@Telstra is there any reason that the data throughput of the 4g network in Broken Hill has resembled that of a 3rd world country for the past month??

@Telstra You people have constantly refused to fix my internet problems now you’ve cut my internet speed because I’ve used up my data allowance. I’m leaving looking for another provider after 30 yrs as a Telstra customer.

@Telstra you continue to ignore me and the Telstra website is NO help at all for my problem. Hopefully another provider will solve the problem. Goodbye.

@Telstra Wow, how good is this #auspol. I got a real bloke (not a robot) from @Telstra (Phil) to help me with my internet outage. If he comes good with his promises, I want to buy him a beer.

@Telstra I have moved into a retirement village which has no NBN but your telephone operators don’t understand that there is no NBN here and keep telling me to plug my smart meter into the NBN box and turn the modem off and on. Frustrating!! Help!!

@ScallywagRay Our internet is down for 11 days...get that 11 days!! Telstra too understaffed to do better but luckily my son an IT expert & so I'm back on my computer & Netflix via my smartphone. Otherwise I was going to go mental watching Free To Air for 11 days😡

Gimme Abreak (@FairDinkumOK) reported
@ScallywagRay Sure, if you don't need it for work but my son needs it as a TAFE teacher on Zoom for multiple TAFEs in our rural area. Telstra says problem up the road & screw you - we won't be fixing it for 11 days. Thanks @Telstra

@ashamedaustrali @AlexBallhausen @gwendabgilbert If my home wifi (with Optus) goes down, I have no internet reception with my mobile carrier, who uses the Telstra 3G/4G network. Internet and network reception in Australia is woeful - is this because we are a massive country with a small population relative to our size?
