@RonnyLerner Nah, "Telstra" have outsourced their call centre to Scotland. You must be having Internet or computer problems. They'll remote in and "fix" them for you. 😜

@Telstra Are there known issues in 2259 area? Can't make calls and when I can, they continually drop out.

@Telstra I'm an enterprise customer so can't use the app. Others in the community have done so and gotten very little info. After 3 days of trying we've finally been told it's a 1 week 'planned' outage. Clearly planning didn't include customers. Do you think that's good service?
