@LennaLeprena I did similar 2 weeks ago when my 3 yr old Telstra Smart modem died. Connected my old iPhone 'se' with USB cable & created a 'hot spot' to the net. No problems for 5 days of constant connection.

@VodafoneAU I have indeed changed my mind. You have 2 things to thank for this: 1. The completely appalling level of customer service at Telstra, and 2. The fantastic level of customer service provided by Vodafone. So I am prepared to work harder to get the connection issues fixed.

so I ordered the Pixel 6 Pro with @Telstra and they can't find my order. help person literally asked me to copy paste the email into the chat window. so looks like I've been sitting here since Friday with no actual order in the system. what a joke

@Telstra Nope. I am told to wait 24 - 48 hours before someone will contact me. It is a ridiculously slow process that increases my frustration. All I want to do is make sure I pay my bill ontime every time! Why is that so hard?
