    @Telstra Saturday I go to the Telstra shop in Orange NSW. Spoke to Shane he says come back Sunday just before 10.00am Go back today speak with Libby. She say I have to make s booking to see Shane. Booked in for 12 noon Go back at 12 noon Shane has gone to lunch. Terrible service

    Good at it too. How much did he earn? About 45k-50k from memory and he was the manager. Assistant less. I ended up earning more when I went to telstra. This was in the year 2000. If they think the average person support then just because they got vaccinated; they’ve got another

    @Telstra Thanks Kailyn - whilst this may be @Telstra preferred payment method, this does not work for everyone. Holding network coverage to ransom is not the way to go. By all means, if people WANT that option, great! But it does not work for everyone. #telstrafail

    @VodafoneAU Had to stop pre-orders? Becaauuussseee you don't like making money?? That's a shame. I'm a long term vodafone customer, but now I'll have to go to @Optus or @Telstra and pre-order with them now. Oh well.

    @Telstra I have been dealing with these issues for years, multiple modem changes do nothing, NBN techs have tested from my end and the problems are external to my equipment. But the old "you're connected, that's good enough" policy means no matter how slow it gets, nothing will be done.

    @Telstra I have had people come to my house ,called up your call centre, I have even tried to speak to Jesus what length do I have to go to for you to take me seriously and come fix the internet. This is false advertising you don’t care about your customers one bit.

    @Telstra Because you do not provide adsl or nbn or even a landline in country areas where people once had landlines. But my 90 year old mother in law can walk 10kms from the farm to the nearest free payphone to get help when next she falls and breaks her hip.

    @Telstra I have a 4G Telstra modem for when there are problems in the NBN (backup) A great device .. Download speed 27.0 M The only snug is you don't let unlimited data with it
