@lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

@Telstra Hi Telstra, for a couple of days my NBN internet has been glacially slow. Can’t view a YouTube clip of 4 mins, tiny film clips on Twitter don’t load for ages. I have turned it off and on again. No improvement. First time this has happened. I am the only user. Any ideas?

@Telstra @ACCAN_AU I have no experience in my life, having been a long-term telco customer in both the UK and here, of a company doing less honest business than #Telstra. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIEVING #TELSTRA

To make matters worse, Telstra also have a network outage with their mobile service in the area. This means connectivity to the outside world is void. If you needed to make an emergency call, nope. If people needed to contact you, nope. If you needed to work from home, nope

@Telstra I think it’s so slack that we’ve spent the entire weekend without any kind of internet service and we’re still expected to wait another full week until it’s resolved. Is this really how you treat your paying customers? Especially by planning this and not telling us?
