    Interesting to see that #AndyPenn poking his head up @PressClubAust next month. While not on topic hopefully someone will ask him about customer service & the extremely bad reputation Telstra has for delivering good (not even great) customer service while he’s in the spotlight.

    @Telstra Over 5 weeks of continual stuff ups to my client. You duplicated a fixed IP and continued to blame our end. How many modems do you need to send out?? Then the working phones then got busted due to your config and out for weeks. Hopelessly unfocused on your business customer.

    @Telstra Adding extra data to my modem seems pointless as it’s not working! It also doesn’t revert to 4 G as it should. I’ve done all the trouble shooting and had patchy cover yesterday but can’t access anything on my smart tv as it says no internet available

    @larsklint @Telstra - Login to telstra app - Try to make changes to plan - Redirected to in-app browser page of settings - Asked to login to Telstra within the telstra app - Be told changes can't be made in the app and to call them. Sonuva.. 😩
