Ok so @Optus kills off @virginmobile and make all customers switch to #Optus. The process has been a total stuffup. Hours spent on chat and then they cancel #Virgin service before Optus works. Oh and then it takes yet another chat. Makes @Telstra look amazing #pissedoff

Actually love Vodafone, unlimited monthly mobile data sims on my dual sim phone are bloody good value, but... I have never had one scam/phishing msg/call on my permanent telstra/boost number in near a decade, unlike every new voda sim/number I get. Voda has a personnel problem.

@Telstra is there any setting required to enable IMAP syncing on a Bigpond email to Outlook? Am definitely typing in all the correct config, but the continued error on multiple apps is thinking either account issue, or required setting not active.
