    Gotta love how Telstra can send you "you haven't paid your bill" emails after you've cancelled your last remaning service but terminate everything in MyAccount so you can’t see or pay said bill.

    @Telstra Greg, heard from the @Telstra staff a week ago who promised to sort my complaint SR 1-2547482226951. No change since. Cancelled service still being shown & billed for. Yet another #TelstraFail story. Now moving all other services away plus suggesting friends & family do the same

    @Telstra We have now been told that internet will not be restored until Monday. We have checked all houses surrounding ours and it appears we are the only house with an outage (of course some houses may not have @Telstra). Someone senior needs to call us today and explain, not text, call.

    Day 2 of what could be a 4 day internet outage thanks to @Telstra. In a time where everyone is so dependant on the internet for their livelihoods, and as the largest provider of internet in the country, I find this utterly unacceptable. Up your game Telstra.

    @Telstra more than 3hrs ago I was told it would be fixed within 2hrs. Only now after I followed up with a status update am I being asked for technical info which I have no idea about. I would have thought Telstra, who charges a premium for their service, would have the answers!

    @peterp79 @Aussie_BB @Telstra @NBN_Australia Also, 25 is minimum - so you should be getting 22 ish... plug a laptop INTO the modem and do a speed test. WIFI is probably what’s slowing you down too

    I no longer wish to use Telstra Do not want to pay account. I was told $89 @ mth. I do not want indicator or telstra at all. $193 is a contractual rip off. No tablet or tag. Just basic service or i cut it off.

    @boyter @chewxy interesting you say that - I'm paying $120 a month for telstra nbn and have had so many issues recently - I was going to switch to Aussie but they can't do more than 100 in my area for some HFC related issues - tempted to make the switch regardless by the sounds of things
