    F@£k you @Telstra never EVER have I had service this poor..I hope my contract is almost done so I can take every thing I own FAR away from it. When someone says ‘we’ve booked a technician for you and this ones for real’ you know you’re dealing with an unprofessional company.

    @nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

    @Telstra Normally pathetic yes. Not sure why I’m bothering staying with Telstra as I live 2km from a tower and have less then 2 bars service

    Received an sms from @Telstra informing me that my new plan will give me extra data at extra cost. I rang Telstra and spoke politely to the employee that I don't want extra data or extra cost. Too bad basically. Corporate greed!

    @Telstra nothing, on there. had this issue before. I think its either my device or like I said, throttling. I just downloaded 5gb from iCloud at 200mbps and now its this slow.

    @__2d__ @DkRanay And the $300 billion that,s about to leave the place courtesy of Feds . Your choice why pay $70 when u get the same service for $16 . Looks like U like being ripped off !!’ And Kogan call centre answered within 1 minute Telstra I’m still waiting for them to call from last Year

    @UACinfo @Telstra … looks like the Uac website is unreachable from bigpond nbn cable .. mobile works fine, might fix itself automatically, if not, thought you should know.

    @Telstra I’m following up via text messages. But I need to cancel it once I receive it because I’m not happy with the number and the info they required. They said if I want to keep my current no. I have to wait for 60 days and my International pass is not an acceptable ID.

    @tanaudel I always go to JB for my Testra phone stuff - service has without exception always been better, and I don’t have plan errors for months after as I have after the times I’ve dealt with Telstra in-store!
