F@£k you @Telstra never EVER have I had service this poor..I hope my contract is almost done so I can take every thing I own FAR away from it. When someone says ‘we’ve booked a technician for you and this ones for real’ you know you’re dealing with an unprofessional company.

@nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

Arsewipe public servants have failed to grasp that people on Telstra mobile prepaid cannot guarantee data connection therefore digital government communications via "apps" is not a sensible option. For fire emergency or health management. Then there's government cyber security👎

@Telstra Thanks but it’s with the #TIO now. @Telstra 7 days with no 4G and still nobody at #telstra can confirm this. Waiting for #complaints area to fix and then taking all my telco to @VodafoneAU Thank god for choices, no longer paying this mob $300 a month for incompetence service

@Telstra Can someone please contact me. I kept getting told different stories. One, the issue cause by the outage, the issue on my end and a technician will come out, then an sms to say that issue due to outage, and now I’m told issue on my end. Which is it? No internet, no landline.

@AngryGranny1 Don't think so. Hard time finding what facebook offers elsewhere e.g. free advertising for their business, free marketplace listings, connectivity with existing friends. Migrating that elsewhere vs putting up with a once off rego on the level of a call to Telstra tech support
