******* telstra, customers help at telstra , wasted a couple of hrs all just to get 1 sim card actavated, couldn't do it online no that would be 2 easy, 1 karan got offended cause I said bloody, once, I was swearing at her, only have 1 phone number, 1 ******* data connection

@Telstra If only Telstra service was better. Not talking about coverage, talking about customer service. Having customers on phone for an hour waiting is awful service

@HandleComplaint @Telstra No unfortunately not, although I did get a call from them today apologising for the outage and that they were still unable to confirm when it would be fixed, in the meantime they are sending a new modem that will connect to mobile data free of charge
