I hotspot from my phone with a Telstra service.🧐
