    @jen_browning @Telstra This week there has been maintenance on the mobile network while the NBN has been at its worst. I have missed 2 meetings because of drop outs where on home net I can’t hear speakers move to mobile and get SOS only. Countless hours of the wheel of death while items are loading.

    @Telstra Tried and failed using app and then 132200. It was a circular 30min convo with person repeatedly asking us to restart our Nighthawk and mobile phones. Nonsensical. Eventually told would receive call back. No call received. Day 4 of no service.

    @TheShankadoo It is. But his texts are still getting thru. I’m going to contact my cell service provider here (Telstra) and see what they can do on their end. This guy is a complete psychopath. Sends crazy almost threatening messages all through the middle of the night.

    Just as I was thinking "I'll finish up my coding for the day and log on to FFXIV" The internet died AGAIN NBN honestly has to be the worst ******* thing this gd country has invested in It barely functions and neither nbn nor telstra will agree who's responsibility it is

    @Telstra…..why does my NBN Wi-Fi drop-out completely? It comes back immediately but is enough to disconnect all devices (PIA/embarrassing when in a Video Conference). Also, i was allegedly assigned a case manager who would call within 48hrs. Never happened…sigh

    @Telstra Thanks for reaching out Glen. Mobile coverage here varies between 3G and 4G on a good day. Sometimes our mobile reception is poor (eg voice scrambled) which seems strange as there is a Telstra tower only about 1 km way as the crow flies- but there’s a hill in between.

    Not really an @Telstra problem so much, but had my entire internet ( nbn ) service/package migrated by NBN to another supplier without my consent, notice, authority or contact from either @Telstra or the other supplier. I don't even know who the other supplier is? Anyone else?

    @matt_piggott @Telstra It took me months to get a refund and many hours on the phone on hold. I haven't had a worse customer experience ever. I'm very happy with a lower priced service with better service now. Telstra just doesn't understand or care. Be prepared to be extremely patient!

    @SITC_CEO_Shanna @Telstra Shanna it’s the same when Telstra goes down for Tingha/Bundarra. “Have you tried resetting your device?” “Have you taken the SIM out?” “It’s not showing a fault”. Try coming out and having a look 👀 @Telstra
