@Telstra You replied. Once. Then stopped. Good job 👍 Weirdly my problem didn’t get resolved. Fancy that. Goodnight useless corporate blob.

  • petros_ioannou Petros Ioannou (@petros_ioannou) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra A fault in the street. Requires the NBN team to come back and do works. Apparently that can’t be done till Jan 31st After 2 hours on the phone I managed to get an extra 25GB added to my mobile data. No further resolution possible though I’m told

  • BKHAWKS70 BKhawks70 (@BKHAWKS70) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Airport West server issues update No1 - Received a text this morning indicating that Telstra hope to have it fixed by the 26/11/19. Should’ve kept those carrier pigeons...🤔🤬 #airportwestservercrisis #herenonbn @Telstra @TelstraEnt

  • BKHAWKS70 BKhawks70 (@BKHAWKS70) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Hi Telstra, thanks for NOT telling me about the server issues that YOU have in Airport West that is affecting MY business on a daily basis. I’ll just keep paying my bill for a service that will be repaired some time soon...🤬🤬 @TelstraEnt #NBN

  • trevoryoung Trevor Young (@trevoryoung) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

I’ve never understood why Telstra started creating websites (for AFL and its clubs) - it’s not their core business and unsurprisingly they’ve never done it well, and that extends to its apps - I have two on my phone, neither work. 😔

  • iBrookie Brooke Plummer (@iBrookie) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@gav_mck @Telstra I’m wondering the same thing. Heard it all day....but don’t see anything about a national outage.....

  • AlexDevantier 💧🌱 A J Devantier (@AlexDevantier) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@JrehnJ @Murf702 @KingLouisRocks @Penny_MadamLash @3wombats I left Dunn and Bradstreet because of an ethical issue, also left Telstra because of one and United group also, GMAC Holden because they had a competition on how many cars you could repo in a week, now build affordable housing, developer, but a decent one, I'm proud

  • tvppeD tappeD (@tvppeD) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Hi @Telstra I used to average 10-20MS and had fast speeds, our internet was turned off/broken a few days ago and we had a technician come over today and “fix it” ever since he replaced the modem and fixed the issue, I’ve been averaging 700-2000MS and haven’t been able to load

  • trevoryoung Trevor Young (@trevoryoung) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Hell of a tech day - VyprVPN has shat itself, LinkedIn has gremlins, Telstra broadband outage (again). Pass me a stone tablet please.

  • JohnnyLydon jk (@JohnnyLydon) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@adv_australia Not his problem. He has fibre to his home laid on according to ex Telstra techies

  • cindyshep Cindy Shepherd (@cindyshep) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra No outage on that page for us. This has been an ongoing issue for about two weeks. I’ve spoken to many people, but I still have issues. My husband held back paying our bill as he is furious..that resulted in you harassing us for payment but still not assisting with the service.

  • justine_hyde Justine Hyde 🏳️‍🌈 (@justine_hyde) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Instead of reading dystopian fiction you could, as a long term customer, choose to call @telstra or @CommBank for help. The Kafkaesque experience induces an existential crisis and tears of frustration every time.

  • Leo__stevenson Leo Stevenson (@Leo__stevenson) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra If I could switch providers I would in a second, but I can’t because of Telstra’s stranglehold on the market making it the only option which means it can do as it pleases and **** the consumer

  • JohnnyLydon jk (@JohnnyLydon) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@geoffrey_payne The cost of fixing ancient ex-Telstra infrastructure was never considered for the mixed technology option or the cost of maintaining it long term. Sometimes you have to cut your losses

  • mektronik mektronik (@mektronik) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@peterfraserbris @pfh007 We were working on deal with a large digital advertising co but JC de Co said they would pull a billion dollar contract with telstra if we did. They pulled it anyway but long after we were shutdown. Management is awful in that place

  • EmJaeCaer Michael Carmody (@EmJaeCaer) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Turtl_cs I have a business plan that is essentially unlimited 4G data. Stick whole family (2 x sons iPads, plus parents) on it. New phones every two years. All on Telstra so coverage is almost never an issue.

  • ajphelo Andrew J Phelan (@ajphelo) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@HCICanberra @Birmo @AIBC_Ltd @MEAIndia @IndianDiplomacy Great to see. One request. Please do your best to shut down all the fraud call centers based in India who ring Australian numbers pretending to be CommBank, the NBN, Telstra etc. I get calls everyday. If my mum who has dementia picks up she gets distressed. My neighbor lost 5k

  • jono_hayward Jono: Fallen Order 🖖🏼🏳️‍🌈🎮 (@jono_hayward) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Nothing to do with your Telstra account is that urgent that you have to subject some poor CS agent to the sound of you and four other men noisily dropping the kids off at the pool IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN.

  • adenos_tiger adenos slept (@adenos_tiger) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra NBN is down in 3165. Both the cable conversion box says online. No dial tone in the phone. Just trying to have a relaxing night, but seems that's not going to be the case now. :/

  • justine_hyde Justine Hyde 🏳️‍🌈 (@justine_hyde) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@roffwrites @Telstra I had a similar AusPost parcel fiasco. I got one back, the other never showed up...

Telstra Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • no_retreatx xNoRetreatx (@no_retreatx) reported

@Telstra Rubbish. Mobile wifi is practically non-existent, in outer Sydney, even during this emergency. #DominicPerrottet resign. #Telstra is incompetent.

  • no_retreatx xNoRetreatx (@no_retreatx) reported

@Telstra What good is a BS 'package' if you have no internet service. 🙄 My service is always rubbish but you charge me full price.

  • charlesofarrell Charles O'Farrell (@charlesofarrell) reported

@Telstra Sorry to bother you. Have had to relocate to my parents place in Brookfield, QLD after our place flooded. Their NBN internet seemed slow, and only just realised it's on 4G (due to floods?). Just wondering if there's an ETA and/or a way to be notified when it is fixed?

  • ShaneBryan_IT 💧Shane Bryan (@ShaneBryan_IT) reported

That moment when @Telstra send through a cancellation confirmation, for a service that doesn't belong to your organisation. Sacred Heart Primary School Toowoomba, your main phone number won't be disconnected through Telstra's incompetence, and you're welcome 😐

  • superceiliog Mountain Person (@superceiliog) reported

@Telstra #telstra Currently experiencing the worst customer service from any organisation. Intermittent problems since January now zero internet and being bounced around the callcentres. Appears to have no CRM absolute joke.

  • mechabunnie ♡tarnished kiwi♡ (@mechabunnie) reported

i would complain to them but 1) its not like they'd refund me, and 2) i'm baby so i'll just silently cancel it i guess man how annoying i always wondered why my telstra bill was like $170 a month.. for just my phone..

  • bittern36921585 L George (@bittern36921585) reported

@abcnews If people are stupid enough to entirely rely on Apps to do their business, I'm afraid I don't have any sympathy. Businesses in remote areas know the risk of Telstra drop outs and should have a backup.

  • john_odonoghue1 John ODonoghue (@john_odonoghue1) reported

@NBN_Australia There’s nothing to fix and no outages because there is no cable NBN in Talgarno .Mobile NBN is too unreliable. Towers too far away in mountainous country . 3G signal with 2 bars at best. That’s why I cancelled all my Telstra accounts and went with Starlink

  • LtzKotori Kotori (@LtzKotori) reported

@Telstra Yeah it’s up and running now with 4g but there are now problems with 3g being received for other people on my property who live further down the back they have logged a investigation into it

  • IBloodyLuvRugby Rugby and stuff... (@IBloodyLuvRugby) reported

Hey @telstra any news on when the network in Kingscliff will be fixed please?
