    @lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

    @Telstra 5G internet has been down most of the day in Lennox Head (2478) - when will it be back up and why does it always go down when we get heavy rain!!???

    What a surprise. Trying to upgrade both phone plans on my acct and @Telstra puts both orders on one of the numbers & then cancels one order without saying anything because its "too son to upgrade". Great customer service. After 15 years it might be time to go elsewhere

    @Telstra ordered NBN on the weekend to replace ADSL. ADSL not working this morning. Sadly I don’t think this is a coincidence. Please contact me and get the ADSL working until it’s replaced.

    Unfortunately, no one is able to answer the Telstra customer service phone call, and Telstra's 24/7 live chat is definitely a joke! You can't even get access the feature. I am regret why I made the stupid decision to choose Telstra.

    And so many institutions charge these outrageous fees for minor late payments or overdrawn issues....Banks, Telstra, energy companies, ....I myself with even the best budgeting I can manage end up paying about $30 a month in punitive fees. To me and others, that's a lot.

    @Telstra You won’t do phone calls. Robot chat is useless. You are ~2 days behind on Twitter & you have not responded to our ongoing Telstra Message conversation in last 6 hours (after texting back and forth for 1 hour so not like I was at the back of the queue). WTF is going on?

    @Telstra after sitting on hold for 30 minutes, and finally getting to talk to someone, the line drops out 10 seconds into the call. Things seem to be going from bad to worse 🙁
