@Telstra @maddiepalmer It's NOT good enough with vulnerable customers. Shameful behaviour!! Elderly people often have overdue accounts, money problems or memory problems so if it's overdue one time and happens again you leave them vulnerable to illness and other emergencies? Disgusting.

@lasquetimeryl @Optus We are with Telstra and don’t have any issues. We have NBN fibre to the home. With Vodafone for a few months and they were terrible so we switched back to Telstra.

@Telstra I tried that page just now, and it says that there are outages due to the floods. But the problems existed before this.

@luke12PUBG Hello, this is your Telstra technician, I am coming between today at 4pm and December 30th at 11am, please be home to receive my service

  • AChristie221 Alastair Christie (@AChristie221) reported

@Telstra It's actually insane that a Telstra agent can manage to cancel the wrong account, despite being told the correct account number to cancel MULTIPLE TIMES on the call, and NEVER being told the account number she actually cancelled. And then 3 days for reconnect. FIX THIS

  • getoffthetoilet 🌙dee (@getoffthetoilet) reported

@Telstra is there currently an outage in Sydney city/inner west Sydney?

  • gordonwhitehead Gordon Whitehead (@gordonwhitehead) reported

It is that time of year to speak with @Telstra...as normal their support lines are experiencing super long delays. And no, your My Telstra app does not work.

  • L0kmister Lokmister (@L0kmister) reported

@IsJamesAlive @Telstra Number 5 should be an option to connect with an employee that actually understands what I’m saying and doesn’t speak in horribly broken English that is barley understandable. If there’s one thing a support rep should be it’s fluent in the language of the customer (or legible)

  • superceiliog Mountain Person (@superceiliog) reported

@tokuwaffle @Telstra They are definitely NOT a customer service company
