    @Telstra home internet is down in Banksia Beach 4507. Has been for at least 16 hours. A few other residents in the estate are experiencing the same thing. Is this a known?

    @Telstra @maddiepalmer It's NOT good enough with vulnerable customers. Shameful behaviour!! Elderly people often have overdue accounts, money problems or memory problems so if it's overdue one time and happens again you leave them vulnerable to illness and other emergencies? Disgusting.

    If anyone is trying to get an Xbox Series X or S in Australia, Telstra has Xbox All Access. You can "Back-Order" the Series X and Buy the Series S. If you don't already know what Xbox All Access is it's a service that allows people to get into next gen on a plan. 2/? In comments

    @Jenny_Metri @JoeMZ26 By the way Jenny there is a scums going around now they saying they are from Telstra and they give us names and Telstra ID saying you internet dropping down to fix it we can help. Don’t trust them they hunkers in new way

    @albericie @Optus Optus, Telstra, NBN all companies to big to give a hoot about individual cases. Years ago I had a similar issue and was sent from pillar to post and back again.

    @albericie @Optus With respect, buying any services from Telstra or Optus is asking for trouble. They’re like the big-4 banks— they rely on customers churning between them so it’s zero sum loss.

    @albericie @Optus Yeah, I really wouldn't go with Optus or Telstra if it's NBN. I'm with Aussie Broadband and they're great (Australian support too), and I've heard good things about Superloop and Launtel too.

    @Telstra I’ve tried this many times, unfortunately your one size fits all automated customer service system is woeful. The Telstra App is also not allowing the function to download and view my bills.

    @Xbox The Telstra employees when I tell people to not give them money just for an Xbox when they're not even a customer of Telstra's and to just wait a year or 2 until xCloud officially launches so they save a whole lot of money.

    @Telstra Can you advise me of the following; 1. Why is it not possible to cancel an internet account either on the website or on the App. 2. Why is it I am waiting for 2 hours to get a message reply on my App. 3. Why do people have to wait on the phone for 2 hours for service

    @Telstra are too busy to take phone calls. Use the chat help they said. It’s quick and available 24/7. It’s been 2 days of messaging... still not resolved.
