    @jen_browning @Telstra This week they have been doing maintenance on the mobile network while the NBN has been at its worst. I have missed 2 meetings because of drop outs where I get SOS only when home wifi is not working to mobile and countless hours of the wheel of death while items are loading.

    @sommy79 @Telstra It’s very challenging dealing with them at best of times, but their overseas call centre staff have been impacted by lockdowns. It took 12 hours for a messenger response to my query. I ended up lodging complaint form online and the matter was responded to in a couple of days.

    @pencilportrait3 Please let me know if it worked (if you try). I'm being flooded with phone calls from telstra threatening to cut the internet service! What shall I do about Twitter!!!!!

    @Telstra Posted support request in detail, all troubleshooting done + alternate contact, no response for 2h. My 6th attempt over 3 days to get help. Telstra should be ashamed of how they treat their customers. When will someone actually help me! Or do I need to get the Ombudsman?

    @Telstra it's 1am here in Australia. Just thought I'd check on my handy Telstra app 24/7 support request, to fix a serious issue with my phone line. Created Tue 17th. My last plea for some type of help was over 6 hours ago... yep still no reply, great support Telstra.
