@Telstra 4/ when you have dismantled and dismembered any semblance of cohesive customer support in the name of cost. Revenue shrinkage will surely follow thus rendering your cost reduction ambitions a fools errand. I’m a shareholder and as a customer but likely neither for much longer...

@Telstra stop sending NBN packs unless you can actually support whats offered (not just nbn) and get real Customer Service back.. switching... disappointed.

Technorants (@Technorants) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory
@NBN_Australia @naomi_t_81 Honestly after you add up all the work required to retrofit the last 1000m of old Telstra phone cabling and fixing issues with customer cabling it becomes much more expensive than the original project scope of fibre to 93% without the constant maintenance bill #nbn

More @auspost mistakes. Right up there with @Telstra in regard to diminishing services and broken infrastructure. We are all being squeezed in the death-rolls of 2 Australian brands. Not good enough.

@Telstra and the worst of it is that on Friday when we called the person we spoke to in thursday didn’t even make a note of the conversation on our file. We had done a bunch of troubleshooting and they denied even speaking to us. So that hardly seems an option anyway.

Lyn (@lyng62) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
@BenPugsley @Former_legend @Telstra That’s not a Telstra problem it’s a printer problem

The nbn and internet situation in Australia is bad enough, but this whole situation has seriously stopped me ever, ever signing up with @Telstra again, and will adamantly be advising friends and family of the same. Never have I experienced such a lack of basic caring from staff.
