    @abcnews I’ve always loved this idea. Good work Telstra. Sometimes just hearing the voice of someone can go a long way. And for some it will be a phone call to lifeline of a support line.

    @Telstra hello. I have received a letter in regards to my NBN service not being connected despite the fact that your techs and consultants confirmed that the service is operational. There is a number on the letter that goes nowhere. How can I get help that is not through your app

    @Telstra I'd just like to know what's made it so I can't use my wifi for 6 weeks, this is not just me either, various people are having this issue, such as @scoo3y, aswell as people I know in real life, it's so dumb

    @TathamOddie I like that the Telstra plans are month-to-month now so I could go up or down as needed. Like, if we are delayed with NBN when we move, 5G can do the job 😝

    @NBN_Australia cancels appointment to connect our internet for the 2nd time. If they do finally get here in January it will be 3 months of explaining to them and @telstra that we also have no phone signal here and are up **** creek.
