Rang @VodafoneAU back in October 2020 to upgrade my phone. Went through everything and was told I would hear back and that’s never happened. So will be walking into @Telstra and porting my service over to them.

@AllanRaskall @NBN_Australia @Telstra Good luck with your NBN issue Allan. I got rid fo @Telstra a while back because they couldn’t do a simple thing and move me back to them after I was moved to another ISP without my consent. Ended up moving to iiNet, couldn’t’ be happier and getting faster download.

@troyhunt Had the same problem with telstra emailing me a little old lady’s bill (and NBN move details) and threatening disconnection letters. Could not get it resolved in > year. Many many hours on phone to them. Logged privacy complaint with OAIC on her behalf and it was resolved quickly

Just the casual 20% service fee from @Ticketek_AU on a child’s (1-5yo) ticket for the @MCG for #aflpiessuns tomorrow. @kayosports is $5/month via Telstra. No wonder people elect to stay at home...

@Telstra Hi Ollie. Details are going to be sent now through a DM. Although Twitter is not the best place to be communicating @andy_penn - need to have access to email addresses. Part of the ongoing issues with Telstra’s shocking customer service & why people dread having to deal with you

Received a call from someone claiming to be @NBN_Australia wanting to connect my device to their server to resolve a problem I didn’t know I had. Trying to get through to @Telstra to confirm the call is legitimate but of course there is no human to speak to.

@50mbtelstra2088 It is the most useless service in Australia. For two weeks I am having a problem with my internet NBN. I called thee time to Telstra at 137587 and 132200 They said my NBN has been fixed BUT It did not fix it! Rubbish service!! The useless service is Telstra NBN!!
