F@£k you @Telstra never EVER have I had service this poor..I hope my contract is almost done so I can take every thing I own FAR away from it. When someone says ‘we’ve booked a technician for you and this ones for real’ you know you’re dealing with an unprofessional company.

@nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

@riki7119 @Telstra I'd suggest you just go straight to the Ombudsman instead. I have spoken to their tier 2 support several times. I know he's trying to be helpful but his attitude isn't the best. Same guy every time. They get fined if you complain so it's in their interest to resolve the issue.

@Telstra My Telstra email account is not working/emails, not showing after slowing down big time over the past week. Rang Telstra & was told there is a problem but no idea how long it will take to fix it. My email service is a vital life line for me so please fix it @Telstra!

@benjmiles @Telstra Oh damn… that sucks. last time I had issue with them, it took me more then a month to get it resolved (even through the ombudsman). Pretty annoying considering I have to re-explain the situation every single time Hopefully I can get this resolved soon 😕

Not for the 1st time @Telstra @TelstraBcast delivering disgraceful service. Our internet hasn’t worked for 6 days and they said they’d call me tonight to discuss/resolve issue but guess what? Yep, no call and still no service #poorcustomerservice

Yet again Telstra has failed up. Majorly..Last month I organised direct payment. latest bill shows it didn’t go through Now after an hour trying to work out went went wrong I’m no further informed. The company are hopeless, their help sites useless

@call_me_tomasso There was a time when my phone number was 8181818. Not just a palindrome, but could be read upside down. Then Telstra put a stupid 9 at the front.
