@lochlanrocks Ahhh yep. I recall the cheap movie tickets etc. the rest must have come in after I long left telstra for the somehow even worse service of Optus

@Telstra Just to make you aware, this is still to be resolved. I'm convinced the only solution will be to move to Optus, since no one with any sort of technical knowledge answers me, just your Indian operators who can only follow a script.

@theramalmedia Woolworths mobile and belong both have similar deals and run of Telstra so the internet isn't bad

@HandleComplaint @Telstra Still no internet, had enough of talking to the “help chat” every week the date changes to the next week, they can’t even tell me what the problem is. also the new modem still hasn’t arrived, time to look into switching to a new provider

Congratulations Commonwealth Bank. Your "customer service" is now worse than Telstra's - the gold standard, in the race to the bottom. Australia's most shameful. You've been trying hard for this. You must be proud.

@ordsomefarmer @Telstra @Telstra systems are filtering out any complaints about reception. Their automated systems have a bug, and loop to the coverage map that is out of date. The only way to check a service at the moment is through the ombudsman.

I’m about to ditch Telstra. Other Aussie big things I’ve ditched are banks, Qantas, the LNP*. *I never had the LNP
