After 30 years as an #Optus customer I just swapped three handsets to #Telstra. More than 2x the data for less $. Got an automated message saying sorry to see you go. Feels like if you’re on a plan >2y old, do yourself a favour and look at new plans regardless of carrier.

The internet is so slow at my parent's house, in a major town in SW QLD, that I could make a 4-course dinner in the time it takes a page to load. Not good enough for rural Australia. They were told to pay $1000 because @Telstra wouldn't do anything to fix it

In Jan I cancelled my #nbn home wifi w/ @Telstra After two weeks, I tried to rejoin #telstra same service. That was Feb, now mid-April Telstra haven’t actioned my order. I apparently had 4G for weeks, that stopped. I’ve been in a Tels chat for 4 days. The order is “provisioning”

Gotta love when telstra now try blaming SOLAR PANELS for the lack of phone and internet services for the last 16 DAYS AND COUNTING No one I can see has newly installed any! And I've lived in a house previously for 8 years with other solar panels and not had any trouble

@JennaPrice @RonniSalt The Telecommunications Ombudsman sorted out an ongoing problem I had with Telstra charging me for services I hadn't used. They were brilliant.

@JennaPrice Husband rang the ombudsman regarding a Telstra phone contract which they had totally misrepresented. Problem fixed within 48 hours and refund. They had promised a number of freebies which were not free.

@LadyCBean1966 We get those calls periodically - our last payment didn't go through they say. Their problem is we are not Telstra customers. It's a scam. Be careful.

@Telstra No it is not fixed. And no Internet and no Foxtel no emails no mobile nothing working, how is someone supposed to work from home extra data is not going to fix the problem. When even your phone has no internet looking at other providers very disappointing
