  @Telstra It’s not my equipment (power off/on done) - leds indicate that it is at the exchange. Link=green(so talking physically back to the exchange), ONLINE= white (exchange has an issue), PHONE=nothing (no connectivity upstream of exchange)

  @NBN_Australia Yeah, no changes at home. Problem is the network has been deteriorating for some time now! Probably @Telstra oversubscribed. Just rubbish now. So ripped off.

  @acmadotgov I'd raise a complaint about HFC being unreliable these days but Telstra gave me a modem with 4G backup so that I don't notice. Nice workaround for nbn taking over old HFC infrastructure...

  @Telstra I’ve been on sos only for 2 weeks for no reason. I’ve been in places where it should’ve been full bars of service and still nothing. I have no idea why this has happened, it happened out of nowhere. I’ve tried turning off my phone & taking out the SIM card and still nothing

  @telstra nbn support widget asked me to powercycle my modem... 30 seconds after I JUST TOLD HIM ID JUST DONE THAT. These people are fkn hopeless.

  @Telstra Hi Telstra spoke to a number of people since Friday. You guys have suspended my service. Yet on my app it states I’m $83.00 in credit. Trying to talk the agent is very hard. I’m absolutely pissed and I will be taking it further to the Telecommunications ombudsman.
