Plus you send us texts telling us to reconnect modem and if we don’t you’ll decrease speed. I DONT HAVE ANY SPEED TO DECREASE. Then when i call your support they can only escalate and not provide any meaningful ETA. HELP

Sold off Australian National Railway Assets. Not to mention the the two thirds of our gold reserves they sold.

Bill Nosworthy (@BillNosworthy) reported@rwallace67 @SimonCotter62 We have 2 mobiles with telstra, only because there's no other option at present! Everything else has been shut down, saving around $400 a month. Added starlink (home & mini) for less than $200/month, so after 6 months all the hardware is paid for as well. No regrets, it's v good!

Mike Lifts (@mikeoniron) reported@Telstra offered to upgrade my Internet. Apparently 5x the speed. Same cost. Same plan. Sounded like a good deal so I said yes. After about 5 pointless and painful discussions I shut down the process. I’m going to @Starlink with my 5G phones service for back up. They make it easy.

An emergency warning system should use any available network to deliver life-saving alerts—not fail because your own carrier is down. In a disaster, network loyalty shouldn’t determine who gets warned. This needs to be fixed before the next emergency.
