I used to be a @Telstra promoter but after spending months trying to get account issues fixed, I am now a detractor. I hate that they have the best coverage and am almost tempted to put up with bad reception to be rid of the account issues!!

@mikeymikey Apple Support T2. Telstra basically figured out it wasn’t their fault and fobbed me off to Apple once I figured out the pattern behind the intermittent-ness of calls not connecting.

@Telstra I’m not happy to have to post such things. 25849818 is my case number for today. A new account was created in an attempt to fix the technical issues on my old account but was getting error creating a Telstra ID for the new account. Supposedly fixed today but it’s the old acc!

Don't you just love @Telstra? I requested for a replacement sim card via their chat service but what they posted to me is an activation QR code for esim. What I want is a physical sim card to replace this current sim card that is already 4 year old #telstra #telstrafail #facepalm

@Telstra Happy to say that I rang the First Nations Hotline @Telstra and the customer service was exceptional. After several weeks of trying to get this sorted I found someone that took time to listen and sort the issue out. Thank you Sanisha you deserve a medal 🥇
