    @Danieldfc00 @Telstra Yep. Over many years ago left with money owed to me by this mob. Request refund of monies owed because I have left your services. "We don't do refunds...we give account credits". WTF. I no longer have a Telstra the F does that give me my money back?

    @theage @nickbonyhady If we extrapolated on this decision - coles, qantas, telstra, the universities etc etc are dismissing their CUSTOMERS left right & centre. Do you have some ideal vision that some magic organisation will swoop in an employ people & restore your customer base? Pathetic #auspol

    @Telstra No it was caused by telstra disconnecting the adsl twice. I have been told it would be working in 24 hours two days ago, awful service, and still no internet

    @PressStartAU @Telstra I always double check my Migraine pills are close by, just in case. Most other things like top up drink, visit the look and so forth I have a bad habit of forgetting lol.

    @Telstra seriously Telstra, you’ve turned into a crap service. Home internet down for the last 5 days & unknown when it will be back. Go in store to purchase pre-paid data sim for over Xmas & went into a booking queue even though staff were just standing around.

    I never usually complain publicly but I cannot find anyone at Telstra to listen to the complaint. @Telstra the 24/7 chat help is totally useless. I have been on it for 12 hours now with absolutely no progress. It use to be fantastic. What change did I miss?
