@lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

Hey @Telstra you owe me money from my closed account. Your online chat is terrible and you don’t even have call centres anymore. It took me 2 days to get my first refund organised yet I’m still owed money.. this is a joke! Give me back my money!!

@Telstra My pre-paid service was shifted to a new plan. Have now received text message saying that all of my data has been used & I need to recharge. But I had a data bank of more than 80 Gb before you changed my plan, reassuring me my data would transfer across. Advice please?

@Tildsley_92 @Telstra bruh, i cut off the landline phone i had connected to the internet service i had while i lived on base back in 2015, the were still charging me the extra $150 for the phone even after i had call them over 15 times to get it disconnected, it took a visit to a telstra store
