@Koupahs @JamieOCE nah its not a money issue, the area I live in has some sort of contract with something called Telstra Velocity. It’s the only type of internet you can get here aside from 5G and ****

  • lizstep Liz Stephens (@lizstep) reported

I just had a spammer call me pretending to be from @Telstra to apologise for the poor broadband and mobile signal. I don’t even use Telstra for broadband but I appreciate the gesture.

  • gavflano Gavin Flanagan (@gavflano) reported

@Telstra Thanks Reggie. This was for my sons NBN service he’s been having issues with. I was pointing it out as an example of why it’s sometimes so difficult to deal with Telstra. Sometimes you just cannot understand the customer service operators. Perhaps more training is needed.

Customer walks up to me in store. “i’M a tELstRa cUsTOmEr” Cool story bro, not like I would assume you weren’t a Telstra customer when walking into a ******* Telstra store.

  • MrPenguincat 🐧 🐈 (@MrPenguincat) reported

@telstra why does every single time I log into my telstra account I get an "Unusual sign in activity" I have multiple 2fA on and signed by a fingerprint. Yet I am still greeted with this stupid email every single time. I even got one when I signed into it using Telstra 4G data

  • lizstep Liz Stephens (@lizstep) reported

I just had a guy call me pretending to be from @Telstra to apologise for the poor broadband and mobile signal. I don’t even use Telstra for broadband. Spam as self effacement.

  • oberonsghost Maria, Comrade Ghost (@oberonsghost) reported

Hey, @Telstra if your “NBN Technical Department” were calling me unsolicited with a “problem with my internet”, and I asked for a number to call back on, would you direct me to a google search?
