  • PJCwasHere

@Telstra PAKENHAM 3810 NBN down. Phones down. Connection to Exchange good. It’s downstream from there. How long?

@woopdedoo652 @Telstra can you get someone who isn’t a robot to help the Unicorn out. Unicorn had a hailstorm destroy her fixed wireless. I don’t think doing a modem reboot is going to fix it ey.

  • _TimMcMahon
Tim McMahon (@_TimMcMahon) reported from Slaty Creek, Victoria

@acmadotgov I'd raise a complaint about HFC being unreliable these days but Telstra gave me a modem with 4G backup so that I don't notice. Nice workaround for nbn taking over old HFC infrastructure...

  • LedleysLegends
Harry Hotspur (@LedleysLegends) reported from Pakenham East, Victoria

@gleebo41 Yep we’re down....can’t even load the Telstra troubleshooting page....

  • PJCwasHere
Peter J. Coburn (@PJCwasHere) reported from Pakenham East, Victoria

@Telstra It’s not my equipment (power off/on done) - leds indicate that it is at the exchange. Link=green(so talking physically back to the exchange), ONLINE= white (exchange has an issue), PHONE=nothing (no connectivity upstream of exchange)

**** you @Telstra your service has been ******* horrible over the last 2 weeks, calls just drop out, barely any reception in built up areas, videos not loading getting the wheel of death and then you send me a notification that my bill is going up by $4 a month. Get ******!!

  • met_oshi
    MetOshi (@met_oshi) reported

@RealMetroLounge @WindsorDebs Optus and Vodafone had to rely on Telstra, since Telstra owned the network. It wasn't until the government set up a service and bought back the network that things started to change

  • GibboBG
    GibboBG (@GibboBG) reported

@telstra mobile signal has been weak all day from Binda 2583 tower.

  • deirdreritchi10
    deirdre ritchie (@deirdreritchi10) reported

Weird. Just got a message from Telstra saying that tomorrow there is going to be an interruption to my home internet service for up to 5h 59m. Why didn't they just say 6 hours? Bizarre.

@Mr_Fanta_Pants @jagjetfly @Telstra You’re not the only one in the Southern Phone pulling the landline plug problem in rural areas boat either. Last hope, chat to your local Federal MP’s office and get them involved in a solution.

  • CatZebraDog
    CatZebraDog (@CatZebraDog) reported

@Mr_Fanta_Pants @Telstra You’re contracted for the MRO not the network access. All network access is month to month now.

  • Lil_Caldwell
    || Z A C || (@Lil_Caldwell) reported

This is something I agree with. @Telstra your “lock in contracts” are the worst…you’re on notice.

  • Joel_0437
    joel0437 (@Joel_0437) reported

@boomerangmadi @metrotrains Cellular DAS for Telstra, Optus and Vodafone to provide cellular on all 3, it also hosts the train signalling GSM-R 1800 network too.

  • kezzyi66
    Kezz (@kezzyi66) reported

@Mr_Fanta_Pants @Telstra The thing that absolutely shits me about this is that half the time I have to use my home wifi to use internet on my phone. They know how much of a mind **** it is to move to another company.

  • morrisperry
    MelMorris (@morrisperry) reported

imagine arranging a disconnection of internet service only to be told that they can arrange connection of an embedded network when they actually can’t, just do as you are asked instead of ignoring the request, Telstra at its best
