    F@£k you @Telstra never EVER have I had service this poor..I hope my contract is almost done so I can take every thing I own FAR away from it. When someone says ‘we’ve booked a technician for you and this ones for real’ you know you’re dealing with an unprofessional company.

    Then one evening a week or so later, I was called by Telstra and told I would be charged $250 or so because there were active services. The current owners still live there! So I said I would not agree to the charge but needed the service as ordered on 1/9. A few hours later 2/3

    @Telstra #Australia #Telstra A technician was booked to visit our house this morning between 8:00 and 12:00pm. Nobody turned up. A 12:30pm someone phone to say that the exchange is the problem. No notice on the Telstra website. 6 days! How can it be this difficult??

    @Telstra - yep good ol regional services fail again. Lost landline a week ago - which drives our ADSL as NIL NBN - partner PhD submission due today and I am trying to support isn’t working remotely. Of course, nil service response. Thanks Telstra!

    @jriewolod @Telstra I’ve been getting invoices from Telstra for more years than I can remember. Only a few dollars but I’ve never had a service with them. Consequently I’ve never paid them. Thieving bastards.
