He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

Then page you sent to me onto tells me there’s no issue with the service yet clearly there is as I’m sitting at home 1.9km from a Telstra tower and I have 1 bar of signal strength on a iPhone 12. Probably still is. They seem to gravitate to a lot of tele communication jobs over there.

Federal agencies (Immigration, ATO etc.) and major contractors have long outsourced call centres, customer service and IT work to the Philippines and India, thousands of roles. Telstra, banks and others do the same.

We have contacted NBN who told us to contact Telstra. The person there said the problem is our modem which it is not. We need a solution please Telstra.

I gym in mornings: Yoga Hatha/Vinyasa (depend what’s on), group Pilates, weight circuit training, 45min treadmill, 45min gym bike, 2yrs= I lost 30kg!
