    Hey @Telstra 3 “experts” with 3 hours of “gold” help, 3 attempts to pay an auto payment YOU screwed up, service still suspended, 3 hours of “oops something went wrong”, a 65 MINUTE PHONE WAIT, 4 people who cannot use services we’ve been paying for for 10 years. Absolute joke.

    @Telstra Thank you for your response Hannah, yes we have filled in this form at 9am. (Still haven’t heard anything) Unfortunately you never hear back from Ticketek and you have to keep chasing them back to get tickets. This usually happens when their are only the crap seats left.

    @Telstra there is no cue on @Ticketmaster_AU to get tickets cos no one could go through your website to get into the cue! WTF! I had tickets and my window literally closed on me whilst putting in my address.
