@Telstra no that's not the problem. not out of stock. you don't sell XR white in 128gb for example in any channel. it breaks your checkout. you can tell your developers or wait for them to notice

Tony Sheahan (@TonySheahan) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@Telstra @SteveMolk Ryan, TigerAir gives better service than @Telstra Changing the colour of your company’s logo won’t help the stampede of customers fleeing the telco

@Telstra Greg, thanks for your response however, It was reported to Telstra and all they wanted to know was who did it!! I don't have direct infornation on that one either. Still no-one has come out to fix it up.

Shaun Byrne (@byrnecore) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
The city loop’s internet connectivity is poor. I’m not sure if the traffic has increased or the type of traffic has changed. I do know I spend from southern cross to west Richmond turning my data on and off trying to find a legitimate connection though. Ping @Telstra

Craig Morgan (@Cram3073) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@Telstra this is getting ridiculous with the outage in my area #3073 now we are out until the 24th June because some contractor stuffed up and dug the wrong cable. This started the week you sent me a modem to use on the #nbn once it’s activated but not giving

@Telstra I’ve sent you a DM. My Nan is in hospital and needs to be able to call us. This is an urgent issue.
-
Paul Maric (@PaulMaric) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@glipschitz @trevorlong @Telstra @VodafoneAU That’s the problem. I’m occasionally in the middle of nowhere and need to be available for calls and data. If I didn’t have that work requirement I wouldn’t bother.
-
Shaun Byrne (@byrnecore) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@mcf_21 @Telstra It’s the Telstra network, not public dude! But yes, beware vulnerable public wifi!!
-
Shaun (@Sbarry86) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@mpowney @Telstra Telstra also close of ombudsman complaints as dissatisfied. With out calling that customer. They are rude as
-
Paul Maric (@PaulMaric) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@trevorlong @Telstra ...I wouldn’t have the same confidence with an Optus or Vodafone service.
-
Adam Wilson (@gussyboy81) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@Telstra The website reports no outage. My NTD box just has a solid red light on the alarm
-
Matt 🏳️🌈 (@mattdelves) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@freshtonic I’ve only noticed it when on Vodafone. Telstra has no problems.
-
Melissa Kennedy (@Melissankennedy) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@Telstra your technician who is still in the street is refusing to fix a fault that they created. He refuses to fix it. No customer service.
-
Andre (@andre_genius) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@Telstra No I was making light of a team that is there to ensure continuity of service taking 24 hours to respond to an issue where their product is not working.
-
💧Robyn D💦 (@KoparaFallsKid) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@MeckeringBoy Can't get signal in Cabrini in Malvern unless you are with Telstra
-
Baethan Mullen (@BaethanEnergy) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@Telstra That I (and every other Telstra customer at the game) experiences congestion is self evident. My question was why the so-called “premium” network seems to have the worst experience of this. Other networks (@Optus and even @VodafoneAU) are more useable at these events.
-
Steve Scicluna (@stevescicluna) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@phbarratt You must have had terrible Optus cable. I get close to 100 Mbps. I’m in no hurry to switch to NBN delivered via Telstra’s cable.

𝔾𝕙𝕠𝕤𝕥𝕀𝕟𝕋𝕙𝕖𝕄𝕒𝕔𝕙𝕚𝕟𝕖 (@AGhostMachine) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@Telstra You guys were the premium. Australian provider with the best customer service. But you sent all your jobs overseas, made a lot of my friends redundant. Customer service and experience has suffered so greatly now your NPS scores are no longer made public out of embarrassment
-
𝔾𝕙𝕠𝕤𝕥𝕀𝕟𝕋𝕙𝕖𝕄𝕒𝕔𝕙𝕚𝕟𝕖 (@AGhostMachine) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@hexsteph @Telstra Pity telstras customer service is actually dirt and there is about a 90% chance of having a negative experience.
-
Paulie Ferrari (@paulieferrari) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@Telstra It's not been offered to me so No. I have replied and cc'd the privacy team myself so my complaint doesn't get lost again. Bit sad from a customer service lens really. Some great deals from other providers now that I have commenced actively looking

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Narayansmate (@narayansmate) reported
@Telstra Sure. The issue was that it was originally lodged in September. I had to lodge the documentation more than four times, inc. to a team leaders direct email, then at the end of September, nothing. And nothing since. And it was marked urgent.
-
Kym (@Poupon123) reported
@LesStonehouse @Optus Me too... it’s horrendous... in parts of Qld you have no option but to go with Telstra. threaten ombudsman... but change provider...I go for days without service. I‘m changing provider.

Don Eriq (@DonERiQ) reported
@seqldr @Telstra I haven't had a signal on my personal phones since 2 days ago. My work one is functioning perfectly . They're on the same network. I don't understand why
-
Don Eriq (@DonERiQ) reported
@Telstra About a million times now... that seems to be the only resolution you guys can think of
-
SE Qldr (@seqldr) reported
@Telstra @DonERiQ Typical isn’t it. Inconvenience non technical people for half a day by swapping out SIM cards and fruitlessly restart and reset devices. Anything to take focus away from Telstra’s inadequately equipped network. Yet ur still sprinkling 5G like it’s the solution for everything!
-
Matt Gillard 🎄 (@mattgillard) reported
I don’t need extra data - its shared with my main phone which has 80GB of data which is the whole point of this service. @Telstra I opt out thanks.
-
Don Eriq (@DonERiQ) reported
@Telstra Yes. I have tried to reach out to Telstra multiple times but your customer service team has not been very helpful. My personal phone isn't detecting the network. I cant make calls, messages or connect the internet. Its not a phone fault because I can connect to wifi.
-
Matt Gillard 🎄 (@mattgillard) reported
@Telstra Yes. They said nothing they could do. I am a customer of 15+ years and have the price increase 200% is a bit rich.
-
Andy McBlane (@andymcblane) reported
@circleslifeAU Do you offer Telstra network?
-
Frank (@FrankieJBroph) reported
Is there any other company as bad as @Telstra when it comes to trying to get through to an actual human on the enquiry line? They treat customers like we are their biggest problem rather than their greatest asset. Another John Howard achievement!
