    @lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

    @Telstra 5G internet has been down most of the day in Lennox Head (2478) - when will it be back up and why does it always go down when we get heavy rain!!???

    @Telstra Liars. I got a Pixel 5 for you and was supposed to get a redemption code for a Nest Max....still no code a month later. I check Crowd Support and heaps of your customers have the same issue and take it to the ombudsman after being constantly lied to. False advertising! Shame!

    I have switched my phone plan from @optus to @Telstra on last Friday. My number is still with Optus and my new Telstra sim card is still not working. I have just contacted Optus, they said as per their system, now I need to talk to Telstra.

    @Telstra Please contact me to try and get my internet working...on /adsl in highvale...phone goes to chat...operators useless...chat goes round in circles...you are so abysmal lately its not funny...4G modem has been slowed so that is now not working..this is not funny.
