@lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

This Telstra etal pandemic customer case is another example of Fed government economic response failure. Another group like banks and landlords that should have been told to pull their heads in and use the Feds as payer of last resort.

@Tegan_Writes For years i acted like the Telstra ombudsman, now with other providers actually giving customer service i recommend they switch away. If it wasnt real, it would be funny.

Without question I am experiencing the WORST customer service I have ever had from any telco provider @Telstra How can a telco company exclusively deal with customers via a text chat & not allow any phone calls? I understand we are living through a Pandemic but you are a telco.
