@RoadknightThe Put your address in on a couple of providers sites and see if any other nbn technology is available in your area. Strangely enough my neighbour has hfc optus and its bad but i have hfc telstra and its great.

@Telstra 88 year old mother without landline for 2weeks. Telstra solution requires her to troubleshoot on the phone. She can't mange that. They close ticket because she can't answer broken phone. I start over again. Is there an end to this???

@Telstra our internet isn't working. An hour on the phone yesterday, requires as t w ch which we book for Monday. Today you call & leave a message saying our ticket closed, we call b a ck & told the tech is cancelled. We have no internet - do you call this a fixed service?!

@RoadknightThe I LOATHE Telstra. We went with TPG and have never had a problem (touch wood!). They even threw in a landline with free calls.

@RoadknightThe Consider ditching the Telstra router and getting something better. Their routers die slow deaths and this may be your issue.

@Telstra Affect greatest @ fringe of 4G, on 5g upgraded towers. Is it signal to noise interference from the new frequencies? The diameter of service largest at this point, thus 5G upgrade is disproportionality slowing service in regional areas.
