@lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

@NBN_Australia It’s kind of hard to raise a hardware fault issues when overseas call centres conclude that your internet/nbn is working fine when they’re only testing for internet connectivity. You should tell @Telstra to employ humans rather than script readers.

This is of course after not having internet for 11 days. What does @telstra do, they slow down my service even more with a text message. No call. Don't answer my app message, well they do, but 6 hours later in the middle of the night.

@TeslaGong @TeslaStraya Having issues ordering also. I have a rural property in NSW Southern Tablelands, I only just get some Telstra service if I walk up the hill. Starlink would be amazing.

Hmm. Robocall from a US number indicating "THAT-YOUR-INTERNET-TELSTRA-SERVICE-WILL-BE-DISCONNECTED". Yep. Sounds totally legit. I'm definitely going to pursue this.

@Telstra your 5G network is horrible. Not only does it drop out regularly, there is a significant dead spot in the middle of the Brisbane CBD where there is no coverage at all for a block or two. I’m not paying the company bill until it’s rectified.
