@Telstra Hi Lee, it's not a billing query it's new contracts. We've been doing this for 3 weeks & nobody seems capable of doing their job. I'm not filling out forms or making any more calls. If you want to keep our business I suggest getting someone on the phone to solve the problem, now.

@Telstra Hi Jay. Was in a mad rush to set up a Pre-Paid sim card to make use of your "RURAL" network. But to register a sim you have to verify your address (Despite already being logged in with my Telstra account) but it was stuck searching & you don't allow an address to be entered...

@somewherein84 good luck! The beauty of NBN - no need to have anything to do with them - much better deals out there. @Telstra is the most contemptuous company in Australia. Appalling customer service & determined to keep people at arms length at all times

@somewherein84 Speak to ombudsman. He will talk to a special complaints group of Telstra and then Telstra will talk to you. By the way if you get through can you ask why in my area they advertise 5 G , I have a 5 G phone but have never seen a number greater than 4.

@Telstra @somewherein84 My 70 year old father is being ripped off by you disgusting mugs! He’s in Kempsey and cannot get reliable coverage or internet coverage. You charge him more money than the service is worth. If he calls me in tears one more time im taking Telstra to the f”ing cleaners.
