@Telstra Business your service is unbelievably hopeless... Your staff are unable to pull up my account despite giving them a name, account, address, phone number! We were about to order two new phones but will go elsewhere #telstrabusinessfail

@Telstra Didn't need to, they finally convinced the customer service reps to send someone out. The NTD was showing a fiber fault. They've been trying to get it sorted since the 14th.

@ipaddockapps @SamGuest82 3g is down to 2mbps download out here, telstra copping pineapple from me, its getting worse

Nik Bushell (@Teabag092) reported
@rick_rundell @ipaddockapps Probably not a mobile tower, not every tower is a telstra phone tower. The bars you see arent a true reflection of the mobile Data strength, just the strength of the signal transmitted from the booster. Your true "bars", will be displayed on the unit.

@Telstra Plus, the outages site suggests outage confirmed today - this has been going on for weeks and weeks.

Leonie Wood (@WoodLeonie) reported
@Telstra Plus have lodged formal complaint. Your sites suggest consumers can call “24/7” for support by phone, but it not in fact available after 8pm.

Leonie Wood (@WoodLeonie) reported
@Telstra AFTER your autoonline service suggested I should upgrade my plan from 12 Mbps !! (12!), I checked outages. Seems to be one in area but no fix till at least Tues (public holiday). Your online service is designed to urge people on to higher plans. Why didn’t it check for outages??

Nixie (@nixieandgoblin) reported
@telstra Another day and again my home NBN internet service isn’t working. Another day where even your call centre recording lady is totally glitching out. Another day where your AI bot messenger is totally unhelpful. I’m done I’ll be cancelling every Telstra service I have.

PHire1Solutions (@Phire1Solutions) reported
Absolutely unconscionable behaviour from @Telstra. They havent provisioned my phone since the 2nd of January, but they sure didn't miss out on ripping funds out of my account to pay for the service which no longer works. DIsgraceful behaviour. #auspol @PaulFletcherMP

Hey @telstra . Here I am paying nearly $100/month for top-speed broadband, working from home, & I get 3.5Mbps download (correct 3.5). Second test is less than 35Mbps. Done the modem reboot. Turned everything on and off. Why is your "24/7 service" not actually available after 8pm?
