    Seriously @NBN_Australia and @Telstra since going across to NBN there is always an excuse for internet being down. “Upgrades” they say! It’s crazy the down time my internet has !

    @germanejaws Not at Telstra stores. They refuse to let you in if you don’t scan the QR & they check it to confirm you have & they offer no other option to sign in, I’ve asked for an explanation from them so many times but they like to ignore their customers @Telstra (happened to my husband)

    @Telstra your service is abysmal. How can you ‘slow down the 4G’ when you haven’t come to repair the cable from two weeks ago? Trying to run a business from home & can’t even open a website currently!!! What kind of internal ‘communications’ do you actually have? Sort it out.
