@Telstra Already done. Apparently it can’t deal with how many people are using it and will take up to a week to fix. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

@Telstra I should send you a bill for all the time wasted waiting around for technicians who have been sent to the wrong address and time on the phone alerting @telstra to these errors and having to place orders again! Hours of wasted time!!

Maybe if we don’t pay our bills, @Telstra might actually fix their network. Can’t use 4g because it’s trash and god forbid if you try and use the wifi. 🙄

@kristoforlawson @iTnews_au @rycrozier Ive been getting 120 down for the past 6 years with Telstra cable. NBN should be using GB speeds

@Telstra Mobile signal is actually worse than internet and had to install expensive CEL-FI due to seceral contacts from me and a long email from Telstra saying everything was great...which is extremely inaccurate for Black Rock

@Telstra Have done that twice in the past 12 months and no technician was ever sent to investigate properly..received a condescending email that as well as the cost of the Cel-Fi, I will have to move by early next year to gain better service and will likely now select another provider

@Telstra moved house 5 yes ago & everytime we book a technician to come out for something they go to the old address! Absolutely appalling customer experience. Has happened atleast 10 times & I’m sure this won’t be the last. Really concerning that it’s so hard to get basics right

@Telstra We have been without service for 3 days now, no internet, phone and no foxtel. How can a provider such as yourselves be down for 3 days.embarrassing..we pay over 300 dollars per month as a package we will be expecting quite a substantial discount on our next bill

@Telstra Tried that. Tried on phone & PC. Telstra chat advised to use another browser - it worked with Microsoft Edge so you might have a problem with Google Chrome.. Thanks!

@Telstra several times and then the insulting email from Telstra was received..thanks for your correspondence. My experience with Telstra in this region has been extremely disappointing and they have not fixed the issues despite using the cumbersome process to go through 👎👎👎

@Telstra I even called an hour before the latest attendance time to check they were still coming and given zero info. I asked to make a complaint and was just transferred to general sales team. Needed the line in to the building be checked to ensure the service was properly connected.

she can't cancel it. I can see it clearly on my latest bill where Optus is charging me $5 a month. On the other hand, I want to keep my postpaid mobile service with @Optus but Optus has asked me to move with Telstra saying that they are unable to provide good coverage in my area.

@Cowcakes @TaleiElu @Telstra Yes, it's clearly the government's fault that Telstra is having an outage now and only the 43rd, 44th and 45th governments. 🙄

Struggling with @Telstra's weak rural signal really undermines a lovely trip. "Hotspotting" is tepid at most. Borrowing bandwith from others...my posts are just waiting... Thank dog I brought a book.

@Telstra 2. Telstra happily upgraded her, only for me to spend 4 hours today finding out why the speed is so bad.

@littlehorror01 @mattjcan David Littleproud @D_LittleproudMP has an excellent solution. All carriers customers should be allowed to roam between networks in regional areas. Telstra used to have a roaming agreement with 3 (later Vodafone) when their customers left their service area they used Telstra
