@Telstra Hi Dave, we finally had a technician come out Friday arvo. Guess what he found? When the NBN was installed in 2019, one of the parts used was corroded. Almost 2 years of complaints from us, 2 years of @telstra doing exactly what you are doing now - assume the problem is me.

@Telstra's lack of customer care extends even to their complaints officers who have not called me back after one call two weeks ago when I explained I am at a Doctors visit for my Dad and to call me back. *crickets #tio

@Khuz_A @Ali_Hijazi @AlboMP Worked at Telstra for 30 odd years. Telstra and all other internet carriers have to apply to NBNco for a line to the customer. Telstra are not allowed to touch it. Fibre to the node is bypassing Telstra copper network to the pillar. Until 18 months ago, that was my job.

@LennaLeprena I have never forgiven Turnbull & the LNP for what they did to a Bloody great opportunity to push Australia into the 21st Century. The party of stagnation, the party of Retro thinking. Laughable that they put the same guy that destroyed Telstra(Telecom... PMG) in charge of the NBN

@daveclark178 @JBHiFi They are going to do the same. Honestly, the JBHiFi guy was MORE help and explained things better than the @Telstra guy who was dismissive and basically said "tough".
