@Telstra @maddiepalmer It's NOT good enough with vulnerable customers. Shameful behaviour!! Elderly people often have overdue accounts, money problems or memory problems so if it's overdue one time and happens again you leave them vulnerable to illness and other emergencies? Disgusting.

@PaulMan70983272 What a sill billy. It was Turnbull. Rumour has it that Lucy was a regular caller to Telstra, bitching about the service! Irony!

@Optus Yep no outage here at oakleigh. I Thought switching from Telstra to optus would be easy. Didn't know I have to wait 2 weeks for optus to activate my NBN. Been calling 133937 whole day and no one picked up. Please call 0408940690 today or I'm switching back to Telstra tmr

@Optus @Telstra The service is so bad on 3G when they do this, you can’t even load a webpage, let alone use their stupid app.

  • shaunau ~ (@shaunau) reported

@Optus @Telstra It’s not like it’s rural Australia or anything - it’s only 50 mins from Adelaide. Terrible service.

  • benwpratt Ben Pratt (@benwpratt) reported

Hey @optus I can’t receive calls from anyone on your service. @telstra say you need to fix the issue and it has been sitting with you for a week. I’d love to talk to your customers. Any chance you could sort this out?

  • RoadknightThe TheRoadknight (@RoadknightThe) reported

To those following my Telstra crusade: after a finding by the Telecommunications Ombudsman that Telstra has broken Australian Consumer Law by providing a service 'not fit for purpose', I have briefed the ACCC. Today, I have briefed a law firm for a possible class action. /2

@Telstra But if I was a business customer I would have been looked after Cam, nice one for the little guys

  • Aerohaveno Tim Richards (@Aerohaveno) reported

@Library_Vic What on earth is wrong with your wifi today? Slow, dropping out, etc. The problem is that it's impossible to get a good Telstra signal in the library as an alternative. Please fix.

  • bellandcathy Cathy (@bellandcathy) reported

@taipan168 @jasonandrade Wondering if you can help me? Re phone in Morocco. Is the best option just to pick up local sim when we arrive? Telstra doesn’t have agreements with providers in Morocco like they do in other countries (in India 5 years ago we just paid $10 a day)
