Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Bywong and nearby locations:

  • Brumbies2003 Brumbies Man (@Brumbies2003) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

@Telstra can you please advise why no one is responding to the support messages thru myTelstra App when your phone support says that is the only way to get online support

  • ianpmcleod Ian McLeod (@ianpmcleod) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

@AUSBATTERYGRAD1 @FindlowHarrison @Telstra Then if the higher frequency is the issue yet terrahertz radiation is not, then please explain where "peak harm" is on the EM spectrum? At what point does harm start declining? Past 100, 200, 300THz or what? You're trained in this, you're concerned about 5G so you tell us.

  • Lindday8 Lindsay (@Lindday8) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

@Telstra NBN speed slow and dropping out in Flynn act is there issue

  • ianpmcleod Ian McLeod (@ianpmcleod) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

@DONTCHIPMEBRO @scottjlawson @Telstra I have volunteered myself for two human trials which have been swamped, I will be so happy if I am selected. Polio was real and horrible and this conspiracy self centred narcissistic bullshit is now hurting people. Vaccines save lives. The universe is chaotic. Move on.

  • ianpmcleod Ian McLeod (@ianpmcleod) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

@DONTCHIPMEBRO @NorelleFeehan @Telstra You exist in a chaotic universe on the outer spiral arm of a minor galaxy around an unremarkable star on a miraculous planet. Yes conspiracy theories can be comforting but it is a selfish neurosis. I have never met a conspiracy theorist who volunteers for anything. All selfish.

  • ianmcd85 Ian McDonald (@ianmcd85) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

@katsinsight @Isabellep71 @Telstra Wow / the exact script i was given!! Poor form telstra

  • ianpmcleod Ian McLeod (@ianpmcleod) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

@scottjlawson @DONTCHIPMEBRO @Telstra So what these selfish neurotics are saying, is diabetics should be denied life changing help like drip fed insulin, because they see their own paranoid egos in the shadows. Great.

  • Stewart115 Stewart (@Stewart115) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

@Telstra what’s with the mobile service in South Goulburn 2580? The last three days multiple drops out during call?

  • JNdeira Jason Ndeira (@JNdeira) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

@gavin_laing That would be great if the streaming service was valuable. The inability to cast the game eg Chromecast means I still don't use the free "streaming service" I have with @Telstra

  • skwashd Dave Hall aka Not Funny (@skwashd) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

    @s3_gunzel @i386 @Telstra It’s not so amusing when you’re a Telstra customer.

  • ianpmcleod Ian McLeod (@ianpmcleod) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

@Telstra Playstation please, but I am a long term Telstra customer. May consider it.

  • ianpmcleod Ian McLeod (@ianpmcleod) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

@DONTCHIPMEBRO @scottjlawson @Telstra Yeah I've read about it. Unlike selfish neurotics who sit at home all day gorging on conspiracy theories, people like this are actually doing something useful for the world. Good on them. Turn the YouTube off and go help a charity, it will be do you good.

  • AHCPhoto Michelle Kroll (@AHCPhoto) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

@CapitalToad 1/2 I’m sorry to hear of your Telstra woes. I only have them for my phone service & never had a problem. I use iiNet for internet & they’ve been pretty good, though waiting on hold for an hour isn’t uncommon.

  • ianpmcleod Ian McLeod (@ianpmcleod) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

@scottjlawson @DONTCHIPMEBRO @Telstra Oh look the selfish neurotic conspiracy ****** got all triggered and blocked me. I suppose the suggestion of being a selfish neurotic hit home. It's a common thread. I never see them out helping with anything. Just self absorbed.

  • ianpmcleod Ian McLeod (@ianpmcleod) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

@DONTCHIPMEBRO @scottjlawson @Telstra No there's not. There is a precedent of bullshit spreading via ridiculous conspiracy theories because people still cannot grasp that they are not the centre of a vast, chaotic universe and no one gives a ****. Conspiracies are narcissistic neurosis manifested.

  • Diamondback1949 Antifa Maynard G Krebs (@Diamondback1949) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

@SpottyBalfour @Telstra Yes. It’s too funny. Totally inappropriate for a corporate behemoth. Needs more dour. Get a dour media consultant. Needs more 1980’s pretentious ****.

  • JoshuaWithers Josh Withers (@JoshuaWithers) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

@jendudley Apparently the current Telstra offering isn’t terrible either. I just like being out of a contract, and not with Telstra.

  • ianpmcleod Ian McLeod (@ianpmcleod) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

@DONTCHIPMEBRO @NorelleFeehan @Telstra No, but promoting tinfoil hat conspiracy theories does suggest someone is an idiot.

  • ianpmcleod Ian McLeod (@ianpmcleod) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

@AUSBATTERYGRAD1 @FindlowHarrison @Telstra So why is terrahertz radiation at 10,000x the power of 5G not an issue then?

  • hgo7627 HG (@hgo7627) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

@Telstra Spoke with @Telstra today. The start point is a new modem. Arriving Friday. I fear the problem is actually because of FTTN rather than FTTH.

Telstra Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • HelenRobertson4 Helen Robertson (@HelenRobertson4) reported

@Telstra Still annoying that it is presented as something which is ‘set in stone’ and not open to negotiation. I will have a look. Extra data may be exciting to some but it is meaningless to me as our service is already strained especially at peak times.

  • Ms_Zestgirl Zest 🇦🇺 (@Ms_Zestgirl) reported

@Telstra Actually, this was the first good thing I’ve seen from Telstra in years. Poor CS, overcharging, lying about internet speeds, it’s a pretty long list. So whilst I have internet and 4+ devices, they all connect through @Optus best decision I ever made.

  • lizsydneycomms Libby Shaw (@lizsydneycomms) reported

@GardenerMinOne @ellymelly @DanielAndrewsMP I also won’t support Telstra or Tab for pressuring and coercing customers. It’s total abuse.

  • APNICTransfers Unofficial APNIC Transfer Bot (@APNICTransfers) reported

IPv4 address 202.79.64.0/19 transferred from Telstra International Limited (HK🇭🇰/APNIC) to Japan Network Information Center/Vectant (JP🇯🇵/APNIC) on 2018-04-10. Previous delegation date: 1999-11-23

  • factchekka Brian Stevens (@factchekka) reported

@mdr_chop @Stray2617 @Telstra LoL antivaxxers just love confirming how stupid they are to the rest of us.

  • jusker73 Justin 🇬🇧🇦🇺🇺🇸 (@jusker73) reported

@Telstra No nothing other than the return code, store was empty we were the only customers with 5 staff all free not one was helpful just excellent at smirking and being unhelpful. They are a disgrace what happed to customer service. She Spent everyday this week on radiation and chemo!

  • ietsystems Brian Wilson (@ietsystems) reported

@Telstra Well Greg (or are you a bot?) - there IS an outage as confirmed by your own operator! - pls refer to the fault reference in the DM. Customers want honesty not call-centre, bot BS & bills for non-existent service. My advice still stands: Don’t use Telstra they’re too unreliable!

  • elsakeith13 elsa keith (@elsakeith13) reported

@TheTwilightZon9 I love this one, a lot. One of my all time favs. Telstra left me without internet all day and I'm just catching up. Very unstable connection so I think I should call it quits.

  • sarah_andros88 Xr globalised (@sarah_andros88) reported

@Telstra nop i singed up to guaranteed super fast speeds. 5g network is what the tv ad said and the contract

  • Willsmashya Will smash ya (@Willsmashya) reported

@Telstra Telstra can't even fix an incorrect bill charge, But yet here you are telling people to vaccinate....
