Plus you send us texts telling us to reconnect modem and if we don’t you’ll decrease speed. I DONT HAVE ANY SPEED TO DECREASE. Then when i call your support they can only escalate and not provide any meaningful ETA. HELP

Interestingly my father-in-law also received a call today. The scammers seem to be targeting people in @Helensburgh2508
