  @Telstra I'm on the phone again I actually got a Telstra from Philippines online and I'm waiting again. How many hours on the phone does it take to get any action to fix the services. It been now over 3 months. It is a joke that management know nothing and ombudsman no nothing of problems

  @Telstra After being on the phone for 2 hours. And being disconnected twice. I need to go to a store to confirm my ID (which I did on the last 2h phone call a month ago) and then call back to continue the process. This is a lot of friction just to connect an internet service 🤷
