TicketsTom 🎮🎶🛵 (@TicketsTom) reported from Huskisson, New South WalesI worked for @Telstra for almost a decade. Customer service wasn’t perfect, but I worked with people genuinely trying to get it right. It’s embarrassing to see how far they’ve regressed since then.

John Merchant (@_JohnMerchant) reported@central01000011 Depends on the network, Telstra and Optus are great. But I have no idea about Vodafone.
-
Aussie Shazza (@shazzadut) reportedThe sponsors of The Swans need to withdraw their support, not just mumble platitudes about how terrible and serious it is. @Telstra and @QBE . Note that the players apologised to almost everyone in the world EXCEPT the women they assaulted. Speaks volumes.

Michele Scheffler (@MicheleScheffl1) reported@JohnOSullivan36 @MichaelWestBiz @MichaelPascoe01 I was hacked this week by a Telstra scam. Thankfully my Bank locked my Acs but I have used the entire week changing drivers licence, Medicare ,etc. 2 x200 k trips to Phone Dr for cleaning. I knew I should hang up but they had every base covered. It has knocked my confidence.

Dr Ravi Nayyar (@ravirockks) reported'This is despite Allens never asking Telstra this and strict rules about firms’ consulting and auditing arms not discussing clients.
-
GainsMax (@GainsMax168031) reportedThe rapidly advancing Starlink system should scare any Australian Telco. I hope the Telstra monopoly on the market gets broken up to the point that they're forced to lower prices. The service we get for Telstra, considering how much we pay is a joke. Any company that moves its operations overseas purely because labour is cheaper deserves to be outcompeted by companies that actually invest in local jobs, innovation, and customer service. If your entire business model relies on cutting wages instead of building a better product, don't be surprised when someone with better technology comes along and makes you irrelevant. Consumers shouldn't be expected to pay premium prices for declining service while executives celebrate another cost cutting exercise.

SonicHacki (ConcordeHacki) (@SonicHacki) reported@TennyUnderscore Damn based Telstra

Johnny (@JohnnyLydon) reportedIt’s $250k for 27 years as an mp including 7 years as deputy premier and premier less than half the increase of the Telstra CEO’s $6m annual pay packet. You and the idiot Murphy should just get stuffed.
