@Robert6420 @TelstraEnt Hi I agree with you about the help from Telstra absolutely leave with the feeling they either don’t know or do not give a damn. Yes the higher ups should Man the phones and get the feeling for their customers back.

@BreakfastNews we have had no phone access since Monday. I’m using my emergency Telstra wifi hub; nbn out for who knows???? Shelves at Coles bare. Woolworths was closed till yesterday.

@CoxyJindas Absolutely. What was worse for us is that when the power went down Telstra 4G mobile data went down too.

@Telstra Well you might escalate the issue on behalf of other online callers, including to whomever oversees the @Telstra ‘customer experience’ so such a toxic error doesn’t escape internal review processes in future. Repeat messages need sane intervals, not ear ache nagging.

@Tyr_VY @Telstra Telstra sucks *****, I had to go with them for broadband in my last flat. The other side of my street had NBN... It took them weeks to set me up too, I ended up getting a 4G dongle in the meantime which was actually quicker so I kept it...could consider that?
