    @lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

    @scootertooter7 I thought stuff like that only happened with @Telstra , which is Australia’s main network provider. They couldn’t organise a sandwich for a picnic.

    Bravo @Telstra After 2.5 hours dealing with 3 customer service reps with no appreciation of customer service who asked me the exact same questions 3 times, you have given me no option but to take this to the Ombudsman ... bravo again 👏

    @telstra - just got a new sim card. Started the process to activate. 10 hours later, phone still not working. Waiting for a response through your webpage, and I was told someone will be with me "shortly". Still waiting. How long do I need to wait?

    @TheNakedFarmers @RonniSalt @PaulFletcherMP As I told another friend yesterday contact Telstra on Twitter first try their PM and if that doesn’t work take it public! I had to do this for my 93 yo mum who was distraught that her phone was not working! Good luck 🤞

    @Telstra I don't know what your company means by "area maintenance", but now that it's over you've effectively made my houses internet speed come to a crippling halt, was 100mbps, now it's 8mbps. Been working with support for 4 hours, and still no improvement.

    @Telstra so your message said an operator would be with me in 15 to 30 minutes.......1 hour 25m and counting. I thought I'd also try online chat support whilst waiting.....waiting for 56 minutes so far on that too. Is anybody actually working in support? Just wondering.

    @Telstra you have by far the lowest customer support of any company I’ve ever dealt with, it’s actually embarrassing that your Australian. Fancy sending all the support/call centre work overseas just to make a few extra dollars. When decisions are made for money people suffer
