@Telstra Why doesn't that surprise me? The app is clunky and confusing to navigate. Looks like I'll just have to take my chances on a store & hope for the best. I'm so over Telstra. Everyone just handballs customers to the next person without resolution. It's a joke. Thanks anyway.

I'm dealing with some pretty heavy ****, today life hit me hard again and i'm at my breaking point. For an example I was trying to get a doctors appointment, you have to call at exactly 8:30 to get in. I tried, because of telstra works I couldn't. Its booked for the week.

So..I was on the PS5 and our net dropped(Telstra doing maintenance). PS5 turned off, and it wouldn't boot at all. To fix it, I had to go into safe mode, reset default settings and skip Wi-Fi connection. If I tried to do a connection it would reset again.

@Telstra Just really bad range in general Ollie, we are in Grass Patch 80km north of Esperance and the range and internet has been absolutely terrible for months now. It's at the point that we are struggling to make a phone call even with smart antennas.
