    @Telstra @maddiepalmer It's NOT good enough with vulnerable customers. Shameful behaviour!! Elderly people often have overdue accounts, money problems or memory problems so if it's overdue one time and happens again you leave them vulnerable to illness and other emergencies? Disgusting.

    @Telstra the absolute worst company to deal with!!! They hang up on you, they tell you to go to the website and the website tells you to go to the app which it totally 🤬useless!!

    @Telstra You have THE worst customer service. Made 5 calls in 2 days to speak with a complaints case manager or supervisor b/c my case manager decided to close my case before she went on holiday. Last call is still on holding for 1h40m. Pretty sure they’ve gone home.. 🤬🤬

    @JonDeeOz @Telstra I’ve had a TIO investigation open against Telstra for 3 years now. @Telstra Doubled my new contract order back in 2018 & have refused to fix their mistake & tried to disconnect me month after month because chat agents & complaints agents found it 2 hard to fix. Appalling company

    @Telstra Still not working, but I finally got a L2 tech to talk to me. Router and exchange don't want to talk to each other. New router being sent to me. Going to scrounge up temp router from somewhere in meantime.

    @Telstra lovely to see that when Telstra net starts going down no one wants to pick a phone up been waiting for 40 mins now worst service tried app no answer on that hopeless

    @MatthewBevan Are you being asked for your password repeatedly? Or are your devices simply not being allocated an internet facing IP via the router? I have the latter problem with Telstra kit. If the former then I'd suspect a de-auth attack aimed at mobiles because it's less obvious.

    @SMSFCoach Personally don’t think it helps anyone by using words like “oscillation issues” when 95% of the population (me included) wouldn’t have a clue what they are talking about Liam. Also still out on Telstra there customer service is 3rd world & dumb.

    @DefectiveAirbag Imagine if, in objection to even just a telecom tax DISCUSSION, Telstra took down towers or your electricity network took everyone's electricity out for an unspecified amount of time to object to talk of a carbon tax.

    @Telstra what are you guys doing about severe connection and service issues in the Sth Australian town of Millicent. Calls made into residents and outgoing calls made by residents are going straight to messagebank. Its been ongoing for 48 hours #fixit
