    Ugh, had a big talk with Telstra customer service about upgrading my phone. Had to pay-out my current one. Seems they processed that part where I pay them, but not the part of ordering me the new phone 🙄🙄🙄🙄

    @Telstra Not helpful that’s just yet another automated service that fails to resolve my issue. Get someone to call me I can provide an alternative number to call on as my normal service is stuffed

    @Telstra any reason why wifi would be sooooo slow in the Brisbane/Hamilton area. We've gone from fast speeds to barely being able to load pages!

    Alright, Telstra Port Macquarie customers, we have a solution underway! 🤞🙌 According to a Telstra spokesperson, there was a software issue in one of the local stations. Technicians are rectifying the issues (which impacts 4G users) as we speak.

    Almost 20 days @TPG_Telecom could not deliver a modem..confusion,promises, no update, silence and frustration. Absolutely customer unfriendly organisation with fake processes being in place.. shall I go to @Optus or @Telstra now..who can help me?
