@Barnaby_Joyce The Future Fund was setup by selling the governments Telstra holdings. When #ALP in 2007 had the idea to raid the fund to buy back the network and build their own at 40 billion plus borrow another 40 billion on the 2013 budget didn't they have an #ALP fund ?

@Telstra Did you look up the INC number I sent you? Because I have yet another one after another cancellation. INC16717157. No internet, no technician, yet another appointment made, over 3 hours to get to that point. A $20 credit offered. Still no internet. Nothing to PM about just fix

@optus I have been unable to access ffxiv since 9pm last night. Can't access the client, lodestone, mogstation. Trying from my phone same issue until I switched to data. Your tech supt says contact SE but my daughter is connecting via Telstra with no issue. Pls help

@Telstra Hi Jimmy. Guess what. My ticket was cancelled AGAIN and I’m told my issue is fixed. ITS NOT. I can’t do my job and I waited for a technician to arrive between 8-12 and no one is coming. No more compassion GET MY ISSUE FIXED and stop allowing NBN to cancel tickets before resolving

I went to @Telstra this afternoon to try change across from Optus to be told they can’t help me in store. I waited 40 minutes, the manager said they could help but then I got turned away. What’s the point in stores again?

@Telstra I've reported it 4 times I even went to the telecommunications ombudsman but you shirked your responsibility & Tried to blame it on useage indoors which is rubbish because my street and neighbouring streets all suffer the same issue Last time I reported it I didn't get a response

@Telstra It's as much to do with the coverage inside as it is to do with the reception in my street and the surrounding streets. My neighbours all have the same problem I can stand in the middle of the road 200m from my house and have the same problem.

@exetel I have been trying for TWO DAYS to activate the new Telstra Sim cards, today calling Exetel Tech Support TWICE AND I still have NO SERVICE. Really? Its 2021, NOT 1984! PATHETIC
