    Got one of those scam calls from “ @Telstra technical support” Honestly, for a scam attempt she was really rude. Tip: if you’re scamming me, be nice. I just kept talking off mic and being quieter and finished with a whistle. Not my best effort 2/10.

    @JenBrockie @Telstra I had MEGA issues with Telstra recently and contacted the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman. The very next day Telstra called me and the ridiculously LONG-STANDING was sorted out. Perhaps give them a call. 💜

    Just received my bill 3 weeks after this two hour phone call. Still no credit processed. My @Foxtel service is still active and I’m being continuing to be charged even though they confirmed it’s been cancelled twice. @Telstra #useless

    I bought 3 prepaid wifi dongles, each 3GB data, from @Telstra online store weeks ago, didn't get any tracking info. Last week received 3 prepaid phones each 50MB data. Not what I paid for! Couldn't get through to anyone on chat or phone. Wrote online complaint but no response.

    10+ hrs on phone to Setup internet Cancel Foxtel Going instore today to talk to someone as getting nowhere on the phone Oh, they nailed the part of starting to charge me for my internet. Im now owed $320 in credit which was promised would be on my next bill @Telstra #useless

    @Cyclify Yup, and unfortunately I’m probably going to be forced to give my business to the dreaded Telstra, because Optus confirmed that my reception is poor in this apartment, and that I haven’t got the option to get ADSL or NBN, because it’s already maxed out in my building. Huh?👀🤨😑

    @rad_shazz @Telstra the agreement between you and them requires a payment from you in return for services from @Telstra - if Telstra can't provide services, they have no right to take payments. Next time you call ask them to describe their complaints resolution process and ask to lodge a complaint

    @binge_help hello can you please update the @binge app Apple TV. There are serious lip synch issues on the live channels and closed captions are only working intermittently. Also the Fox Docos live channel does not work at all. The channel does not work on the Telstra TV either.
