@Telstra provide excuses to you @TomElliott3AW on air today. I have had several messages trying to solve issues via messaging and sometimes it takes day to resolve. What doesn’t a company who has survived on phone calls actually take calls to solve problems.

@Telstra what a bloody joke, trying to speak to someone on Chat app for 1h to get NO help. They can’t even write a proper sentence other than that their shift is over and someone else will take their place. Can’t phone and speak to an actual person anymore. No customer service.

13 years with @VodafoneAU and thinking of transferring to Optus or Telstra- spoke with two technical support teams past 4 days as @VodafoneAU prepaid customers are unable to send nor receive any OTP texts to/from 32665 (Facebook‘s shortcode); despite this working back in 2013.

@Telstra @curatethedata How can people know what plan is right for them if Telstra cannot provide a measure of what data is being used? I'm on 'unlimited' HFC but I want to KNOW what data I ACTUALLY use. Your app & web page don't tell me & don't allow even an email enquiry! Terrible customer support. 😡

@Telstra Having trouble, it's been the most appalling customer service I have experienced. Next to Impossible to speak to anyone and when you finally receive a call from a complaints manager the call gets disconnected mid way through yet she doesn't call back to follow up on problem. Fail
