    @Telstra @maddiepalmer It's NOT good enough with vulnerable customers. Shameful behaviour!! Elderly people often have overdue accounts, money problems or memory problems so if it's overdue one time and happens again you leave them vulnerable to illness and other emergencies? Disgusting.

    @Telstra home internet is down in Banksia Beach 4507. Has been for at least 16 hours. A few other residents in the estate are experiencing the same thing. Is this a known?

    It was all the go in the 1980s to make up for the inflation created by the Vietnam War and the abrupt increase in oil prices. That’s when we got the economic rationalists - tax cuts for the rich, razor gangs for everyone else. Welfare and public service cuts, deregulation of banks and privatisation. Back story is interesting - same folks at work behind the scenes. Yes, GDP went up, but wealth only flowed to the top end. At least Labor under pressure, only semi privatised Telstra and retained controlling shares. Qantas was different. Comm Bank should have at least mostly stayed public -my Mum only had a chance at getting a house because of it, but if we add in subsidies and failures, it has largely cost taxpayers far more and not just financially. It did however, enable operators and shareholders to get rich.

    My phone has dropped out 3 times mid conversation and I’ve had to reset my phone to be able to use it again since the @Telstra outage.

    @Deevitha_ Im happy with everything except the price its way too expensive. I signed up for the lowest amount i could havent even been signed up for a month and they put the price up just as bad as fkn telstra in that department.

    @Telstra What a disgrace that each Telstra customer has to individually apply for compensation for the outages last week. Really shows what you think of your customers. Just provide free data like Optus did you scabs. Pathetic 😡 #telstra #telstraoutage
