  • garydlum Gaz 🖖 (@garydlum) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

@benny_132 @horrorfan4129 @Telstra Thanks. I've been waiting on hold. I will hang up and get on with my day. I feel sorry for people relying on #nbn for their livelihood when these things happen.

  • giddeygirl Au COVFEFE... Test! (@giddeygirl) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

This bloody patronising Hi Mum video call from daughter, @Telstra, is so horrible. It makes me cry. I'm sure my kids laugh at me. I don't need to see it.

  • refjess Jess the Referee (@refjess) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

@NJGalea @Optus I had so many problems with them when I signed up. Never again. I'll take my chances with the clowns at Telstra rather than this mob again.

  • ianpmcleod Ian McLeod (@ianpmcleod) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

Oh and just to trigger all the idiots, sent from my 5G phone. Never felt better. I love it. Thank you @Telstra Looking forward to mmWave if the new @Samsung Note 20 supports it (deciding if to upgrade or not).

  • Steve_Pesic steve_outandabout (@Steve_Pesic) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

Everyone giving scomo grief for leadership but the bosses from Telstra and NBN should be high on the list for poor leadership, thousands of people with no phones or internet, hours, days, weeks and months spent by people just trying to use a service in Australia in 2020...

  • ianpmcleod Ian McLeod (@ianpmcleod) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

@DONTCHIPMEBRO @scottjlawson @Telstra No there's not. There is a precedent of bullshit spreading via ridiculous conspiracy theories because people still cannot grasp that they are not the centre of a vast, chaotic universe and no one gives a ****. Conspiracies are narcissistic neurosis manifested.

  • skwashd Dave Hall (@skwashd) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

I didn’t notice any improvement in Telstra’s customer service during H1. I’d say it’s gotten worse.

  • ianpmcleod Ian McLeod (@ianpmcleod) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

@DONTCHIPMEBRO @NorelleFeehan @Telstra No, but promoting paramount tinfoil hat conspiracy theories does suggest someone is an idiot.

  • ianpmcleod Ian McLeod (@ianpmcleod) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

@DONTCHIPMEBRO @scottjlawson @Telstra I have volunteered myself for two human trials which have been swamped, I will be so happy if I am selected. Polio was real and horrible and this conspiracy self centred narcissistic bullshit is now hurting people. Vaccines save lives. The universe is chaotic. Move on.

  • ClarkGreenaway Clark Greenaway🇦🇺 (@ClarkGreenaway) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

@BawdenSnoek I don't mind, sometimes I hang on until I get a real person after such calls about Telstra or NBN. Then I call them thieves and liars until they hang up.

  • kindatiredfwiw Lethany Bincoln ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ (@kindatiredfwiw) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

@The_WarHen @Telstra No worries, it was an easy fix for a very dumb problem. Basically the sim i ordered that never arrived automatically activated, booting my sim into non-workable order.

  • garydlum Gaz 🖖 (aka Gary Lum) (@garydlum) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

Thank you, @Telstra My service seems to be back to normal after the outage.

  • ianpmcleod Ian McLeod (@ianpmcleod) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

@MikeHynesyHynes @Telstra @markhumphries Yep and unicorns exist too because we cannot prove they don't exist. Same stupid reasoning.

  • Ian__P Ian (@Ian__P) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

@marcuskelson @Telstra Don't direct debit with Telstra. Their billing system is shit. As is their willingness to admit and address problems. Better still don't do business with them - it's a lot easier.

  • ianpmcleod Ian McLeod (@ianpmcleod) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

@DONTCHIPMEBRO @NorelleFeehan @Telstra No, but promoting tinfoil hat conspiracy theories does suggest someone is an idiot.

  • ianpmcleod Ian McLeod (@ianpmcleod) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

@DONTCHIPMEBRO @NorelleFeehan @Telstra You exist in a chaotic universe on the outer spiral arm of a minor galaxy around an unremarkable star on a miraculous planet. Yes conspiracy theories can be comforting but it is a selfish neurosis. I have never met a conspiracy theorist who volunteers for anything. All selfish.

  • Steve_Pesic steve_outandabout (@Steve_Pesic) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

......There must be only one case manager and one complaints manager for the whole country because no one can actually help you resolve an issue... I hope the people that have been affected by any of the disasters aren't getting shafted like the rest of us, what a joke #telstra

  • michaeljames947 Mike Hutchinson (@michaeljames947) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

@phbarratt Surely Thodey, fresh from his successful stint at Telstra produced a masterful report on reforming the public service- only to have it rejected by @ScottMorrisonMP. No doubt he has now learned how to please him....

  • skwashd Dave Hall aka Not Funny (@skwashd) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

@fwaggle I bet Telstra’s historic network design had something to do with it.

  • ianpmcleod Ian McLeod (@ianpmcleod) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

@Charrisa11 @Telstra @markhumphries Maybe go back to school and re-do basic physics before asking stupid questions that have been explained repeatedly which people like you stubbornly ignore. I can't prove ghosts exist, or don't exist. Look up how "science" works.

@Telstra Hello. Your velocity service has now been done for over three days. That is three days without internet, free to air TV Channels or mobile reception. Thanks goodness that my mobile is with another network or I’d be totally cut off. Please provide an update. I will be going to TIO

  • jeremydyancey Jeremy Yancey (@jeremydyancey) reported

Hey @Telstra, have tried multiple times to contact you over the phone, but you never answer. You've sent me a bill for $900 but I haven't been a customer of yours for years. What's going on?

  • kr0swell ً (@kr0swell) reported

@Telstra Thanks Amber for causing even more confusion and not following up. That’s great customer service.

@Telstra No, and 24 hours of texting Telstra between work and other responsibilities, only to be asked if our power is on??? Seriously 🙄 then sit back and wait 3 more hours for a response. The most expensive provider in the country and zero customer service

@jameswhelan42 @Telstra Telstra customer service is the worst of the worst. The best way is to go into a Telstra business centre and bribe the staff if you want anything done imo. I usually just buy a bottle of spirits for them, end up most cost effective way of dealing with them #telstra

  • ajjeys Jeys A J (@ajjeys) reported

@Telstra Hi, how is that only Video call apps are not working on your internet over NBN - FTTP. WhatsApp, Skype, Teams, Webex are all having connectivity issues even though the internet speed is 100Mbps?
