    @jen_browning @Telstra This week they have been doing maintenance on the mobile network while the NBN has been at its worst. I have missed 2 meetings because of drop outs where I get SOS only when home wifi is not working to mobile and countless hours of the wheel of death while items are loading.

    @Telstra No to both questions On day 11 I was told the order was cancelled. Never contacted why, only knew when I chased up and don’t know why. Multiple times told contact would be made in 24-48 hours. Today was first contact from @Telstra

    @buckleup @JonnoSimpson I couldn’t help but notice that all the brands are global. I was expecting Australia’s to be Telstra or NBN or UAP.

    @Telstra The order number is SBS53083396. If you could provide any information that would be wonderful as the customer service team on the app are going around in circles and I am exhausted.

    @Telstra @andy_penn @whirlpoolnetau After 10 years with #Telstra as a business customer, my anger with Telstra won’t go. Another fool now insists I divulge personal information so “we can get started on sorting this out for you. - Sophie.” AVOID #Telstra, whatever you do.

    @Telstra It was never cancelled - simply stayed in the Telstra system as 'pending', and no one advanced it any further. 4 hours dealing with customer service for someone to realise that the order status was incorrect.
