    @Telstra @maddiepalmer It's NOT good enough with vulnerable customers. Shameful behaviour!! Elderly people often have overdue accounts, money problems or memory problems so if it's overdue one time and happens again you leave them vulnerable to illness and other emergencies? Disgusting.

    @Telstra home internet is down in Banksia Beach 4507. Has been for at least 16 hours. A few other residents in the estate are experiencing the same thing. Is this a known?

    @Telstra Nil know outage except when I came back from FNQ the TV was dead, the issue I find is when the neighbouring Resort run by the NRMA have their guests the break down becomes worse, appearing to show the lack of band width,

    With all the massive profits that @Telstra are making, it’s about time they use some to improve their network coverage in areas other than big cities. Rural & regional areas all seem to share the one tower. Some even have to drive a kilometre to get service for a call.

    I really am angry the LNP rooted the NBN. Now I have to seriously consider Musk’s Starlink for my Internet especially since both Telstra & Optus have & are having issues.

It spans approximately 40% of New Zealand’s total landmass, where terrestrial coverage is unavailable, as well as roughly 20 km offshore. KDDI followed in April 2025 with au Starlink Direct, Japan’s first D2D service, then added app data in August 2025, support for a limited set of bandwidth-light apps beyond texting, and the first D2D data service anywhere. Telstra launched Australia’s first satellite texting product in early June 2025. One NZ added app data, including WhatsApp voice calls, in February 2026. SoftBank and docomo launched in April 2026, making Japan the only market where three operators run live Starlink services. Globe became the latest in the sequence in June 2026 with the Philippines’ first commercial satellite-to-mobile permit from the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC).

    @KobieThatcher It is same with Telstra Optus and Vodafone. Network monitoring is also done from India.

    @Telstra been trying to pay a bill for the last *TWO* hours. Can't sign in. Mobile app: "we can't display your account, try later". Deleted and reinstalled app, no change. Windows 11: "something went wrong". This is ridiculous.

    Please, police Telstra theft. Annual fee for prepaid mobile phone service, up from $350 to $395??

    @Buccoatthecat @RouleurCapital @DHughesy Yes we get to vote them out periodically. We get a say Can I vote out Telstra & use a rival 000 service when they screw up. The energy infrastructure is owned by 1 priv company in SA. They dictate charges. The public cant just simply not buy ( energy ) what they are offering🤷
