@Telstra You have disconnected our business phones for no reason and with no warning. How do you not have anyone that can help me with this at 7.30pm? It’s 2022 FFS.

. @Telstra just turned on a scam text filter that block suspicious texts from making it to your phone. It’s now switched on for anyone using the Telstra network (MVNOs included). You can opt out if you want to, but why would you?

@Telstra "... this isn't a live chat service as such." Actually, not at all. This is not what I hear hear when I call @Telstra . You get recommended to use the MyTelstraApp with advice that sounds like you will be dealt with 4 x faster -- Or you can *Wait In The Queue" ... clever wording!

@Telstra It had better work better than the email filter. Allows the scam redneck firearm emails through and blocks my legit mail. Daily. Should’ve never left Outlook.

@Telstra I sincerely hope that @telstra is going to offer more live customer service. Right now, it takes on average 5- 12 hours of my time on the phone to resolve an issue. Sometime more. If I did that to my customers, I would go bankrupt.

@JamesRO21209910 @andy_penn @Telstra would not surprise me. the biggest crime is the bloated salary they pay Andy Penn for presiding over a complete shambles. he should hang his head in shame. too many people blowing too much smoke up his arse. he is useless.
