@nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

F@£k you @Telstra never EVER have I had service this poor..I hope my contract is almost done so I can take every thing I own FAR away from it. When someone says ‘we’ve booked a technician for you and this ones for real’ you know you’re dealing with an unprofessional company.

@bingewatchers1 @VodafoneAU @Telstra I am in Vodafone and my wife’s is Telstra. At home she’s on SOS and I am on 2 bars and 4G. I have never had issues. Telstra are just wiping their hands as usual.

@caitlinecarey @Telstra @acccgovau Exactly! If they'd emailed me saying the cost to onshore their service staff cost $x and my share is $x per month, I'd totally cop that without complaining. Using CPI is absolute rubbish.

@Telstra Shows direct debit paid in full on 1 July. Don’t think it was a scam call, sounded very much like the automated debt collection calls I’ve had before and had the correct amount that was paid 2 weeks ago. Poke someone in accounting and tell them their stick is broken.

@Telstra I just finished a call with my case manager. I spent another hour on the phone discussing why yet again "somethign wasn't right with the order", and "someone has made a mistake they need to fix". This isn't the exception; this has been the experience end-to-end.

@droverdriver61 Early nineties, 91/92, dialup using an email to fax service supplied by Telstra that cost $1,200 per month. They had an in-house developed client/browser that Outlook/Navigator ended up being remarkably similar to… prior to that, from 1984 I wrote pier to pier data modem apps

@Telstra @oatmilkmatz I’m with you. Just received an email from Telstra stating that my plan would be subject to a CPI increase in July each year. Nope. Nope. Nope. Raise the price & I will move to another provider. Simple. Your service and coverage is awful and your the most expensive on the market.
