    @andy_penn @TelstraEnt no phone or internet working means our business can not function. I have an escalation and complaint reference numbers and it means nothing? No one has called me. Telstra nbn supposed to attend by 12 today. No sign of them.

    @Telstra @JR_24X Hi Telstra, my internet service is offline; N2837129R. I'm toggling off my mobile. Router is fine and have rebooted both modem and router. Good wifi connection to router, but no internet. Any other info you need?

    @Telstra once a very proud government department and then company is now synonymous with incompetence. I moved address and it started with a internet issue, had the problem fix (paid more money) only to now be back where I started from. All over 3 months How embarrassing 😳

    Having had a follow-up chat regarding this issue with Telstra regarding their customer service, etc., I highly recommend customers to find an alternative provider especially if they’ve had bad customer service experiences. It’s not worth accepting it’s the way it is.

    @InvertedThinker @SkyNewsAust Bad thing, it's only bad because we started privatising government departments, Medicare was good until the LNP broke it into private and public health, NBN would have been as well if the LNP didn't sell it to Telstra, electricity would be cheap if they didn't sell off ausgrid
