  @acmadotgov I'd raise a complaint about HFC being unreliable these days but Telstra gave me a modem with 4G backup so that I don't notice. Nice workaround for nbn taking over old HFC infrastructure...

  @Telstra Telstra has been saying that for 12 years. Still no stability. Still only able to get 200gb expensive data, still can’t stream w/o constant buffering, 1000s $ later. 15km from major city. What good will DM do?

  iPhone users on the @Telstra network should start to see #LetsVaxx on their phone. Sadly not able to roll out on Android phones as they pull that kind of text from the SIM and not the network. ... and just get vaccinated. Astra works. Don't be ridiculous.

  @Telstra it’s infuriating that you don’t have an easier support service. The chat function is fine for young people but how is this realistic for elderly and those with disabilities. I’m 30 and it has taken over 2 days to sort a minor issue because I couldn’t talk to someone.
