    Telstra told ABC North Coast we should have bought Satellite phones as a back up for their fragile service. I am wondering why @Telstra haven’t supplied Satellite phones to SES and stranded residents as a crisis solution? Really disgusted by dismissive attitude

    No internet or phones in large parts of Northern NSW. People cannot get 000 or SES. Food shortages. People missing. Massive NBN fail, Telstra fail, LNP fail. Useless, useless govt. ALP MPs working hard to help. We need help.

    The exact reason @Telstra fails and gets abused by their customers, as can be seen on twitter so frequently, is they do not pay attention to solve one customer at a time opting to do many. Doing support in this way makes mistakes inevitable. I'm struggling to stay nice myself

    Hey @Telstra how come I need to get an optus sim to access internet after nsw floods? Days afterwards and still no internet/reception. Hampering efforts to help. Diabolical.

    @Telstra I believe there are internet/nbn/4g issues in Eltham/3095? Can you give an estimated time of resolution? Various screenshots of sms messages on social media, some saying was at 3:30pm, some saying on the 10th March (?!). My provider @iiNet none the wiser.

    @Telstra I will DM you today We now have no landline dsl service The modem has failed so can not use mobile data network on that account which is UNLIMITED data 0nly internet service is using mobile phone and personal hotspot for device connection which is incurring extra data charges

    He has a pre-paid phone and needs it unlocked to start his next journey. He doesn't have the Telstra app because it's pre-paid. Let's go @Telstra. Let's get this sorted. Problems exist on a weekend too.
