We rely on it heavily as we get our phone, internet and Wi-Fi calling on our mobiles through it. We live in a black spot so can not be contacted at home till it is restored.

I have cancelled my order and closing my account account. Don’t do an online order with @Telstra. You will be given the run around and you will never know a true ETA.
