@Telstra Thank you Vicki. I believe a fault has been raised and someone will reach out. Same as what occurred last month. I can't seem to express to your people how often this happens though. Just last month a service man "fixed" it. It tests my patience lol.

@Telstra I got what I needed, but…. I never received a broadband installation confirmation email. Without an order number the message bot said I had to call. I waited 45 mins on hold, then had to leave home - later found the charge from UK was about $1/min.

Just a warning and heaps up to consumers...telstra and racv have ad campaigns at the moment. You can see where their money is being spent and trust me, it's not being spent on customer service. #donttrustthem #packofliars

@DustyPee When I used to have to call clients, if I ever got one that had those stupid Telstra voice to txt voicemails that has a 10 second limit, I'd deliberately time my message so the last half of my number would get cut off.
