@MaBovill NBN here Saturday. Nice guy from Qld. Keen to help ..NOT allowed to change us to close node. Told to fix us as best as possible. Looking for 17Mpbs😩 Took out all extra Telstra lines tried again ..hopeless. Rang again ..NOT allowed to change. Apologised and left .. us with 6Mpbs

@damienshields @Telstra Exactly. The offer they’re giving now is kayo for $5 a month (usually $25) for telstra users, which isn’t to bad considering the other sports and programs on the platform (foxfooty), but its still $5 more then before

@cpjones44 @Telstra Vodafone wasn’t “that” bad, it was just indifferent at times. I’ll happily put up with it, especially if the alternative is not fit for purpose. I’ve had my first bill today too, and I only signed up last Thursday and it’s not worked properly at all, since.

@Telstra your customer service is a joke!! Waited an hour to speak to someone only to be cut off. Tried resolving my issue via the app/sms and it takes 30 mins between each comment for you to reply! Clearly you don’t care about your customers!! 😡
