    @lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

    @Aussie_BB So many disconnections over these last couple months. During the floods is understandable, but it’s persisted since then. Have you guys considered offering a backup 4G/5G connection so that the customer doesn’t lose service? I believe Telstra and Optus do.

    @telstra I got a message in the app and on my email that my recently ordered iPad has been collected from the store. I have not collected it and can’t get a hold of the store direct. Call centre couldn’t help b/c it was a store order. Do you have a direct store number?

    @Telstra Well I just tried to call back since I couldn't speak to your clueless level 2 this afternoon, and after waiting for 45 minutes spoke to someone for 2, who then put me on hold and hung up. Pissarro poor service, can someone with a clue call me now.

    1st world issue I know! Who is worse to obtain customer satisfaction from @Qantas @Telstra or your work safe agent - they make you feel guilty though you are the person damaged through no fault of your own!

    Hey @optus ! You just lost a customer. I wanted to sign up for a $2400 12.9 IPad Pro at your Bourke/Elisabeth store. Stefan tells me the 12.9 iPad is locked in demo mode. Your cheaper iPads are all working normally. He didn’t seem fussed. Do better. I’m off to @Telstra now.

    @Optus my wife has had the worst experience trying to port her number over to @telstra It’s been two weeks and counting, multiple calls, her last exchange today ended abruptly when your customer service hung up on her. @telstra please help

    @Telstra is there any way I can get home 5g when the website says I'm out of area? I get far better speeds on my phone's Telatra 5g than the home wired internet. Terrible "NBN" here.

    @CyborgDanDrews @SolidusBk Telstra unlike twitter are a customer based service. If Telstra give up their customer they lose money. Its in their best interest to maintain customer satisfaction
