Frane (@ftafra) reported@Telstra So it's now been 3 hours & no reply from the Telstra 24/7 app chat/support function. Same thing happened on Tue. Similar poor to no support on Wed. After hours I can't call Telstra, I can only use the App. So what on Earth does a person do now? How do I get help?

Alexandria Brangwin (@AlexBrangwin) reported@hipstergeddon @NBN_Australia Same here! "Smart" modem from @Telstra switched over to 4G emergency backup a few days ago mid morning...and hasn't switched back! Occasionally the WAN/DSL light blinks like someone's fiddling downstream but little else.
