    Yes surprise surprise my last refund from a company was through Telstra for an inactive account and the only option they had was via 21 day cheque in current year.. like wtf.

    @Telstra Yes i did but i misplaced it and because my phone is faulty i wanted a copy to provide to the manufacturer because telstra refuses to acknowledge theres a problem. But apparently asking for a copy of proof of purchase is unreasonable and so is expecting a new phone that works

    @ALegione @Telstra But yes, I'll have to see what provision my bank has for such things and then see what it costs. Meanwhile how many cheques never get cashed and telstra pockets the difference. PS A royal commission into telecoms would be as enlightening as banking one I reckon.

    @NBN_Australia @Telstra Which one of you clowns do I have to call since it was you, NBN, who updated the network in my neighbourhood starting on Friday, in which, since, I have been using my phone data, which was supposed to be done, today, at 5pm and it's still not on..

    @Telstra Stay Connected was sold hard - never miss a beat they said - $180 in premiums later, phone breaks and they find me the first appointment 60kms and 5 days away. Went into Apple today and they replaced the device on the spot. Come on guys.

    @Telstra why do I pay for the highest package and get **** service? Never an issue when you need to get paid but always an issue when it comes to providing a decent internet service

    Webchat the worlds worst communication channel. If you aren't going to get back to someone in 5-10mins then your company should up its resources. Had a 24 hour chat with 3 people at Telstra that went nowhere and nonresponse from CBA yesterday @Telstra @CommBank

    @Telstra @bradsnoey What a joke this latest trade in your mobile for the new pixel 6 phone is. I paid @2000 outright for the Samsung S20 Ultra and their Offer is only $375 on this phone in excellent condition. Just shows how stupid this company thinks their customers are

    @Telstra They never admit fault. Your account is just window-dressing, as is Telstra's Customer Service generally. This is your normal, poor-quality service. They haven't improved it in 12 yrs here, despite repeated complaints. Telstra charges a lot for 3rd World speeds. Lift your game.

    @semiosmith I wish. Unfortunately been happening for some time now. Been reported to Telstra. They have been sent a warning letter already to cease. If it continues Telstra is then able to release details to police for them to investigate using a carrier service to stalk.
