...operator arranged extra mobile data at no cost and a new modem that switches to mobile data when the wifi drops out. Waived the usual delivery charge, too. Very helpful, good service. @Telstra

Help me @Telstra ... my "Unlimited" internet has found a limit. We have no internet and the ppl on the phone said we have to wait until tomorrow for level 2. I need to send and recieve tcp/ip and udp packets ASAP. Please help. We've had to resort to face to face communication...

@Telstra Tim My 30 September order remains unfulfilled (promised fulfilment date 10/10). I can’t contact anyone from porting team. I’ve tried repeatedly & spent hours on hold. Whole process is impenetrable. No one I contact will fix it. Worst customer experience ever. HELP!!!

Got up this morning and the internet was not working. Telstra app initially said there was an outage but no projection on when it would be fixed. Decided to call. Told outage could be until sometime Friday. Asked what they could do to help us out...
