  • Reggi05 Laundry Worship (@Reggi05) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@franksting @nytimes Telstra make it only possible for some things via there Ap which never works. Cancelling Adobe and Microsoft is really hard

  • benroachie Ben Roache (@benroachie) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

Today’s update for you @andy_penn! I created an escalation case on Thursday. Despite multiple folks from your social team saying they’d help and have it escalated etc etc etc nothing has happened. But it’s okay, because T25 will fix everything, right? 🥲 #telstra

  • jjee88888 Jeremy Jee (@jjee88888) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@andy_penn So just another junky telstra piece of crap. All these features have been available for years on standard off the shelf modems. Why lock yourself into overpriced telstra junk?

  • nickdowse Nick Dowse (@nickdowse) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@peterw @Telstra Was the DM helpful? Facing similar issue with T in west end

  • Mcali4 ✌Liz Franklin. 💉💉 (@Mcali4) reported from Narangba, State of Queensland

@Telstra @maddiepalmer It's NOT good enough with vulnerable customers. Shameful behaviour!! Elderly people often have overdue accounts, money problems or memory problems so if it's overdue one time and happens again you leave them vulnerable to illness and other emergencies? Disgusting.

  • nathbush Nathan Bush (@nathbush) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@thewordsofshief @Telstra But can you still fix my phone?

  • benroachie Ben Roache (@benroachie) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

Oh, did I say I have an order number? I have a type of order number I’ve never seen before in my life, doesn’t work in any of Telstra’s order trackers, and now, when others are getting StarTrack tracking numbers, I’m left high and dry with literally no information.

  • Reggi05 Laundry Worship (@Reggi05) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@alexbhathal @Telstra Probably cost. Under crisis global telecoms operators often push the rates it costs to land a call on their network sky high

  • viller Stephen Viller (@viller) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra I never get that I was dealing with people with bad intentions, but there is something about how the organisation is structured that leads to massive end-user frustration.

  • reallucipower Luci Power (@reallucipower) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra Wow, I actually enjoyed the humour in this advert, I love a good laugh & a bit of sarcasm, BUT as soon as I saw that you were REWARDING people who get the Jab, I was immediately turned off. Been with you for 24 yrs, had many issues with service but stayed. Not anymore though!

  • PagewoodCoach Rubens Camejo (@PagewoodCoach) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@MelbInvest @nyunggai @HelloMakkaPakka Yes & no. If you work for Optus but doing the praises of Telstra you're going to get sacked. In effect Kitching was sacked To fix it? Requires a referendum. Factions are funded by outside interests unions businesses, individuals with an agenda etc. That's hard to remove NEXT

  • G_D_Ison_Writer Grant says...Blame it on the sciece! 😂 (@G_D_Ison_Writer) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@daninetherclift That’s horrid! I’m sure you have confronted Telstra about this?

  • julesmackerras Julia Mackerras (@julesmackerras) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra Hi Jay - I’ve tried that three or four times now. And no one has been able to help me.

  • Ben_Preece Ben Preece (@Ben_Preece) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

If #COVID isn’t inhibiting small business enough, you can count on @auspost (website is down constantly), @Wix (their platform is simply defective) and @Telstra (cut my net without warning) - aka giant corporations with a lot more money than me - to neglect doing their job.

  • Ben_Preece Ben Preece (@Ben_Preece) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra I’ve been talking to him for two hours. He was impossible, ignoring my actual issue and told to wait 24 hours. I HAVE ALREADY WAITED 24 HOURS FFS!!!!!!! He has completely wasted my morning.

  • benroachie Ben Roache (@benroachie) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

I’ll just add @andy_penn that your Twitter support team’s best suggestion was to cancel my order. You can’t make this stuff up. After a decade, I think I’m officially done being a @Telstra customer. #telstra

  • Hanna_Unwin Hanna Elizabeth (@Hanna_Unwin) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra wtf is up with the connection in morayfield lately it’s gone to ****?

  • pauly_au PaulyAU (@pauly_au) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra is there a 4G outage in Brisbane right now?

  • Ben_Preece Ben Preece (@Ben_Preece) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra I thought the same. I’ve never even been given a time before, yet he did. His name is Peter. The link takes me to a rather useless bot. Why does not one single of you people have any accountability? I’ve been screwed today constantly.

  • jjee88888 Jeremy Jee (@jjee88888) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@boostmobile @Telstra 25 days and counting since trying to port to boost. Have been promised many times for resolution. Stuck on #vodafail right now. Ridiculous.

Telstra Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • BradMillsteed Bradley Millsteed (@BradMillsteed) reported

@CranmoreFarming @Telstra Ah at least we do have some backup battery power here Has been worked out that the Coorow tower doesn’t have a battery backup, so when the power goes off, no tower Less than ideal for emergency services Coorow PS phone system is totally mobile based too @ShaneLove_Moore

  • beard_darren iDarren Beard (@beard_darren) reported

@CranmoreFarming @Telstra I heard a story a few years ago that the signal can pass over when towers are too close to you.

  • hyp3rstrike (@hyp3rstrike) reported

@RaptorShadow @Wyld Then clients would call us and say "I never requested this? It says to just plug the modem in if I want to switch to NBN" implying there's a choice, but the modem they did - it would activate the billing with Telstra. Often spurred by preliminary discussions about conversion--

  • sy3bol Vi (@sy3bol) reported

@Telstra Point Cook (3030) velocity has known outage - issue is Smart Modem gen 2 4G backup connections are hitting usage limits and being shaped to <1Mbps from 25Mbps. outage fix eta is currently @ 30th March. data limits shouldn't apply to affected customers during this

  • RaptorShadow RaptorShadow - Veteran of the Skub Wars (@RaptorShadow) reported

@hyp3rstrike @Wyld Not in the slightest. Who gives a **** what the customer wants, daddy Telstra said so.

  • mjf Matt Fenton (@mjf) reported

    @jendudley @Telstra Boost Mobile - $270 for 240gb on the Telstra network

  • EastOfBrook Rob Easterbrook (@EastOfBrook) reported

@jendudley @Telstra JB hi fi plan i got was $45 2 years ago. Not sure if same anymore but they use telstra network.

  • alexkidman Alex Kidman (@alexkidman) reported

@ArnoldRimmer1 @jendudley @Telstra It still is, but it's Telstra wholesale (same as Woolies mobile and a few others) 3G and 4G only for now. Also misses some tiny parts of the whole Telstra network (typically very remote Australia) according to the wholesale map.

  • daggs_bigtekan1 Daggs (@daggs_bigtekan1) reported

@TelstraEnt What a disgusting Company. My service is akin to B/W TV in the '50s. When you had to climb up n play with aerial. Telstra sells and BILLS (dont 4get that, they wont) for an Incomplete system that hardly works outside Capitals. Absolute rudeness of their 13 number. Disgusting

  • ozzieSVR ozzie (@ozzieSVR) reported

@Telstra your internet has been 0.2 up/down all day please fix it
