    @Telstra Asked for a date that the cheque was sent to me, was refused. Asked for an itemised list of what I supposedly owe, was refused. Been a loyal customer for 25 years with silver membership, and this is how they treat people. A chat with the ombudsman and a change of company up next.

    @9NewsMelb @DougalBeatty As a Telstra customer I get a lot of scam calls. Good to see Telstra blocking some. Sad to hear @andy_penn retiring, he is a great CEO. T22 strategy is meaningless to customers. What we want to know is that a person will answer the phone when we call. Good to see jobs in 🇦🇺.

    The Arrogance of @telstra remains astounding. Large parts of SW Qld had no phone coverage for 4 days recently# #telstra so far have offered no apology no explanation and still have not fixed the problem. Telstra is a company in disarray no longer capable of serving its customers
