    @Telstra Normally pathetic yes. Not sure why I’m bothering staying with Telstra as I live 2km from a tower and have less then 2 bars service

    @nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

    F@£k you @Telstra never EVER have I had service this poor..I hope my contract is almost done so I can take every thing I own FAR away from it. When someone says ‘we’ve booked a technician for you and this ones for real’ you know you’re dealing with an unprofessional company.

    @Telstra Wow well done. Then page you sent to me onto tells me there’s no issue with the service yet clearly there is as I’m sitting at home 1.9km from a Telstra tower and I have 1 bar of signal strength on a iPhone 12. Good work #timetoleavetelstra

    @Telstra has the worst customer service. “To stop the harassment of your 83 yo father in a Nursing Home we need to write up an official complaint otherwise it will be never ending”

    @Telstra I shouldn’t have to. I’m paying a premium for a subpar service. I have reported it to you now you can investigate it and fix it!!

    @Telstra Lisa I have been onto your less than gold support for over 1.5hrs and they recommended that I quote “change my address” to solve the problem. I just asked your less than gold support how I do I exactly do that. I’m intrigued with the response I’m going to get

    I thought @Telstra was bad, @Optus is no different. After a few non showing technicians and taking time off from work, I was given another appointment that I cannot commit as I have work and can’t take time off from work anymore. Some agents are hard to understand @OptusFail

    @Telstra Hi Lisa, Telstra not so gold supper won’t provide an incident number because they can’t solve my issue and provided me with a call centre number instead. This is after I requested an incident number 5 times.

    @InCythera Many Telstra customers not price sensitive, they believe they’re getting the best service and a 5% discount for bundling. Like a bank, it’s a love hate relationship. We get what we deserve.

    @PeterTOWNSV1LLE @timwrig1 Have you noticed it is always cynical level "privatisation" TPG take my money, but if the internet crashes they apparently then know nothing at all about communications tech and they have to wait for telstra to fix tax payer generated infrastructure

    @Telstra why is it so hard to upgrade from NBN FTTN to NBN FTTP? I have received letters that I can upgrade and the nbn website says to contact you but when I go into the store or contact “gold” support I get silence? Why is it so hard to help your customers?

    @Telstra or @NBN_Australia - please fix your ****. In Bass Hill we’ve had nothing but constant drop outs and loss of connection for the last month or two. We’ve been on the phone with Telstra way more than we’ve needed to be. My partner and I are losing work hours due to this.

    @ashleighkatexx I’ve got aldi and they use Telstra! No issues and I’m in regional NSW
