I got rid fo @Telstra a while back because they couldn’t do a simple thing and move me back to them after I was moved to another ISP without my consent. Ended up moving to iiNet, couldn’t’ be happier and getting faster download.

I literally just need a new modem, but every time the person changes they want to go through everything again. I miss Australian support, or just techs who have any degree of initiative.

I have been pushing for someone to come out and check my NBN line for months, and all your customer service tells me to do is reset my router and then finish the chat without actually getting to the root of the issue.

Mr A-Game (@MrA_Game) reported@Telstra Your team made me hard reset my modem. Everything works now but you can bet as soon as I start streaming, my internet will cut out for a few minutes. I’ll check my router and it will say there’s no connection to the internet.

Romola Bucks (@romola_bucks) reported@Telstra They were, largely, flummoxed. I ended up with 2 team members helping. They think it is a CMOS battery problem. Unlikely that 2 PCs would have the same problem at exactly the same time. I will check CMOS battery tomorrow. @DougRobb1 says it's a Telstra problem with Windows.
