@nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

F@£k you @Telstra never EVER have I had service this poor..I hope my contract is almost done so I can take every thing I own FAR away from it. When someone says ‘we’ve booked a technician for you and this ones for real’ you know you’re dealing with an unprofessional company.

@telstra please update on why the service is down on Elcho Island NT. 2 wks ago it was down for 4days with no explanation. Now it’s flashing on for 2mins every 30mins for 2days. Pple can’t by food with eftpos, go to the clinic or call 000 in emergencies #telstra @abcnews

Does anyone know why it does not seems to be possible anymore to call the Telstra support number from overseas? A couple of days ago I was told: “Call us on 132200 or if you're overseas call +61 439 125 109 for free from your Telstra service.”

Big rain in the Wagga area overnight on top of yesterday's downpour . Cootamundra had a 100 homes impacted from flash flooding from the Muttuma Creek . Tumut caravan park evcuated during the night . Telstra mobilie network knock out .

Telstra are telling customers over Twitter to use the Telstra app for help but how can some customers use it if it doesn’t load or work. Why can you not have a customer service centre open so people can call to pay bills over phone and to get help over phone if they can’t use app

@PeterLawrence18 Don't disagree Pete. I do think there's an integrity concern though if a customer's bet can be modified without first authenticating using their credentials. Imagine if a Telstra or a Qantas allowed that 👎

Hello @Telstra . How is it possible that whilst being a telco company it is sheer impossible to simply find a phone number on your website to be able to get someone to talk to. Your app doesn't work as for some reason you screwed up my account, twice.
