    @Kynes3 Pascal, I said 3 mths back I sorted my HFC problems by bypassed the crap house 30 yo. Cu wiring. Got 95 Mbps. Now it's all turned to shit. Saw a Telstra technician looking into the pit across the road yesterday. Might as well have been looking up a bull's hole.

    @Telstra my ADSL has been intermittently down for the past 3 days since my neighbour dug up the nature strip where the pit and cable are located. Nobody at Telstra faults will help me, I spent 4 hours troubleshooting with idiots who told me to call the local council FFS

    @Telstra We had three contracts for 2+ years. the Numbers were 0456003470 (Martin Reid) My son Callum and Logan 0488004508 and 0429653666. As you can see there has been no usage for three months. Can you cancel them asap as the billing is tomorrow. Thanks to advise

    @Telstra It is working fine at the moment, but if the past three days are a guide, it will slow or stop intermittently throughout the day. The "Is ??? Down" website lists it as down whenever it stops.

    @NBN_Australia Adequate is an interesting description for that network. Telstra sold it to Opticomm, and they’ve decided it needs significant upgrades before they’ll sign any new customers up. Not what I’d describe as adequate. Just a bad situation I guess.

    @ShaunMcLagan @Telstra I just went through 8 weeks to network unlock a phone I bought for Tom… went through 5 seperate 7-10 business day periods to get the job done… which they advertise as and charge for as a service.
