Golly you can only email Telstra right now apparently—no phone support on their 1300 number due to steps taken to protect staff during the pandemic. Which is…weird given everyone else has managed it and they are literally a telecommunications company?

@Telstra so frustrating … my internet has been dropping out or reduced to 4 G since beginning of this year .. today again as of all week my modem is on orange !!!! And I can’t speak to a person to organise an onsite trouble shoot!!! Agh !!!!

@Telstra thanks for the reply - it was Rewards related postage and my LPO usually acknowledges all my post as part of the PO Box service. I shan't be claiming any Rewards unless I can use my PO as a delivery address bc it's more secure when I'm not home (wch is more often or not the case)

@GillianHBowen @10NewsFirst and banks were looking to see us have a CaShLeSs SoCiEitY Banks are like ISPs (eg. Telstra), they provide services we idolize for our future (Cashless payments, watching/gaming in the cloud), but are not reliable enough to keep society going when problems arise (and they will)

@Telstra Stacey im exhausted from Telstra and if I have to explain my@serial number and do any more testing I will go insane .. We have had problems for months .. and now again it’s on orange / blue , I’m working from. Home today and one e again have to hot spot my phone !! Please help

@Telstra Your support team seems unable to answer my question through the app (2.5 hours of trying): When moving to a new Telco, Do I need to do anything to close my Telstra account? Or can I just sign up with the new provider, and the churn will take care of closing my account?

@Telstra Hi Anto, my neighbour is but I am not. I have been told by nbn techs that they are both optus and telstra cables and they can't remove them. The council won't remove the tree till they are removed so hence why I am trying to get some one to fix the issue.

@Telstra Thanks for responding. Spent multiple hours on email & bot chat w Telstra & Kayo. Can't send screenshot of (yes) email I have. Been advised it's an issue between the two re billing. But not resolution & the deal is no longer being offered. So I have one choice; pay more per month
