    @Robert6420 @TelstraEnt Hi I agree with you about the help from Telstra absolutely leave with the feeling they either don’t know or do not give a damn. Yes the higher ups should Man the phones and get the feeling for their customers back.

    @Telstra Yes my husband just spent an hour on the phone doing just that, but why such poor quality equipment? Do I message my team using my data (of which I have gone over) at work tomo- oh 2nd time this has happened soz can't help out at work today- byeee. Come on.

    @Telstra I note, no reminder or warning was sent on renewal of pre-paid this month. Is this the normal from now on? Didn’t know until I tried to make a call. Very poor service!

    I tell ya @Telstra are unbelievable. Tried all morning to query why a made payment isnt showing up and get incompentent staff through the app and rude staff who raised their voice on a phone call then they send a text threatening late fees. What. A. Joke.
