    As if Telstra wasn’t bad enough, there’s no way to call them to speak to somebody, even if I’m prepared to wait. I expect a service provider to be able to take a phone call. Wedging me into an even worse system is just indicative of how poor the service is.

    @Telstra my parents have been having issues with their internet (download seems ok, but 0.03 kbps upload). They don't reckon that tweeting you guys can help, please help prove them otherwise :)

    @Telstra 3 hours since my last response from one of your agents on the chat. Did the person I was chatting with forget that they had a long weekend and go? The other person currently working in customer service will be really upset their workload just doubled.

    Delays procrastination and obfuscation are all that @telstra really offers clients. Their processes are hopeless and if u get caught in the customer service trap you are doomed. I am in my 4th week of waiting for my Telstra iPhone to be provisioned. #auspol @PaulFletcherMP #TIO

    @Telstra I signed up with Telstra back in mid December due NBN to replace my perfectly working Telstra cable internet . But my order had gone no where due to a Telstra system issue , and then 8 days ago Telstra cut off my working Cable internet ! No joy getting any support
