    @Hunter_RileyG @Lightni12092685 Watching YouTube, surfing the net etc requires a broadband connection. Gov services can be delivered on a separate channel that doesn't require a connection to a broadband service, but is still delivered via FTTP. Telstra would charge the Gov to deliver that via cellular data.

    @RHIIINOO_TV @Telstra im with Internode aka IInet, unlimited for like $80. but speeds arent high end. about 50mb down and 15up. Never had issues at all.

    Yo @Telstra - why have all my services disappeared from telstra plus, chat doesn't work and every time I try and book an appt it's no longer available? 2 days out. If you weren't the monopoly in rural Aus I would have walked years ago

    @Telstra Eventually. Account had to be 'reset' twice. This has happened four or five times over the years - nobody seems to understand why. I generally avoid using c/card payment via Telstra and top up pre-paid a/c via Paypal - simply because of this issue.

    Getting a billing reminder from @Telstra four days after receiving it and asking if I’m having trouble paying is ridiculous. Sent my anxiety sky high for a moment because I thought I’d forgotten to pay and it’s not due for TWO WEEKS! #givemeachance #unnecessarystress

    @Telstra Hello, I am having a lot of trouble contacting you. I can't call, I can't reset my password on the app. I have had an outstanding fault for a month that you could not troubleshoot. I have a different internet provider now. Thanks for asking. Please terminate my Telstra internet

    @chozari @BriarBush We left Telstra@our 1st KP address & had to come back at this address bc Optus doesn’t service our street.. services all the other streets around it but not this one … their service doesn’t suck anymore but it took 2-3mo to get the service up to speed! And lots of whinges here!

    To some extent, Telstra will bend actions for me rather than give weight to complaint I have raised. Telstra changes will discriminate against many in info void. I know Telstra very well, nothings done out of good public service before profit @MRowlandMP @TimWattsMP @JEChalmers

    @Telstra @ProfPCDoherty Telstra has responded "What it means is that if you are not actively listed on an account at the time of enquiry, our team will not be able to assist you. Regardless of what's been discussed before. - Cas". So, no help with our 000 issue.

    @Telstra @RHIIINOO_TV Yep we've had no wifi since 11pm last night ! They bleed you dry $$$ but can't explain why there's no service.
