@nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

F@£k you @Telstra never EVER have I had service this poor..I hope my contract is almost done so I can take every thing I own FAR away from it. When someone says ‘we’ve booked a technician for you and this ones for real’ you know you’re dealing with an unprofessional company.

@ozjimbob Have a look at Belong & Boost. Boost gives you full Telstra 4g network access, Belong is Telstra wholesale 4g. Has data banking/data gifting $35/40GB

@Telstra I'm not having much luck escalating a partial failure while roaming on mobile through standard support channels; would you mind passing this on to your mobile network team? Roaming in the US on @TMobile, internet access seems to be partially firewalled, affecting SSH.

@CynthiaannHump4 @jaquix173 @Anthony_Klan I'd look at iinet. I have been with them a couple of years since I ditched Telstra. really good customer service and I think the deals are comparable.
