this whole no NBN between the hours of 6pm-12am is getting REAL annoying @Telstra How am i supposed to run a livestream with 0.89 upload speeds. 3 days in a row! Y’all are starting to cost me MONEY. And i don’t wanna hear “We understand your frustration” just fix the damn issue

@Telstra Matthew, thanks for the offer but @Telstra mobile coverage is so poor at my house that extra data is not much use. In fact I have to rely on wificalling to use the mobile. Fortunately our other mobiles are on @Optus which has great coverage.

Hey @Telstra disappointing that I made a detailed appt online for a store to fix home handset for my hearing impaired dad, only to find out once there nobody could help and we were sent home to call your Disability Service number. Pls update website with this info.

@Telstra Yes it was reported through the platform and also by phone etc. zero acknowledgment of an issue. I then paid for a Telstra home booster and external antenna which has only marginally improved the signal. Ok on 3G, terrible on 4G. All this in a Brisbane suburb.

Signed up for a new phone plan on Saturday Telstra had issues with it all Sat + Sun Telstra didn't help all Monday BC holiday Took all day until 5pm to switch service to Sim Store closed can't collect phone til tomorrow So sad, 5 day process to get this new phone. What a joke.😣

@Shaun_R @Telstra It’s funny how Telstra (and I guess most Telcos) still have that same bureaucratic inability to rapidly resolve an issue. I get the same anxiety dealing with Telcos as I did Centrelink and AusPost.

@Telstra It has a yargi rooftop antenna. Installer says the issue is alignment of distant cells and jumping from one to other and dropping out. Have 4 bars on Optus.

Have been with Telstra since 1972-have not had a problem. Now on NBN, still with Telstra- have low needs - fixed cost $88.00 per month - all local landline & mobile calls free. Suits me down to the ground.

@Telstra who at Telstra decided that they would no longer send their customers itemised bills? I’m a Telstra mobile customer who used to get one itemised bill per month. Now all I get is 2 receipts telling me the bills have been paid. WTF. An absolute stroke of genius !

@Telstra Tried to return to Aust post was refused spoke to telstra on the phone was advised to return it to telstra store with case number. That exactly what we did and just got smirked at and told they wouldn’t take it back. It was a cancellation of service.
