  • PJCwasHere
Peter J. Coburn (@PJCwasHere) reported from Pakenham East, Victoria

@NBN_Australia Yeah, no changes at home. Problem is the network has been deteriorating for some time now! Probably @Telstra oversubscribed. Just rubbish now. So ripped off.

@woopdedoo652 @Telstra can you get someone who isn’t a robot to help the Unicorn out. Unicorn had a hailstorm destroy her fixed wireless. I don’t think doing a modem reboot is going to fix it ey.

  • PJCwasHere
Peter J. Coburn (@PJCwasHere) reported from Pakenham East, Victoria

@Telstra We are so reliant on the Internet… 24 hours is waaaay too long!!! This is no way to provide a ‘service’.

  • _TimMcMahon
Tim McMahon (@_TimMcMahon) reported from Slaty Creek, Victoria

@acmadotgov I'd raise a complaint about HFC being unreliable these days but Telstra gave me a modem with 4G backup so that I don't notice. Nice workaround for nbn taking over old HFC infrastructure...

  • PJCwasHere
Peter J. Coburn (@PJCwasHere) reported from Pakenham East, Victoria

@Telstra your NBN service is down in Pakenham 3810. Nothing on your sites. Time to fix?

@Telstra Is the online support / chat on the website fried? It's cut me off three times now. Another price hike, the second in 10 months with $2-2.3 BILLON profit a year?

  • beezageeza
    Beeza Geeza (@beezageeza) reported

someone explain to me why anything happening in the middle east should have any effect on the price of pre-paid mobile plans. **** you, telstra.

  • LuxAuthorRight
    cc (@LuxAuthorRight) reported

@ChefTom1985 @CatherineD42535 Well privatized infrastructure either needs to be public or heavily regulated so we don’t see the over 160% price markup we do with Telstra. Cost per user wired+wireless service is between $35-$45/month and that’s including R&D- no profit.

@cheekybreekky @TruthFairy131 No arguments from me. LNP are ****, Labor is worse. LNP sold off our gold for a pittance. Sold off Telstra (so did Labor), signed us up for the idiotic Paris Accord. Signed us up for the idiotic net zero. And caused the housing affordability crisis along with Labor. Both are traitors to the Australian people.
