@VaxxedCynic @LennaLeprena @piggywasadog So many are scam calls. Ive actually turned down the volume on my landline so i cant hear it ring. Just keep in case of mobile probs. So many faux Amazon, Telstra and others add to that realestate agents to see if I want to sell house. Im done with it. Mobile is best anyway

@aldimobile Aldi mobile is worthless in country QLD...no reception anywhere along A6...it's says it works on the Telstra network...clearly not true...no reception in Richmond

@Telstra Thanks for the reply back. There is an outage in our area. Apparently it be back on by Wednesday. Not sure how we are to work from home and my teenage daughter is to study for her #HSC trials. Any ideas how you can help with all that #telstra?

Update. After 3 days of trying multiple times I am still unable to unrestrict my @Telstra service. Now the "report payment" screen just errors.

@Telstra Just tried that, they can't help me until they verify my identity by sending a code to my phone, which obviously doesn't work. Please escalate this as it's ridiculous - I can check my email but they won't send a code there.

Still cant understand how telstra manages to completely ignore its customers at this point im kind of impressed how their service is this bad.
