@AllanRaskall @NBN_Australia @Telstra Good luck with your NBN issue Allan. I got rid fo @Telstra a while back because they couldn’t do a simple thing and move me back to them after I was moved to another ISP without my consent. Ended up moving to iiNet, couldn’t’ be happier and getting faster download.

  • VK2PNH Paul Hadlow (@VK2PNH) reported from Balranald, State of New South Wales

Rang @VodafoneAU back in October 2020 to upgrade my phone. Went through everything and was told I would hear back and that’s never happened. So will be walking into @Telstra and porting my service over to them.

@UndaSthnXiStand @john_odonoghue1 @SpaceX Much like Telstra then. Not that I'd trust any Musk product/service.

@Telstra Hi. Phone and data services are really bad. The telstra outagev sure not working properly. Will Telstra advise customers about what is happening?

  • razzyxo Raziel (@razzyxo) reported

@Telstra 7290 - internet issues. Connections via cable are stable and working, but wifi is completely disconnected. Additionally, it's presenting an 'incorrect password' error to all previously logged in devices.

  • LaurenKBreen Lauren Breen (@LaurenKBreen) reported

Just spent 1.5 hours on the @Telstra support chat upgrading my plan 🫠 you used to be able to do it in the app in like 10mins … please bring that option back 😬

  • UndaSthnXiStand RuralAustraliaMatters! (@UndaSthnXiStand) reported

@jono_nath @john_odonoghue1 @SpaceX Telstra is just a billing company. The network is owned by NBN Co.

  • FunWithTreason FunWithTreason (@FunWithTreason) reported

@PaulMaric @Optus @Telstra well you are totally wrong, sorry. anything online is vunerable to a breach. and shockingly a large network will take time to investigate. "Like I said, nobody is immune to a data breach" you have repeatedly said it COULD have been, not COULDN'T.

  • DefyAu DefyAu (@DefyAu) reported

@yvmzy Starlink is better then Satellite NBN it's currently the best Satellite internet service out there. But in terms of being better then Telstra it more then likely won't fix that they average 50mb to 240mb depending on location. But there's a 20-40ms ping delayed compared to FTTP

  • Delli23097 Delli (@Delli23097) reported

@Telstra I've checked the issue page and says no issues. I've even rang I keep getting told there is maintenance. But there is no maintenance

  • MatthewSigley Matthew Sigley (@MatthewSigley) reported

Trying to use @Telstra 5G service in Kyneton is like trying to use the internet wading through mud. The day started with 5G and now it’s down to 3G. Great when you’re trying to run a business. 😡#telstrafail #telstra #kyneton
