F@£k you @Telstra never EVER have I had service this poor..I hope my contract is almost done so I can take every thing I own FAR away from it. When someone says ‘we’ve booked a technician for you and this ones for real’ you know you’re dealing with an unprofessional company.

@__Bateman__ @EmCharlotteAnn @Telstra I can’t help you sorry with specifics. They guy we engaged to set up security cameras set up the network. Basically a transmitter on the roof of house and a receiver on roof of sheds. Must be line of site. Sheds are about 1km away from house with clear line of site.

@Telstra been happening all week i know you cant 'see' the outages, i check online too and i can't 'see' them either. but they are there signal drops to one bar, then to 3G, then nothing. then 4 bars, then nothing, then yadda, yadda, yadda your tower nearest to Redcliffe Rd has issues
