    @nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

    @Telstra has the worst customer service. “To stop the harassment of your 83 yo father in a Nursing Home we need to write up an official complaint otherwise it will be never ending”

    F@£k you @Telstra never EVER have I had service this poor..I hope my contract is almost done so I can take every thing I own FAR away from it. When someone says ‘we’ve booked a technician for you and this ones for real’ you know you’re dealing with an unprofessional company.

    @Telstra I redid the manual recharge and re setup auto but other than being told it was a system error there was no explanation or assurance it wouldnt happen again. None of the customer service staff were able to help at all with the rollover balances Ive lost from my account.

    @Telstra Yes it started working again about 3 hours after I tweeted which is very odd. I restarted the modem on several occasions prior so no idea what the problem was. You sure that Telstra fix anything from their end?

    @Telstra The other suspicious part I had about it was the lack of professionalism - no names given or asked, no security checks that Telstra support usually give, and their microphone appeared to be picking up background chatter. Said it was a Melbourne number but I doubt it was

    @andy_penn I would like to sign up to one of your new mobile plans but you no longer support esims. This is really disappointing. Any idea if or when Telstra will support esims?

    @Telstra landline is down, and can't get a dial tone. Does this mean the line is down? I tried turning all equipment on and off. Internet still works
