@lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

The one thing I hate about Telstra’s 5G Home Internet is I can’t do any Speedtests. Like none. Nada. Zip. So when my internet speeds seem funny I can’t test it. The only single speed test that works is the god damn speed test built into my Nintendo Switch!

@Telstra very disappointing start to the 2022 disconnected service! Booked move house on 13th Jan. Hardware arrived at new address before lease starts. Current address not reconnected until 3rd Jan. I am a dev. Yearly scheduled outages & I can’t work. What am I supposed to do?

Hi @telstra. To whom do we report mobile tower outages? We've only had 3G since power was restored after a widespread power outage on Tuesday 28 Dec. The Telstra outages page showed 4G outage with restore dates of Wednesday at 10:00am and then Thursday 6:00pm. Now nothing.

@andy_penn do they tell you how bad your company is or do you only get the good news? I’m still waiting for Telstra to reconnect me.

@Telstra Hi Evie. It's in country NSW. The tower is located at The Risk 2474 and affects Lynchs Creek 2474, Wiangaree 2474, Gradys Creek 2474 and many others. This afternoon the "To Be Confirmed" restoration service notice on the outages page is gone and it says no outages detected.

@Peter_F_Ryan @iiNet Peter generally, organisations don't want to provide ctr service, it's expensive & that's why yr plan is relatively inexpensive. Telstra & Optus are marginally better in terms of ctr service - they "own" the network and seldom drop out completely. ALL are in the Telecom Triangle.
