    @iborgward @Telstra Good service, but you should probably thank NBN rather than Telstra, all they have done is raise a fault with NBN.

    @jaquix173 @MichaelWestBiz With @telstra you have to have a landline if your connected to the NBN. Not sure why other than they can tag an extra cost on. We never use it.

    I’ve changed providers of power, internet & phone in the past month. Why? Ever increasing prices and ever decreasing service. @Telstra, charming organization has arranged for our daughter’s phone to be locked until days after our billing cycle ends. Utter bastards they are. 🤬

    @PerrettReport That definitely is a scam. No chance anyone from Telstra ever calling, that would mean that they have a customer service department.

    @Telstra been on hold for nearly an hour. Can’t contact my Dad who has an InContact Service that is not working. He’s diabetic so I’m concerned he can’t call emergency and we can’t get on to him. Help!
