A whole ******* month without internet @Telstra are the slimiest ******* grubs in Australia, it is never easy or straightforward with these wankers, 10 different phone calls and 10 different answers as to why this house cannot simply be granted internet access!

@Telstra Cannot talk to anyone when you need customer service. I was billed to my credit card and no idea why and no one to talk to about it. I consider your customer service is extremely poor. End of story.

@iamnotshouting @Telstra This has been happening to my wife and I as well. Only solution for us was to turn on the option to silence unknown numbers on our iPhone's. Hopefully eventually when these scammers keep going straight to voicemail they might give up.

So we contacted @Telstra on THREE separate occasions to ensure our nbn connection would be transferred correctly. They still managed to get it wrong. They’ve disconnected us & told us a technician cannot rectify THEIR error until next week. Appalling service.

@fchadfallout76 @Telstra It does, I’m so mad and annoyed. I can deal without this stuff it’s no biggie I’m general but at this stage I’ve got **** I need to do for work and YouTube! I’m literally being prevented from doing my work because Telstra are so incompetent. Any Aussies able to help?

An outage lasting over five hours, the result was something Telstra can't remember happening, given the number of Telstra and non-Telstra customers impacted by both cables being cut (since non-Telstra operators use both cables too).

@erfbeeass Oh wow. My daughter and I met them on a cruise and connected straight away. Michelle helped us with Telstra after 6 months going back and forth she fixed the problem in 15 minutes. Fabulous down to earth people
