Telstra Issues Reports Near Narangba, State of Queensland

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Narangba and nearby locations:

  • jordanmillar Jordan Millar (@jordanmillar) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

. @Telstra really has the worst customer service of any business I have had the misfortune of dealing with. Nearly 4 hours trying to get a status on my account on their “online” chat. Been asked the same ID info multiple times. Shocking.

  • Salvete02Mac Michael Mac (@Salvete02Mac) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@VaniaL1970 @StevenJMiles @Telstra Irrelevant to the issue ..... think not be prejudiced.

  • wildnez Rahul (@wildnez) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra Like your team has done with my new NBN order which never arrived along with your technician after 3 appointments.. and your pathetically incapable non-existential customer svc.. only implies that Telstra has lost interest in selling new business.

  • wildnez Rahul (@wildnez) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra your customer service team is highly incapable, get rid of them. My new NBN order has been revised 4 times already without my input. And now the technician’s visit date has been changed without any notice. Are you guys interested in signing up new customers at all?

  • wildnez Rahul (@wildnez) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra Right now, the new timeslot for your technician’s visit is October 15, between 10am and 2pm. However, I just missed a call from your customer service about the appointment. I tried calling back on the number I and with the options I was asked to choose but redirected to txt msgs.

  • skwirezee Lisa (@skwirezee) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra your messaging service doesn’t work; I was in hold and the call was disconnected at your end; I have been into the Telstra shop; and am on chat for over an hour with 3 different agents. Still no help and no internet. We need it for our work!!!!

  • skwirezee Lisa (@skwirezee) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra @Telstra it is now Sunday, still no internet. Still no real help, just going over old ground. Abysmal.

  • Brentus88 Brent 🤜🏻🤛🏾 Davidson (@Brentus88) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

Aaaand the cycle starts again. @telstra visited, confirmed it was an @NBN_Australia issue & took detailed notes & photos of speed tests which rule out modem issue. Said I’d need an NBN tech visit. So instead today, naturally, I get a text from Telstra saying all is fixed.

  • skwirezee Lisa (@skwirezee) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra @Telstra guess what? A Telstra worker disconnected our service, even after explicitly going through what we needed. Several times. It ended up taking nearly 2 hours to undo the disconnect notice. AND still no internet as at this post.

  • JustMeAndMilo MissSassyPants🙉🙈🙊😂 (@JustMeAndMilo) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@DavoMcDavo @BelongAU @Grid_Series Got a text message y'day that if I didn't pay for another month my Internet was going to be cut off but Id only had it on for 9 DAYS! She claimed I had the internet since June yet I was covered by Telstra in June & July. Had to back-pay fearing disconnection! It's been horrible

  • AmandaGHoffmann Amanda Hoffmann (@AmandaGHoffmann) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

TELSTRA | Why do your complaints office call at school drop off and pickup times. Then fail to allow the phone to ring long enough for the customer to answer the phone? #fail @Telstra

  • wildnez Rahul (@wildnez) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra Everyone out there.. dont waste your time on Telstra. Their customer svc is not in Aus and it only exists on msgs, no live human to speak to. They make promises and then conveniently forget about it. They sign contract and never fulfil it.

  • skwirezee Lisa (@skwirezee) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra @Telstra update: still no internet. Rang support again, they tell me it will 24 to 48 hours. We work from home. Yes even on weekends.

  • MonBLeaves Monica Bradley (@MonBLeaves) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@MingYLong @Telstra @NBN_Australia I agree the service levels are so appalling for everyone

  • wildnez Rahul (@wildnez) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Lee09737503 @Telstra Not sure how the technician not showing up for appointments is related to customer svc being overseas. And Telstra is not the only company with call centre overseas, TPG and some others are overseas too but they are not sloppy. Cheers.

  • wildnez Rahul (@wildnez) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra Yes you have let me down

  • skwirezee Lisa (@skwirezee) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra @Telstra sending me to a messaging link that DOESNT WORK is not helping.

  • littleredwrites Melanie (@littleredwrites) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

    @Telstra @NBN_Australia outage in 4304 QLD.

  • jonty_hare Jonty Hare (@jonty_hare) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra recently visual voicemail on my iPhone has stopped working, I haven’t changed anything and Apple can only put it down to a carrier fault. Your service agent tells me I need to pay $5 a month to get it back??

  • Reggi05 Matt Time (@Reggi05) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@egadheg Not sure the Australian taxpayer has much to thank him for, Australia was an early adopter but the Telstra mobile network would have been upgraded for HSDPA anyway. Telstra had already tried 2100 3G with Orange

  • Biscuits_Smith Tim Smith (@Biscuits_Smith) reported

Fork you @Telstra, 'Here to help'. what a joke. slow internet and a technical service person was going to be in touch within 24 hours. Now 3 days later nothing and now I've been asked to diagnose the problem myself or a technical person won't turn up. over $200/mth for this 🤬

  • Ben32292891 NRLSC Sponge (@Ben32292891) reported

@Telstra Laura, there has been an outage since Feb 2020. You can’t defend that, in fact you can’t even justify charging everyone in Gilgandra full price during that time yet you have. Time for a class action

  • TheRealBill700 Bill (@TheRealBill700) reported

@Telstra Nothing at all, did not even tell me until I enquired Friday, they told me it was closed? She said she would open it again but that didn’t happen as they said it is closed yesterday. This is totally unacceptable service by Telstra staff and the company.

  • ellymelly Alexandra Marshall (@ellymelly) reported

@NellieEvan @Telstra What are Telstra going to do about medical mandates physically locking customers out of a store by law? You're a lunatic and you didn't even bother apologizing for lying. No wonder the left never FactCheck themselves.

  • GTsagarakis George ⚡️🔱 🇬🇷 ✝️ (@GTsagarakis) reported

@Telstra no Foxtel or internet in the campsie area .. no Foxtel for a month and tonight no internet I’d like to lodge a complaint without being on the phone for an hour

  • kathscadding Kath Scadding (@kathscadding) reported

@geoffrey_payne @PowercorAust We've had no phone service since Friday morning in Gilgandra. Apparently Telstra's having trouble with 4G. At least we've still got wifi. Though it's much easier to communicate with all & sundry in the 21st century, we have less methods of doing so.

  • VincentAlvaro Vincent Alvaro (@VincentAlvaro) reported

@Telstra My internet speed has dropped considerably (to the point of almost not working). Does this get reset each month, etc or is something else at play?

  • engagedpractx Daniel Reeders 🏳️‍⚧️ (@engagedpractx) reported

@woopdedoo652 @kels_316 @Optus I don't use the mobile functions at all, it's all 4G data. I need the Telstra network because it's an Optus dead zone, but I don't mind if it's a reseller

  • hilly_syd gjayh (@hilly_syd) reported

Hate to be one of the whingers, but how bad is @Telstra and @NBN_Australia at service? Due to poor planning and scheduling, no HFC devices are available. So we are forced onto using the 4G speed limited backup in the modem. No service for 2 weeks, 4G for 5 weeks, 4 weeks to go.

  • duncan08881006 SC Spud (@duncan08881006) reported

    @thomas58599865 @NRL_SC_Addicts $5 per month if a Telstra customer
