    @nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

    F@£k you @Telstra never EVER have I had service this poor..I hope my contract is almost done so I can take every thing I own FAR away from it. When someone says ‘we’ve booked a technician for you and this ones for real’ you know you’re dealing with an unprofessional company.

    @Telstra Sending me a DM that your plans change every month is not really “making me an offer”. That is just telling me to look up current contracts. I can do that myself every month. I don’t need consulting. I know what I want. I was just looking for a better offer as a loyal customer.

    And Customers could subscribe to this list. Then you could stop such messages reaching your customers and I'm pretty sure more than a few Australians would happily pay you for such a service. What about you @Telstra & @VodafoneAU? Reckon you guys could all do something here 2/2

    @Telstra @Sissy358853639 Good. They need a temporary satellite. I know @andy_penn. Mr Penn, like the 1 you take to Arnhem Land. It would change their life, please. Take a few tablets or mobiles with you. The kids can't access the internet for schooling there is no computers. They've been let down & used.

    @david_vacy @Telstra They do. After 30 years with them and countless issues, I'm gobsmacked that I don't go elsewhere. But, as shown time and time again, in rural nsw, they have the only workable network.
