    2. Tech has routed all my calls to France now and so Telstra can call me. (Seems email and chat aren't used by Telstra support). Have also had confirmation of several broken systems inside Telstra who failed to port my phone properly 6 years ago.

    We changed to iiNet last yr & all the problems we had with Telstra went away. He was like yeah it’s because infrastructure changed what? We haven’t been living here long. He was like you mustn’t have been having much problems. Um? We were in contact about the problems constantly.

    Telstra have no shame. They’ve been awful to my mum saying she never sent her phone back and she did. 3 years on and they were going to send her details to a debt collector. Someone finally said they had wiped it anywho then they backtracked. **** Telstra

    I've moved house 6 times in the past 5 years. Every time I've moved Telstra tries is choke our internet and not give us speeds we are paying for hoping we don't do anything about it. **** you scummy *****.

    @Telstra you are a disgrace. Called to reschedule an NBN appointment and you disconnected me. Dealt with two agents who were quite possible the worst I ever dealt with. The call back was was 50 mins late and then as we were testing he hung up.... case ID 12645473 I expect a call

    @caskings @Telstra Finally! I 🤍 the NBN customer service guy. I told him I just want to know either way so I don’t double pay. I have my answer! See, treating me like a human being didn’t take much & I feel fine about getting my landlord to pay the connection fee. Being a combative jerk doesn’t.
