    F@£k you @Telstra never EVER have I had service this poor..I hope my contract is almost done so I can take every thing I own FAR away from it. When someone says ‘we’ve booked a technician for you and this ones for real’ you know you’re dealing with an unprofessional company.

    @nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

    @Telstra Normally pathetic yes. Not sure why I’m bothering staying with Telstra as I live 2km from a tower and have less then 2 bars service

    @andy_penn when will Telstra actually find a way to bill customers correctly and reduce the anxiety your team causes by incorrect bills? my elderly parents have had to communicate with Telstra since May, every month for charges without service - it’s cause stress #feenoservice

    @Telstra No Thanks. May be explain why I cannot port a eSim to a new phone? Technology doesn't seem to work. Customer support doesn't know technology isn't working. Had to talk to 3 people before being told that the system is having issues. Don't fix it for me. Fix it for yourself.

    @Telstra What is happening with the Mobile service in Torquay. Widespread issues within the town today and yesterday. No reports of any outage yet there are techs working in multiple Telstra locations around town.

    it is ****** how unreliable wifi calling is, and I have no idea if it is a telstra issue, a hardware issue, or a software issue

    @iChecky could, yes. but hopefully not problem is phones wouldn't know to connect to alternative carrier since it advertises as a valid signal but hangs up when you call. if you were unlucky enough to be without a SIM and connected to the Telstra 3G network, you're also cooked
