Please note: Both Gooseberry Hill and Hillarys Point Boat Harbour don't have TBRG (Tipping Bucket Rain Gauges) Pearce are currently experiencing issues with their TBRG Mandurah is currently offline during to a Telstra outage in the area

@Telstra 2 hours on hold on the phone. Disconnected from two - completely dormant - online messages sessions this evening. Been trying all week to get my issue resolved. Absolutely pathetic. Business going elsewhere as soon as it can be arranged.

@Telstra Been on the Game Optimiser trial for a couple of months now and I actually cannot see the benefit. Ping/latency is the same as beofre, no improvement in stability. Seems like a ploy just to get an extra $10 from customers for no perceivable benefit.

@Telstra I have been trying for several days to make sense of how to change my parent in laws internet/mobile plan (part upgrade/cancel). You can only upgrade via the website, no option to cancel and impossible to speak to anyone. The “people” on the messaging app not helping.
