@glipschitz @trevorlong @Telstra @VodafoneAU That’s the problem. I’m occasionally in the middle of nowhere and need to be available for calls and data. If I didn’t have that work requirement I wouldn’t bother.

The city loop’s internet connectivity is poor. I’m not sure if the traffic has increased or the type of traffic has changed. I do know I spend from southern cross to west Richmond turning my data on and off trying to find a legitimate connection though. Ping @Telstra

@Telstra no that's not the problem. not out of stock. you don't sell XR white in 128gb for example in any channel. it breaks your checkout. you can tell your developers or wait for them to notice

Hey @BelongAU you made me wait 4days for a 2nd @telstra techguy! He came and went, made a wrong call re my cable issue without consulting me, and now I’m being told I have to wait even longer. IT’s BEEN OVER FOUR WEEKS!!! PLEASE get him back NOW or I’ll complain to @TIOAustralia

Numerous addresses in our str have Telstra connections but don’t appear on NBN list. I got address added after a query at NBN booth in Doncaster. Then it disappeared, got it back but NBN site says no service till next May - next door has NBN!

@Telstra Greg, thanks for your response however, It was reported to Telstra and all they wanted to know was who did it!! I don't have direct infornation on that one either. Still no-one has come out to fix it up.

@VodafoneAU Why are my family and friends only just receiving text messages that I sent on New Year's Eve and New Year's day? They are Telstra customers. Why were Vodafone customers not told about this issue? Very frustrating. From a loyal Vodafone customer.

@AaronLessis Anyway you can buy outright rather than a plan? I ended up dropping Telstra $80 plan and going with a Aldi (through Telstra network anyway) $30 plan and just buying a phone, saves me a ton in the long run. Personally think the 14 future proofs you for a while.

@JayMo31415 Always three years late, after the market had adjusted to their bad behavior and moved on. ACMA never moved fast enough to be effective against Telstra; The NBN is partly a response to their consistent failure as a telco regulator.

@Telstra It's literally the app that I've used to pay for my service for a long, long time. You can't even get the number right. Sorry to say the porting process has begun. I tried logging in to find my Acct number (I got this from a past bill). I'll be saving $23 p/m for more data.

@Telstra i cannot receive sms from other networks (tested with @VodafoneAU and TPG).. has been since new years eve. swapped sim in to different phones and same issue. my txt go through to them. they can txt others ok. have you blocked customers from receiving sms from @Vodafone?

@Telstra To clarify, it's been ongoing, inconsistently. Right now it's 2am and it's meeting its target of 100mbps. But day time often is poor.
