@lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

@Telstra Hi Laura, after yet another evening on your useless messenger system, I’ve been told to ask for “priority assist” when calling. However, this also does not work and I am still stuck without any help from #telstra. All I need is to speak to a human being, is this too much to ask?

@Telstra Yeap. Instead they stop dealing with you (completely ghost) as soon as you mention the word complaint, perhaps because it works against them on their kpi’s? I can’t see how you can’t be in breach by not even acknowledging a customer seeking to raise a complaint.

@Telstra So far I’ve been ID’d 3 times and been apologised to at least 10. Someone said it would be sorted 3 days ago and still nothing. I have asked for a complaint to be lodged and they ignore won’t respond? So no data and I can’t escalate because no one will raise a complaint.

@Telstra We received notification too late, weren’t able to access emails & our mobiles were dead & landline not working properly. My wife tried calling and messaging service but was in a long waiting line, and I drove to town where I then had to wait for 2 hours at local shop.

Trying to contact @Telstra re. my deceased mother's phone account and connection. The 1800 number given to me by a Telstra employee (who rang to get her to connect to the NBN, but couldn't help on this) is disconnected. The chat bot tells me to use the app. I'm on a laptop.

Following on, 3 of my support tickets have been closed off with no resolutions in the last week. Having a crackly phone line and constant internet drop outs where I have to reload the same page 3 times to view it properly doesn't seem to be an issue? #Telstra #NBN

@Telstra I was never provided. But When I call 132000 that’s the first thing IVR asks if I m calling regarding the move request I logged. Certainly there is just one request for me in your system.

So my home internet keeps going off and on over and over again. I’m trying to study and my wife is working from home- I’ve contacted them and nobody gets back to me. Then today I received my monthly bill for a service am not getting!! Well played @Telstra well played
