Link=green(so talking physically back to the exchange), ONLINE= white (exchange has an issue), PHONE=nothing (no connectivity upstream of exchange)

Telstra are very good at offering ‘free’ things with a hidden recurring monthly charge. It just seems convenient that they suddenly lost the records of the phone call when queried.
