    @NBN_Australia Yeah, no changes at home. Problem is the network has been deteriorating for some time now! Probably @Telstra oversubscribed. Just rubbish now. So ripped off.

    @acmadotgov I'd raise a complaint about HFC being unreliable these days but Telstra gave me a modem with 4G backup so that I don't notice. Nice workaround for nbn taking over old HFC infrastructure...

    @Telstra It’s not my equipment (power off/on done) - leds indicate that it is at the exchange. Link=green(so talking physically back to the exchange), ONLINE= white (exchange has an issue), PHONE=nothing (no connectivity upstream of exchange)

    1/ @Telstra I just received a phone call from someone saying they are from Telstra indicating there’s a problem with my internet connection ( which is true, it has been slow lately) She said she can fix 70% of the problem from her end but will need my help for the rest

    @Telstra Thanks Telstra. PSA: For the record they ask you to down load an app called "anydesk". (Or other apps) Basically it will allow them to remote into your computer and essentially key log your passwords, bank accounts etc....

    @BelongAU @Telstra this is a company you own and hence are responsible. I juat had a call with NBN and this is a 10 minute conversation to fix. With belong its now been 1 month of no internet. It should have also not cost us $300! NBN has said as much! @BelongAU when will you call?

    Well ADSL2+ dead. We can’t get fixed wireless NBN poor signal. No 5G - NE Vic - suggestions before I talk to Telstra or other providers? Starlink, Skymuster NBN or 4G? We don’t work from home or game, E-mail, social media, bit of streaming. The technician suggested 4G.

    @blakandblack @Telstra It is that bad we cannot even answer our business phone, we have to screen all to voice messages & ask that you leave a message we'll call you back. But people get annoyed we don't answer & don't bother leaving a message so we have lost a lot of business. 😤
