    @lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

    @sarahvmac I had this problem with ADSL a few years ago. The local 'Telstra pit' was always full of water after rain. I found wireless broadband was a great alternative to fixed line. You need to be near a mobile base station though. #Goodluck

    @Telstra Yes. They said nothing they could do. I am a customer of 15+ years and have the price increase 200% is a bit rich.

    @Telstra Yes. I have tried to reach out to Telstra multiple times but your customer service team has not been very helpful. My personal phone isn't detecting the network. I cant make calls, messages or connect the internet. Its not a phone fault because I can connect to wifi.

    Is there any other company as bad as @Telstra when it comes to trying to get through to an actual human on the enquiry line? They treat customers like we are their biggest problem rather than their greatest asset. Another John Howard achievement!

    Hi @Optus, Please fix your ****. Been a customer for 8 years and I still need to be credit checked to upgrade to a new phone & plan? Your servers won't even let a credit check through. Been here for over an hour and made 0 progress. Regards, Soon to be new @Telstra customer!
