    @PaulFletcherMP @couriermail Telstra's latest update = fixed by sometime next week. Let's see if any elderly person dies during that time coz they didn't have access to phone to call for help in emergency. No response/care from anyone. 3rd world stuff.

    @Telstra 51 days without phone line or internet service. 3 weeks since I heard from a complaints manager after filing ombudsman case at which point she said she would contact me within 24 hrs. I have requested 3 times since for her to call me. Still no contact or update.

    @redruby17 @iiNet Did they say they were from iinet? My recorded messages say they are Telstra (we are Telstra) 😐 i know it's not Telstra but this sucks for elderly etc 😕

    @Telstra I am reaching out about the overall situation. Not just the fact that my case manager has not contacted me for 3 weeks or hasn't responded to my request of communication. And can you please explain to me how you know the details about my Rio complaint without any information?

    @Telstra Yes. I had a technician on the phone yesterday and he got me to reset everything. It worked for a couple of hours, then returned to crap. Mobile coverage in Airlie Beach is rubbish, always has been & the problem is continually ignored by Telstra.

    @Telstra Seeing how you are unaware of the situation let me update you. Day 15. Yesterday a crane attempted to get to Binda 2583 tower to install a new antenna but got bogged. They will lay down gravel and try again today. Go to Crookwell Community FB page for all Telstra updates.

    @Telstra so guys, you have cut off my email access - (again) for a system error (incorrect) report of non-payment and I have just spent a day and a half trying to fix this via in store AND the online "Helpdesk" (LOL! not) Complaint 16696739. @TelcoOmbudsman
