    @Telstra Our loss of comms and data happened yesterday at 9:30am after a planned power outage. It is still not working. So our town of Talbingo has no way to phone emergency services unless like us, they have a non Telstra internet provider. This issue is not new. Please FIX IT

    @Telstra It surprised me that whole connectivity dropped and my phone was out of service in the morning. Thankfully it came back online after 30mins. But I'm still getting 4G, not 5G even in the middle of the city.

    @Telstra While I have you Lee I seem to not be able to make calls at home. Like the wifi and my phone aren’t talking. No issues with internet though.

    (He did not like Anna at all) (so we just took it off the bill in the end! (And stated you should go now) I can’t hold that line on the Telstra account for gossipy buckshot! Copram **** offs it’s an emergency line online! Calls online!

    Major telco outage this morning. @Telstra the statement that data services were unaffected is not true. I couldn’t access data services and had to reset my phone. For an hour after was continually prompted for login credentials @AppleSupport. What was the root cause?
