@Telstra We were trying to connect a new cable adapter which we were given by Telstra because the performance of our old one was slow. The new adapter was not connecting but no one could tell us why. We have had to switch back to using the slow old adapter....

@EverywhereTrip @Telstra I’ve personally found their tech to be very good indeed, but dealing with their customer service to be similar to repeatedly stubbing your toe while being stung by a wasp. We have one Telstra mobile left in the house - I moved everything else away.

@Telstra Wow, I actually enjoyed the humour in this advert, I love a good laugh & a bit of sarcasm, BUT as soon as I saw that you were REWARDING people who get the Jab, I was immediately turned off. Been with you for 24 yrs, had many issues with service but stayed. Not anymore though!

@simonahac @Telstra Australia is a backwater nation re internet. That is just ridiculous. I'm on my around Oz road trip and Vodaphone have been woeful the whole way. Their claim "we have works in that area" is just BS and getting old. I contacted the Ombudsman on it. Many more telco problems here.

If #COVID isn’t inhibiting small business enough, you can count on @auspost (website is down constantly), @Wix (their platform is simply defective) and @Telstra (cut my net without warning) - aka giant corporations with a lot more money than me - to neglect doing their job.

@telstra review my chat support transcript and tell me why its not appalling, infuriating & utterly negligent. Phone line down 4 months. Kids can't dial 000. Your chat support ppl detect the fault and do absolutely nothing to resolve.

@Telstra Sorry I couldn’t reply because 3G is intermittent in Woodgate as well. When it all came back on it wasn’t relevant . Pretty poor really when infrastructure’s already in place

@Telstra I needed my service unsuspended but that’s too hard for you guys to achieve in a timely manner. Optus had replied to my partner within the hour. It took a full 8 hours for you to reply. Too bad I needed the service last night.

@roobiefox Nor should you have. Since privatization their performance has been abysmal. At least when going through one of their customers issues get dealt with promptly instead of Telstra blaming you and equipment for non-existent ‘on property faults’ as they constantly warned me. Gone.
