    F@£k you @Telstra never EVER have I had service this poor..I hope my contract is almost done so I can take every thing I own FAR away from it. When someone says ‘we’ve booked a technician for you and this ones for real’ you know you’re dealing with an unprofessional company.

    @Telstra my parents live in Killcare 2257 and the phone (both mobile and landline) are terrible and have been since yesterday. Mobile calls cut in and out or make the caller sound like a robot. I’ve been on your site and it doesn’t say there is an outage….but something is wrong.

    @Telstra So many people have been! No service for one week without explaining is not very nice. Causing a lot of problem I believe you understand or probably you don’t know how stressful. No service for one week.

    @Telstra What does the app do? Its not my phone. Tested with 5 different devices. Same issue. Things were fine before i went on holidays a week ago.

    @Shirl83949594 @Smile__Petal After a certain age they tel you to never pass a toilet stop and never trust a cart. I suggest you stay clear of Telstra towers. Don't worry about NBN it's trah.

    @Telstra I'll wait for tomorrow, currently getting 0.29 Mb/s and watching 640x 360, the clowns you're referring me towards don't do any investigations ever, been down that road numerous times, I'll just continue to vent, thanks anyhow Jax, I'm sure you're a good one.

    @Telstra No mate i went to Cairns. Its not user error. I have tested it on 5 different devices. This same issue has happened before in the same location. Last time it was you guys fiddling w the tower.
