@Telstra How about a big fat apology to the Gold customers you utterly failed today. There is no good news here, you promised and failed to deliver and a big dose of humility is the least we deserve. Then find us some damn tickets

@Telstra As mentioned in my tweet: "(and one hour in a 'chat' trying to get them to fix the problem, with the best solution: "Try turning it off and on again". I kid you not.)" I think that's a 'yes'.

So purchasing from Telstra reveals its website, online chat and direct phone support, all to be held together by sticky tape and chewing gum. Both systems and personnel blended in incompetent harmony Quite an achievement, can't wait for first test results on their network

@Telstra The tablet can find the network. It just won’t connect

Unarguably @Telstra has THE worst customer service of any company. FIVE incorrect bills in a row. All 'resolved' until the same problem the next month. Always promises of "we've' fixed it". Just never choose Telstra. On DSP: tried increasing my bill $20 p/month. No reason.

@Telstra Just so you know; it took 40 minutes to fix a simple bill mistake.

@Telstra do you specialise in creating mazes and bot chats specifically to keep your customers online for hours at time without solving the issue. You really should have an award for this...

@Telstra I am a long time customer. Yesterday I bought a new tablet. To replace an old Telstra tablet. Do I take out the sim from my old tablet, and put it in the new one? Or do I need to do something more complex? In order to use the 5Gb of data I have with Telstra?

@Taco_Lad The spam block on my phone is currently 100% effective at filtering these, so I only see them when I get bored and go to have a look at what has come in. I don't think Optus has a filtering thing like Telstra, but it hasn't been an issue, and such obvious spam is easy to ignore
