@lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

@abcnews People pay for the Telstra service and are let down but Telstra's official response is they should pay for another service while Telstra takes it's time fixing theirs? Telstra should pay for the alternative. Remember when they had a service obligation? Privatisation... #auspol

@sgolding_scott @Ladymondgreen1 @ScottMorrisonMP The difference between Telstra and the government is that Telstra provides a service that works, the devil you don't know can also provide the same service but at a fraction of the cost

I did absolutely everything that @Telstra asked of me. As a loyal customer I was lied to, made fun of, ripped off and had my internet disconnected without any reason given. No-one could tell me what had happened. #goodbyetelstra stay tuned, I’m in a chat with someone now

@KittieLee07 Well make sure you don't take your self their as a customer. Corporates that marginalize when they are woke about everything else. Today I commenced taking my services away from the corporates that discriminate against staff - Westpac, CBA, Telstra.

@Telstra @Stephmiccy Loyalty is great however reciprocating with customer service is just as good. Pity loyal customers don’t get the same offers and support as those they’re trying to woo over from other networks.

Does anyone know why idiots ring up saying they are from @Telstra and asking if it is working OK. Especially when I don't have Telstra. Is swearing at them rude?
