    @NBN_Australia That's #Telstra! And they haven't given us anything. Jumped from #vodaphone to get better service. Disappointed with the response from T. Should have stayed with V. Frequently dropping connection. And I teach at uni.

    @Telstra So I have had really good experiences with the online messaging via the app so far, except today. I wanted my smart watch add on taken off one of my services and I have had my mobile suspended instead. I need this service for work messaging. Help pls.

    @JackedProg @Telstra I messaged through via the app and apparently its a known issue that their service technicians are looking at but also they said it was a global issue which can't be right bc YouTube is working fine on other devices sooooo

    @midii Yeah it’s not common but sometimes I go off the beaten track. This was a while ago but ran into issues earlier in the year also & saw a Telstra SIM at the gas station so picked one up & put it in the old phone. I still need to activate it.
