@OmarjSakr My phone hides them from me so much better since upgrading to ColorOS 12 and now I barely notice them. They were getting so ******* annoying and @Telstra give off the impression it's a super difficult problem to solve :(

Telstra saga: Amazing what 3 days can do if u email Ombudsman! 7 mnths wasted pleading with Telstra to fix prob following theft of my ID. Desperately emailed 3 wks ago again asking Telstra to fix bloody prob or I'd call TIO. Of course nil, so emailed TIO on 1 Feb.

Hey @Telstra I lost my phone & I want to suspend my account. I waited for on the phone for an hour for an agent to type my questions to receive an answer. They couldn't help they suggested to the app my online i went to bed my after another 2 hours without help can you help?

@blakandblack @Telstra Call centres are a waste of time- I contact either by computer or in person. Quite often if you send an email in a complaint form you get far better service.

@Telstra I’m aware of the outage checker, it’s showing nothing. But dozens of people reporting an outage and reports of power techs onsite at Mullaloo exchange.

@Telstra wasted 3 hours on the-phone today to try sort out my modem which was down. Only to find out later that a lot of the Northern Suburbs of Perth were down. The Operator at Telstra didn’t even know. Come on Telstra why not update your users on your webpage etc??

@MDUBRS3 @lalac64 I’m with Telstra. The outage was in loads of suburbs in Perth’s northern suburbs. Not just Telstra customers other networks too. A power outage in Mullaloo apparently.
