    F@£k you @Telstra never EVER have I had service this poor..I hope my contract is almost done so I can take every thing I own FAR away from it. When someone says ‘we’ve booked a technician for you and this ones for real’ you know you’re dealing with an unprofessional company.

    I hate the new Telstra Prepaid mobile phone service update. Because b4 the service roll-over data never expired because when you recharge your service, your existing data gets put in the 200gb databank which doesn't expire if your service is active. But now they broken it down to

    @Telstra_news @abcnews .. Thanks to optus (you can walk into their shop with no appointment! Remember customer service Telstra??) we got wifi internet for now. But are Telstra still billing for NO SERVICE!! You bet they are!

    WTF is going on with Telstra/NBN connections for Internet in Werrington 2747 postcode area. For over a week now there have been drop-outs & service failures & a web site just saying its being fixed. When? Do I get any consideration for time and money lost? @Telstra

    @maven501 Stolen wages. Non indigenous CEO's and CFO's in control of "Aboriginal corporations" embezzling monies never repaid, receiving minimal sentences. Monies diverted by governments to yt corporations in control of housing works never done. Telstra. Funeral Funds. Go look.

    Well, Telstra ADSL worked for almost 24h before they confirmed yet another outage (only after my reporting it) - again, no explanation of cause, but at this stage they think only a couple of days to fix. This is par for ‘regional Australia’, <40km from centre of 680k pop. city.

    @Telstra @telstracareers why is that it takes me almost 6 weeks to try and resolve your crap internet services (and still not fixed), yet you still expect payment??? Why is it that I’m wasting all of my time trying to get this fixed and you guys can’t be stuffed doing anything?
