    @Telstra Greg! I apologize! But I tend to lose my temper every time we have contact. Suggestion: I believe there is a correlation between your mass-mailings (paper and digital) and your service line traffic. You might study the relationship and adjust accordingly.

    This is the second time this has happened. Last time, the technician said "someone must have accidentally disconnected the physical line at the exchange". What are you going to do to fix this @Telstra ?

    @Telstra We were trying to connect a new cable adapter which we were given by Telstra because the performance of our old one was slow. The new adapter was not connecting but no one could tell us why. We have had to switch back to using the slow old adapter....

    @zanerednwhite Yeah $15 you could use Chromecast screen resolution might be poor mine 780p. I got a Telstra TV gen 3 off Facebook marketplace there were plenty of Gen 2 for $35. Resolution seemed better. $15 month to month seems ok to me

    @BethvsB @jriewolod @Telstra Yes it’s a me problem. But this has also happened to a lot of other, intelligent people I know. Telstra are very good at offering ‘free’ things with a hidden recurring monthly charge. It just seems convenient that they suddenly lost the records of the phone call when queried.
