Link=green(so talking physically back to the exchange), ONLINE= white (exchange has an issue), PHONE=nothing (no connectivity upstream of exchange)

With belong its now been 1 month of no internet. It should have also not cost us $300! NBN has said as much! @BelongAU when will you call?

But people get annoyed we don't answer & don't bother leaving a message so we have lost a lot of business. 😤
