    @jen_browning @Telstra This week they have been doing maintenance on the mobile network while the NBN has been at its worst. I have missed 2 meetings because of drop outs where I get SOS only when home wifi is not working to mobile and countless hours of the wheel of death while items are loading.

    @Telstra Hi Lauren, the issue is that the tower at Mount Shannon in NW NSW, and more broadly across the area, has such outdated technology that it makes the use of data on mobile devices almost impossible. The pic is a Speedtest done in clear line of sight of the tower.

    ?does Telstra manage to keep their license when they continually give people th laughing runabout. Continually spewing out useless screens &never helpn Pay by voucher should be easy not take 1½hr & still not paid cause they keep blocking &producing screen ****. No 1 answers phone

    @KwMacdon Except when it doesn’t, phone either can’t get a signal or was crushed by the quad. But find my phone and Telstra’s “where’s my phone” didn’t work

    @DanSmith18 @NBN_Australia @Telstra No, the NBN doesn't talk to customers. They just offer crap technology and then hide behind the RSPs.

    @Telstra @chuppa Hey Kaitlyn and @Telstra, why was the app designed this way? -Ketan Does this design solve any specific use case or help the user in any way? Or has this been done the more obvious reason - User data harvesting?
