@Telstra how are you meant to reset a message bank pin, online support won’t do it, you talk to anyone on the phone, and we are in full lockdown so are not meant to go to stores

@NBN_Australia Yes, we’ve had technicians coming for 1.5 years and little progress. I’ve been told need to organise through Telstra but they have no customer service atm. Outside work done, but can’t seem to connect to house.

@Telstra how long do I have to wait for my NBN internet? Ordered early February, spent at least 10 hours on the phone with 8 service agents, have been using the smart app since 17 June to chat with >15 agents, receive bills for Premium internet and all I get is <0.1 mbps...

Disgusted that @Telstra have cut off my nbn service 6 days before it was requested. Was specifically told it would be disconnected on the 19th, but they failed to tell me they’d cut it within 24 hours of my request. Appalling customer service, never again.

@sallyrugg @Teapot_Lady Because part of his issues involved anxiety, shopping was something he was doing to relieve anxiety in public. He took up two Telstra deals for phones, that we couldn't afford, as we didn't have pension yet. Ruined us financially at the time.

I freaked out when I went to top up GB data on my wifi and on my Telstra app it literally disappeared and I couldn’t see my wifi account information and I was like wtf ???, so after getting stressed, I then ate my dinner and came to my wifi after dinner and now my wifi is working
