    @Telstra Tell Mr Penn to stop taking customers for granted. When I drop this service I will have ditched Telstra from all of my internet/mobile services. Good luck.

    In Nov we placed an order with @Telstra to have @NBN_Australia installed in our Melb CBD office. Since then technicians have missed 3 appointments, offering vague excuses about "not enough technicians in the area". When we finally complain, Telstra's advice: cancel the order. 😡

    @jessdotceee It's a plan to get Kayo subscribers. For Telstra customer's $15 per month. Clearly a long planned move. But yeah harsh if FTA is your only option
