Ray Wilton (@raywilton4) reported from Lennox Head, New South Wales@lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

Brian May (@penguin_brian) reported@Telstra Got an official response. Was told that the network was overloaded. Which is what I said in the first place. Arrghh. Was told that Telstra upgraded network, but have no plans to upgrade for >= 3 months(?). Asked for this in writing. Was refused. But I do have a case number now.

Andrew Simms Au (@Simmsy2016) reported@Telstra my Telstra services not working on website or app and no mobile service either.
-
Tara #SaveSense8 #BoycottMurdoch (@Aussietranstara) reported@Telstra thank you, we also need a block list for the solar industry. All solar providers need to be on a list because that industry is spamming the phone network. I have lost count of the number of callers calling about government rebates on solar.
-
Brian May (@penguin_brian) reported@Telstra Typical problem involving company relations. I can't talk to the technical people who know what is going on. So everything I find out has been translated so the customer relations person can understand and has lost all meaning content in the process.
-
Corbin Schuster (@CorbinSchuster) reportedGday @Telstra Is there an online portal where users can report issues with mobile coverage. Country town, 40km N of Adelaide, Telstra tower in the town, this year mobile coverage has been terrible, wildly fluctuating signal strength, even whilst stationary, badly affecting calls.

non vos iterum (@rrogerramjet) reportedTrying to get a longstanding 4g backup issue fixed with @Telstra and the lazy call centre guy just says 'well its working now, get back to me if theres a problem' But its not working. And when the NBN goes down... I have no internet... cause the 4G doesnt work....around we go.
-
Barry Anderson (@z3ndrag0n) reportedAnyone know any decent mesh wireless solutions that don’t talk back to cloud? I’s not even talking confidentiality, I’m talking availability. @Telstra’s extender sucks - @geteero was amazing until this morning. I want to have good wireless coverage I don’t have to think about!
-
non vos iterum (@rrogerramjet) reportedSo my last 90minutes is entirely wasted and I will ignore the '4G backup service doesnt work ever since Telstra complained about us using it' problem for yet another year.... Go @Telstra !!

Jasmin de Wolf (@wonderwebby) reported@PaulCunningham @gtvone @Telstra Aldi SIMS are great and use the Telstra network, data gets carried over, and they often give you bonus data. We use them for our boys too though 16yo has negotiated the $25 SIM. I think they do data only packs too.

marcus kelson (@marcuskelson) reportedmy internet has borked but thanks for all your suggestions, Telstra has put in an interim thingy until an NBN technician can come tomorrow, because after all at it was not actually a Telstra issue at all but the woman who helped me was wonderful.
