@Telstra I have been trying to get my NBN connected for nearly a month. I am getting no help at all, they keep saying it’s ‘being looked at’. I’ve now wasted HOURS on this it’s ridiculous. You really need to sort your customer service out, wish I hadn’t switched. 🤬🤬🤬

@canberra_bells @RobertBarnes542 Anytime I can't social distance. Most recent was yesterday in the Telstra shop. The floor manager had 6 of us strangers sitting at one small round table waiting for her assistance. Put my mask on after the third one arrived and sat down. 😷

  • p4ndr_ David (@p4ndr_) reported

@Telstra Hiya Reggie, ticket number I have is 212 599 05. Can also provide my service number, the missing phones IMEI and postal tracking number (the store sent it via courier I believe)

@mittyhayes @Telstra Agreed this happening too much. The quality of service is notably declining and as you say Tim Hayes It is increasingly difficult to operate business.
