@lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

@Telstra Also, what do retirees do? They won’t have the app! You assume that I am young therefore I will use an app is that it? Why do I get the app? So its another way to show me you can fail, you don’t provide stable internet, why would I think you can create an app?

@ausretrogamer @Telstra @NBN_Australia What type of connection? FTTP, FTTC, FTTN? Can you fix it yourself? I just moved into a new place and had to completely replace the NBN lead in cable because some moron ran it across the yard not in the ground and it got weather damaged.

@Telstra You guys should know about this issue. It's been occurring for more than 2 years. It took me 25 minutes to download a 10mb Android app from the Google Play store this afternoon.

@Telstra So far I have had two of your staff ask me to reset my phone and check again, as though I live on the train and can just take it where I like to test the network, so that’s going well so far…🤷🏼

@Telstra Also my service is data provided by Telstra. All apps are closed. As a techie I have troubleshooted the issue better than most people and I'm telling you, this is a load issue that needs to be fixed.

@Telstra Six hours and still, no mention of the fault. @Telstra do you really expect people to believe this is a ‘delayed update’ to the your service disruption?

We scheduled a disconnection/reconnection of our NBN service with @Telstra that went without a hitch. However, we were letdown with the connection not working (not Telstra’s fault). Have to now wait a week for an @NBN_Australia tech, which is ridiculous 😡

@Telstra - I'm done. I've had two different customer service agents provide me with wrong and misleading information on an issue they promised they were able to resolve. To make matters even worse, the customer service agent I spoke to today hung up on me as I was expressing my
