@lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

@Telstra why is the onus on the account holder to prove again and again that fault was by the service provider(Telstra)? Surely the different departments within do ‘talk’ to one another. I shouldn’t have to foot a bill of 1000s of $ when fault was brought to attention within 2hr.

@iSub @Telstra I heard an NBN team is on their way to Woodburn with the army to see what the situation is. They're taking generators and other equipment just in case they can access the node. Re mobile service there is no update

He has a pre-paid phone and needs it unlocked to start his next journey. He doesn't have the Telstra app because it's pre-paid. Let's go @Telstra. Let's get this sorted. Problems exist on a weekend too.

Our @Telstra home internet has been down for 15 days, with visits from 3 different NBN techs who all said we need a new @Telstra modem. @Telstra customer 'service' continually starts our conversation from scratch and refuses to do anything except book another NBN tech

@Telstra @iSub Given i have no internet and can't get to the website, this isn't much help unfortunately. Have patchy Optus signal.

The exact reason @Telstra fails and gets abused by their customers, as can be seen on twitter so frequently, is they do not pay attention to solve one customer at a time opting to do many. Doing support in this way makes mistakes inevitable. I'm struggling to stay nice myself

@Telstra Viktor with due respect, no you are not! I’m done. Losing me as a customer won’t mean a lot to you. Losing others may make your reconsider the way you treat your customers. I’m done
