@lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

@Paney89 @iiNet @Telstra For what it’s worth I wouldn’t touch Telstra with a 30 foot pole. Absolutely hopeless customer service, repeatedly. I’ve found Vodafone to be much better. Good luck though 🤞

@nicksplitter @Telstra @acccgovau Just lodge a complaint with the Telecommunications Ombudsman. Telstra will generously resolve it in your favour within a week. Its the game that they play.

Compare the level of service and trust in businesses like Qantas, Telstra or CommBank now to the ‘90s before they were all privatised. Once national treasures that set the standard, all three are sub-par and frequently **** customers around. #AusPol #QantasFail

Does @Telstra online messaging ever result in a successful outcome for the customer, or is it just another way for @Telstra to avoid providing meaningful assistance? Asking for a friend 🤔

@SdoggaMan @Gatt_AU @hoolahoopz_ hm. i really wonder about the pixel problems- seems to be luck of the draw depending on who you talk to. And there's a $400 outright for the pro deal with telstra right now.

@Telstra You'll need a better deal to get me to buy online. I'm a Gold member with over 10 years with Telstra and I'm yet to see you guys deliver a better service or deal. Least Bunnings beats it by 10%.

Are there any metrics that show the improvement in efficiencies & servic e in ANY govt service since privatisation? Services like Telstra, Qantas, Commonwealth Bank? Just curious because from what I've seen/ experienced they worse far worse.

@Telstra There’s also been no reasonable effort to fix the fundamental and underlying cause, or acknowledge the fact that - when it comes to addresses - customer knows best. That the order flow doesn’t permit a cust defined address, and allow cust to accept liability for same is nuts.

@Telstra I'm still waiting for someone to call me back. I have been trying to sort this issue since December last year. I've been told twice that it's been escalated and someone will contact you. So far 🦗🦗🦗🦗

@Telstra It’s also worth noting I have 20yrs commercial experience in IT, logistics & eCommence; and I cannot - as a professional or customer - recall a single company in my time that enforces use of only a validated shipping address. Not even Amazon, Apple, Myer, nor Dell. nobody.
