    @jen_browning @Telstra This week there has been maintenance on the mobile network while the NBN has been at its worst. I have missed 2 meetings because of drop outs where on home net I can’t hear speakers move to mobile and get SOS only. Countless hours of the wheel of death while items are loading.

    @QuentinDempster In area without NBN,was told I needed to go from ADSL to Skymuster satellite. I did what was expected of me by NBN & found after few months NBN was far@worse than flakey 60 yr old copper ADSL. Went back to ADSL2(thanks Telstra) ok service for years now. NBN satellite is rubbish!

    I suspect @Optus has about the worst customer service when you want to cancel an account. Website takes you in circles and you end up on hold for who knows how long. What happened to this once great carrier. Telstra looks like getting my business after nearly 30 years

    Hey @Microsoft365 & @MicrosoftHelps, your M365 e-mails aren't getting to @Telstra #Bigpond customers with .com or .net.au domains. #Telstra twitter are too stupid to comprehend, but you may wish to address given they're australia's biggest Telco.

    @Telstra Hi team! I have a data only sim, but when I put it into my computer the network is not firing up / being recognised. Is there a way to find out the APN is (and my username and password). I can access my Telstra account online to get what I need if needed. Thanks!

    @mabster @Telstra It’s the reason I was on Optus network when I still worked in Swift Street. You couldn’t depend on the speed within a year of 4G being enabled.

    @JamesBingTheO @Telstra Hey @Telstra, James is correct. I spent 2 days with you support team (on the app and on phone) still no resolution. Some domains aren’t getting through and some emails are delayed for 10-16 hours or they don’t arrive at all (bounce back). Can you please escalate with your team?
