    F@£k you @Telstra never EVER have I had service this poor..I hope my contract is almost done so I can take every thing I own FAR away from it. When someone says ‘we’ve booked a technician for you and this ones for real’ you know you’re dealing with an unprofessional company.

    I did 10 QR code checkins yesterday. Just realised there maybe one store I wasn’t able to scan into because of #abelism The reject shop in Rundle mall hasn’t had a working @Telstra phone service for two weeks. I couldn’t find staff or call for help. It was terrible.

    @KDashyyy @VicGovAu Tell me about it, then they say, we are are in charge of the countries entire internet, seriously @telstra anyone calls me from any telco I just hang up and call them back on the number I get from their website.

    Does anyone know how to stop your WiFi connecting to @telstra Air? My phone connects at various locations and because the speed is so slow I have to turn WiFi off.

    @Telstra Yes thanks but even more confused as to what to get. I really need to talk to someone that isn’t going to fob me off to a store like happened last time or have someone come out and recommended a fix.

    @iiNet home internet down InnerWestSydney. Sim only modem Not NBN. Great start to lockdown IiNet! You really need to set up messaging help as alternative to clunky voice calls. Fast & one thing Telstra gets right.

    @VicGovAu It doesn’t tho… there was an outbreak over in The Western Suburbs and we got full on locked down in Reginal Warragul… I have noticed I’m getting a lot of junk mail and telemarketing call tho. Sooooo many scammers of late pretending they’re from Telstra 😡
