@Telstra I would hope that this can be resolved earlier than that though. Its Christmas Day on Friday and I cant speak with my loved ones o/s. That is pretty poor customer service on behalf of @Telstra, particularly when this has been going on since Sept.

@Telstra Having NBN installed thru Telstra and it has been a long and drawn process with little assistance Just had an NBN piont fitted in my house in the worst possible position. Coming to the point where I will cancel my contract under the Customer satisfaction clause.

@cotchinsoda @Telstra Earlier this year I had to fix a problem over 3 days via the instant message service as their phones wouldn't actually ring. Got an outcome in the end but was frustrating getting a different operator every message as there was so much time in between responses

@annieljensen Yes, and #Telstra gives you no ability to interact to track the complaint - apparently it is escalated, even though all we have received is a false email: “your fault is now fixed, how did we do?” Absolutely appalling process
