Link=green(so talking physically back to the exchange), ONLINE= white (exchange has an issue), PHONE=nothing (no connectivity upstream of exchange)

Abbott, at Murdoch's behest hobbled it. Successive LNP Govts have continued down that path. LNP are the villains here.
