    @dsr150250 @Tim_jbo Don’t think we ever knew or cared where electricity came from &we never wasted it. We never had the multitude of electrical devices & technology to throw away or continually upgrade. Our phone lasted 40 years & still would be usable but Telstra removed the infrastructure

    @Telstra Hi Tori no reference number as the only way of contacting Telstra for service issues is via chat. We have been greatly inconvenienced with 2 adults working from home and two children home schooling. We are on a 50 Mbps plan and currently getting between 3 and 12 Mbps.

    @Telstra so this morning my wife had an online interview done from home in the inner west of sydney. The service was so galactically slow she had to go to her mobile for the interview. Im wondering why am i paying 100$ a month to get a **** service on NBN. And you say....

    @Telstra 3/3 - tried that, was told to call Control Group on 1800 096 566 - did that and was told I can't upgrade at all because of my plan I've been through 2 credit checks, verified ID twice, have repeatedly been called a 'new customer' despite having been with Telstra now for 1 year.

    @Telstra Hey Ryan, I spoke to Libby from the CEO complaint team on Thursday. She guaranteed my problem will be urgently resolved and promised she would be back in touch on Monday. Guess what??? She lied, did nothing and then told me today she has emailed someone 1/2
