Telstra charge 100$ a month for my NBN home internet. Cancelled and started using a prepaid dongle with another company. 17$ a month, better speeds, more reliable, better customer service. Bye Telstra.

Rang @telstra support agent, says I’ll check your email account, does do, comes back and requests I try the account now. Still the same. Service agent says take ya phone to Telstra store. I explain not phone however computer. Well take it to a store or pay for service by phone

@Telstra still waiting for a pre paid service to be activated…been to your store twice, am told “we don’t do that here, try the Telstra app” the app gives me conflicting information. If no one can help me then I’ll have to cancel my service.

@MelbInvest @nyunggai @HelloMakkaPakka Yes & no. If you work for Optus but doing the praises of Telstra you're going to get sacked. In effect Kitching was sacked To fix it? Requires a referendum. Factions are funded by outside interests unions businesses, individuals with an agenda etc. That's hard to remove NEXT

@Telstra is there an issue with call forwarding on you mobile network? I have a business on-call phone that is forwarded and I can’t clear of change it. It’s still forwarding to the original al number when setting cleared with ##21#.

@Telstra Just opens up My Telstra app on my phone. Tried to login to Telstra plus on the computers - same Gail. Enter user name, hit continue, browser goes off to Lanka land. No error message, no indicator of any activity.

A fun way to blow 20 minutes of ya life you’ll never get back. Ring @Telstra to solve why I cannot log into Telstra account via computer. Cleared browser hist, rebooted, can log into other internet services such as banks, Netflix, Stan however NOT Telstra. 1/2

@Telstra Perhaps instead of sending me through a never ending report loop you could make it more difficult for users to obtain the numbers in the first place. Do you have any automated flagging systems for numbers that are sending large volumes of calls?

Not saying i never make a mistakes but @Telstra basically telling me i am too stupid to connect their plug& play nbn modem is a bit irritating.. How about making sure when you send a Telstra AND an NBN tech (who did not actually come to the house) actually connect the client??

Update, Telstra still cannot advise when my service will be moved. I will be cancelling my service and using another provider. Telstra’s service and communication is without a doubt the worst I have ever seen.

Wow how lucky am I that I'm with Australia's $1 internet provider telstra & that today they are giving me a staggering fast 0.09mbps download speed. it is that fast that it is taking nearly 5 minutes to load a web page. we are lucky that with service like this they are #1

Hey @Telstra It's been a while.. You reconnected my phone but my home internet is still down and I have had 5 people tell me they will push a order through. Like last time you messed me around I will happily raise a complaint about poor service if it's not solved ASAP

@Optus .. no signal to call out .. AGAIN ..have never had good reception since switching from @Telstra (after a 40+ year history).... Medical issues atm need 24 hr access to emergency (and other services)... No time to push options 1 thru to 9 n transferred to someone else
