    @Telstra @maddiepalmer It's NOT good enough with vulnerable customers. Shameful behaviour!! Elderly people often have overdue accounts, money problems or memory problems so if it's overdue one time and happens again you leave them vulnerable to illness and other emergencies? Disgusting.

    @Telstra home internet is down in Banksia Beach 4507. Has been for at least 16 hours. A few other residents in the estate are experiencing the same thing. Is this a known?

    @gomichild Never mind that my back injury is what forced me from retail into admin, and I’d been doing purchasing and sales admin for years. I kept having to remind her I wasn’t obligated to apply for random jobs, and I certainly wasn’t going to apply for a job interview a Telstra shop!

    Will have to admit that calling the telstra workers **** did actually solve my issue and got the ball moving to fix the issue. Something oldschool foreign outsourced support would take serious and send in the big man to solve it. No I think if you tried that they'd extradite you to the others land to be put down.

    Dear @Telstra your account problem managers are inept children based out of the Philippines. How can an account problem manager’ not have the same access to view accounts to resolve financial problems? Why would they ask me to go back to the shop to get an archive? Incompetent!

    @KymRob25112 No idea in Qld. But in Sydney Telstra has sadly become the only option. The complete mess up with triple zero calls ( carrier errors) no mistake in that. The tower's aren't coping with this change. Regional with fewer options. That's harsh. Hope 🙏
