I've just seen that Andy Penn Has been appointed to the advisory board of cyber security. that can't be true. he presided over a shambolic telstra for 7 years for 5.5 million a year. now he's ****** that up,moving on to **** up our cyber security. please tell me it's not right

@MMareeslatter @SITC_CEO_Shanna @Telstra Mobile coverage in regional Victoria is getting worse, I have recently had a number of calls drop out even though I am on the edge of Bendigo. I do question why we pay the same amount for our bills, as city customers, when the service is not the same??

Telstra must be the worst email service provider in Australia. I have been having issues downloading emails for weeks and they don't seem to be able to fix it. The reason for it is its Server. Anyone else experiencing similar problems?

Yet again Telstra has failed up. Majorly..Last month I organised direct payment. latest bill shows it didn’t go through Now after an hour trying to work out went went wrong I’m no further informed. The company are hopeless, their help sites useless

@andy_penn How is it that 2 weeks later the @Telstra cluster 3 server is still cactus, I can’t access my email, no one can give me an ETA or update me on a fix and I have to do the chasing!

So Andy Penn from Telstra is the new head of the Govt cyber security Mob, FFS on what basis, Since Thodey left Telstra and Penn took over the joint has gone backward, Penn has presided over the worst billing system on this planet, so on what part of his CV did he get this gig?
