@Telstra No they have not provided one nor would the contractor BSA give one over the phone. Let me know how you can help?

  • adam_voigt Adam Voigt 🐯🏆 (@adam_voigt) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Skimming back through my weeks long forced SMS interaction with @Telstra to access the office @NBN_Australia service in paying for I see: * 39 apologies and assurances. * 9 instances of blaming another Telstra department. * 0 commitments to fixing the problem. * no end in sight.

  • sheri_hussain Sheri 🍩 Hussain (@sheri_hussain) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra Thanks Tom - appreciate you are but a cog in the wheel. We rang at 8.30am and were on hold for three hours. It appears our service has been ported to our new provider however. Would you be able to check if this has cancelled our account with you?

  • damethelog A’tuin Sneezed (@damethelog) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Strangelady11 @rubin_angela I think if you type “Victorian telecommunications ombudsman” into El Goog the first result is Telstra’s “we really want to help you” page. Hitting that tends to get much better results

  • adam_voigt Adam Voigt 🐯🏆 (@adam_voigt) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

So disappointed (not surprised) with the lack of support from @Telstra today. They insist on sending a @NBN_Australia tech to my office who turns the internet off on me before leaving. They now refuse to answer me (for hours) on their SMS service. My business is harmed by this.

  • elisaiurato elisaiurato (@elisaiurato) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Just keeps getting worse @Telstra absolutely horrific customer service 2:12 mins on hold waiting for technical support

  • geoff_craig GeoffroC 🏏🐶🥃🚗 (@geoff_craig) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra Hi Jess, I doubt that will do anything. You just fall back on your no guaranteed service for home broadband excuse... it’s your network YOU fix it.

  • FIRE_DownUnder FIRE Down Under (@FIRE_DownUnder) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@BrennanLozzie How much data do you get on that? And on Telstra?! Wow! So you’d likely have no reception issues

  • Tim_Coronel Mit Lenoroc (@Tim_Coronel) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@David_Bonnici @BridieEV Luckily my partner’s mobile is on Optus (mine is Telstra) and she managed to get a signal so her permit was viewable

  • timothy_kaye TAK (@timothy_kaye) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra Haven’t removed and re-installed. Seemed to be an issue prior to 14.3. I’ll try that.

  • adam_voigt Adam Voigt 🐯🏆 (@adam_voigt) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Skimming back through my weeks long forced SMS interaction with @Telstra to access the office @NBN_Australia service I’m paying for, I see: * 39 apologies/assurances. * 9 instances of blaming another Telstra department. * 0 commitments to fixing the problem. * no end in sight.

  • lalycia Leesh (@lalycia) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@sadiesjogren @SuperNetball I think (not a Telstra customer so happy to be corrected) that the free Live Passes are only for Telstra Customers, so have always been limited to Australia. Might have been able to be used with roaming? Not sure, I’ve always paid for my subscription to the app.

  • timothy_kaye TAK (@timothy_kaye) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra how does one fix their MyTelstra app. Not showing anything.

  • mr_billiam Bill Journee (@mr_billiam) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra not sure the “your only option to contact us for support is asynchronous messaging” play is really a premium service offering. My cable internet is broken & I get to play the waiting game for someone to reply...

  • mektronik mektronik (@mektronik) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@MD00042 @abrasion Employers or idiot HR? Pretty sure I know people at Telstra that would take you. Have you tried Servian?

  • geoff_craig GeoffroC 🏏🐶🥃🚗 (@geoff_craig) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

NBN down again, every time it rains... anyone else experience this? @Telstra useless. Bring on 5G...

  • ComminsSally Sally Commins (@ComminsSally) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra I’m a mobile customer of 15 years and have been threatened with disconnection today. I have been patiently waiting a decision from Telstra on a contested fee for six weeks - I have called, emailed and live chatted and have got not a decision or reply back from Telstra.

  • vigabyvi Gaby Villalva (@vigabyvi) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra hi Team! My Telstra app is not working since I changed my handset, could you help me?

Telstra Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • ramzammer Ramzamma (@ramzammer) reported

@Telstra why am I getting Telstra Plus emails with my details on them? I have not been a customer for literally years at this point. After ******* everything, are you still holding onto my data? DELETE. IT.

  • sorrowoce Li(aim)m (@sorrowoce) reported

@Telstra pls fix my internet its dropped like 6 times today

  • Willtech101 Willtech (@Willtech101) reported

@Telstra You should be good enough with technology to teach me about it. 4G is Unisim, the Sim starts with lower G and the device dials up. Everything knows how to talk to 3G and 4G is the same except for service registration on the Sim. 5G starts at the top instead and is not

  • daveray99 Dave Ray (@daveray99) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Am I the only person thinking @Telstra's "5G" mobile network is utter trash? For the last week it's been abysmal. And yes: I've cleared the cache and restarted my device.

  • MDPWORLD83 Maurizio Del Popolo (@MDPWORLD83) reported

1.stick with the useless reception and live with it. Option 2 move to another carrier like @Telstra.. Don’t you love customer service, 9 years loyalty means nothing.

  • RedFiddler Dr Penelope (@RedFiddler) reported

If my phone is my modem and my computer is suddenly asking for a "network security key"...what is that and where do I find it? Is it on my phone somewhere or is it a Telstra thing?

  • Willtech101 Willtech (@Willtech101) reported

@Telstra Unisim, if the device doesn't know how to talk to 5G which is different it can not tell the Sim to dial back to 4G. Unisim was invented so that all Sim cards were compatible. It would be a simple technical solution to re-work the standard 5G Sim to be Unisim.

  • jphannaford 💧Julie Hannaford (@jphannaford) reported

@Telstra No Matthew, lagging download has not improved. Could someone from Telstra please contact me about this. I believe it is a Telstra issue as Twitter is downloading without issue on 4G

  • Budulnya Bowen to the Prince (@Budulnya) reported

In his defence, he got Telstra Service Centre style service from Munster once or twice too

  • JeffMNeale Jeff the Nemophilist* ☘🌲🦘🌳🦉 📖🎾🦜 (@JeffMNeale) reported

@gmail I did seek help from your Help centre at the time, but got no real help, and you don't offer a Chat line. So I contacted my internet provider @Telstra who have a Chat help line, and their expert 'Nayak' gave me immediate attention, restored my email and retrieved my lost Gmail.
