Just got a *HUGE* bill from @Telstra for disconnecting my shit ADSL connection despite being told in-store and on the phone that there wouldn't be a charge. I'm furious and have asked them to check the phone recording. Next I'll go to the ombudsmen. FURIOUS.

@Telstra Multiple fault call centre operators have told me when I call for information on existing job numbers they cannot tell me anything until they have retested my router (takes ages) even though the fault is diagnosed & documented by on site NBN tech visits to be in the NBN network.

@Telstra I have tried that problem solver before it’s terrible to use. You can come out here and ask anyone, coverage has reduced, calls drop out where they previously didn’t. ‘Call failed’ is very common now when trying to make a call

@NBN_Australia I can however give you a general outline of the issues. The copper network is so degraded it fails frequently. Communication between Telstra and NBN apart from opening job numbers seems non-existent. Telstra has been unable to provide any repair timing information from NBN.
