@hipstergeddon Have I just gotten lucky? I rarely get any spam, and that’s without any spam detection on - although I noticed a rise after switching to Optus, and then back down after switching back to Telstra.

@Telstra_news Warning to all. Don't ever use Telstra for any services they will lie to you and screw you over and then lie to you more and never fix anything and if you complain they will just disconnect your services and say it a fault. in my experience the best thing to do is to stay away

@Telstra Why don't you read the massive amounts of messages I've exchanged with @Telstra, the complaints, the complaints to the ombudsman. I've not received any letter, any email to explain what is going on. Nothing. We can't phone anyone. We can't contact 000 in an emergency. 62 days.

@Telstra The best course of action if you Telstra to stop lying and fix the problems. i have sent you the case number. 1st up a manager lied to me yesterday D815620 and said today i could pick a a free dongle with credit on it to get me going until they fix the problem. This was a lie
