@lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

@TheKouk @ItsBouquet i am so pissed off at this cowardly incompetence. all the MPs & public servants incl @GladysB continue to be paid. our businesses wilt and we are to live on $700? but only if we weren’t on holiday or had a telstra outage in july 2019.

@lenoretaylor @knausc Too familiar. what did Telstra pay them again..? And was there a single new product they designed, or a single new customer they acquired? Also be interesting to know if they were asked to answer any questions after the South African corruption judgement against them. Charlatans!

Please to report Telstra does have real people working for them you can talk to on the phone. That is when you can find them. She was a lovely friendly lady who was extremely helpful. I feel bad for calling the company useless. Not sure if last sentence is true.

@Telstra This is a problem bigger than Telstra, however Telstra has a huge responsibility due to the commercial hardball played during the NBN development and procurement stage.

@Telstra Damage is already done. I’ve been on 24/7 chat via the app and telstra basically put the ownership back onto me when it was @Telstra’s error. So in our chat conversation we agreed to disagree and what should have been a credit back on onto my account turned to a tio complaint

@Telstra @Foxtel @FOXTEL_Help you would be the two most useless companies to deal with. There is a known fault with the IQ3/4 box. As a customer, I have never been informed of this. You guys have no resolution date and will not compensate me for an underperforming service!
