@sineadtaylor @Telstra These are not calls from abroad. They are using a loophole in the signalling system that allows them to set a number the call is from instead of the actual number. These are internet calls that then make it to the phone switch. We have this same problem in the US. Ignore them.

My wife said the service was good, but was worthy of an 8 which is still a great score. But no, he couldn’t believe she would “fail” him. What sort of ****** culture have they got going there at Telstra? My wife said it was a bizarre exchange.

@Telstra And also, I have literally tried everything! Restart my Mobile Broadband Device, factory reset Disconnect, turn off then turn back on after 30min Try to get outside where I have full bars of signal None of that worked!
