@lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

How many people out there are having woefully slow internet speeds on the Telstra 4G phones? Particularly interested if you have a phone a couple of years old .. like a Samsung S5 for example.

@JulianBurnside Indeed it is. They left my 93 yo blind and nearly deaf mother and her carer without their priority phone for 4 days after switching to nbn. Finally I had to fix the problem after getting no help from Telstra after countless hours spent on numerous call to their overseas helpline!

@Telstra I understand why I was texted, this is just a comment on your terrible sales people who had no idea what the offer was and also after verifying my account they then proceeded to ask for my name and number. Did it get routed to India and a new system after the 1800? Disjointed.
