Debbie dean (@debbiedean1966) reported from Bendigo, Victoria@Telstra After not getting service 2yrs I’ve paid for full package,foxtel which I rarely can use cause there is no internet .. after 22 yrs of being a customer they said I have 2 choices .. wait 3-4 months for nbn to be connected and get $20 off my bill ... or leave !!!!!

According to Telstra, the 4G coverage outside my house should be good. So long as you can place a call outside, they don’t seem to think it’s a serious issue.

They had to wait months to get it right, technician was the only one who could trace the problem. I went with Telstra and had it on in a week.

I never got around to calling them before the police raided them!

Michael (@MSVLKnight) reported@LisaLemon09 I worked for Telstra for a long time and in my experience nearly every major issue was caused by updates being tested in a lab with 10 services and then getting rolled out to 20,000 plus subscribers. It was nearly always inadequate testing.

Telstra announced a A$1 billion share buyback and reported a marginal increase in annual profit on Thursday. Citi expects mobile service revenue growth to accelerate to around 5% in FY2027, supported by higher average revenue per postpaid user. The broker also sees potential earnings upside from stronger cost discipline, although postpaid subscriber numbers continue to decline. Citi reduced its FY2027 post-lease EBITDA forecast by up to 1% and basic net profit estimates by up to 2%.
