    @tamsinbirch @Optus I’ve hit *exactly* this kind of stupid-unkind behaviour from Optus since using them a dozen years ago. Please know that Telstra, Optus, Vodafone are large companies that want large customers. If you can give your business to AussieBB or Superloop, you’ll be doing better.

    @Telstra I really don't dig being the twitter call out guy but I have been trying to get help from overseas for a cancelled contract which you have asked debt collectors to action for $100, despite the fact you actually owe me a refund. It was possible to chat online --

    @Telstra Hi Brandon, I have spoken and been on chat with your faults team on numerous occasions and I have a technician coming tomorrow. The same technician appointment from last Friday which was not honoured as it was assumed they had restored my service with no obvious activity.

    @Telstra Your service is appalling… there was an outage to be fixed by Tuesday last week, then Thursday last week, then Tuesday this week, then Monday NEXT week … and NOW your website says no outage , but you NEVER FIXED it ! Remember the NOT HAPPY JAN ads? Well I’m not!

    If #COVID isn’t inhibiting small business enough, you can count on @auspost (website is down constantly), @Wix (their platform is simply defective) and @Telstra (cut my net without warning) - aka giant corporations with a lot more money than me - to neglect doing their job.

    interestingly, searching "**** telstra" and "******* telstra" on twitter they don't reply to anyone else. Could you imagine the legal case of them disconnecting me for saying the word **** on an open platform when not even directed at them, they had to hunt down and look for it
