NBN matters to me. Since early May we are running on mobile because the NBN REFUSE to fix the broken (copper) cables in our street. Their excuse? Too costly and our house is the only one affected. They are also answerable to no one. Telstra can't contact the NBN.

@taylor_jessie 3…In the end, I gave up. Took the phone, the death certificate and almost threw it at the poor guy at the Telstra shop who had to put up with me complaining loudly about their customer service. I can only hope their on-line service has improved in the last 18 years!

@Telstra why is it when someone moves into a new place and try to set up a new Telstra service and the previous tenant still has a connection, why is it that we have to wait till that person calls to disconnect. It’s been over 3 weeks and we can’t get internet

@ausretrogamer @Telstra Not only will she be getting better service. As Telstra are Australian, they money stays in Australia compared to Optus that is owned by Singtel which is Singaporean.
