    @Telstra It would appear the mobile tower at Barraba has a fault. I've lost all service since about 6:30pm.

    @Telstra Hiya. I've received an email about a new customer account. It's not for me, but I suspect they possibly swapped the first two letters of their email address when signing up. I don't want to receive their bills. How can I get this sorted? I can't phone as I'm in the UK.

    @dodona777 Before anyone starts on what privatisation was started by Keating, CBA & CSL did better by being listed. Howard looked at Keating’s plans and tried squeezing money out of things that changed the market for the worse. Telstra is just one mistake which has cost over $60B to fix.

    @PatrickRyen2 75,000 phone calls in 15 minutes, Telstra network crashing. As Sutton said you could put 10,000 operators on not handle demand. Not really state government incompetence I would have thought. Bit like when you try to buy tickets to a popular concert or new Xbox the system crashes
