    @Telstra @maddiepalmer It's NOT good enough with vulnerable customers. Shameful behaviour!! Elderly people often have overdue accounts, money problems or memory problems so if it's overdue one time and happens again you leave them vulnerable to illness and other emergencies? Disgusting.

    @Telstra home internet is down in Banksia Beach 4507. Has been for at least 16 hours. A few other residents in the estate are experiencing the same thing. Is this a known?

    @AlanBixter Ahh yes, the joys of having every Telstra support person go through the same failed script (re-start modem, check cables, blah, blah...) & then sending a new modem - which still doesn't fix the problem 😑. I have quite the collection now.

    The real risk isn't SpaceX leaving β€” it just launched DtD with Telstra in June 2025. The risk is one MNO-satellite tie-up controlling the entire mobile-satellite layer. The fix: use-it-or-lose-it milestones + open access licence terms.

    @Feintglow @robb_j_m Or just change providers that actually want to provide a proper service and want happy customers. Rather than Optus, Telstra etc that don't care and know people aren't smart enough to change

    @Telstra @NBN_Australia when is my internet going to be fixed? I have been awaiting resolution of the issue since March 3, 2026. I have had 6 appointments cancelled because you allege you fixed it remotely! That’s BS!😑😑😑😑
