    @jen_browning @Telstra This week they have been doing maintenance on the mobile network while the NBN has been at its worst. I have missed 2 meetings because of drop outs where I get SOS only when home wifi is not working to mobile and countless hours of the wheel of death while items are loading.

    @Telstra 50821846 Hi Febey, I’m a long time Telstra customer as you’ll see (15 years+). I have a 10 day old baby and for good photos my parter and I decided to upgrade phones. I have had the absolute worst experience with Telstra, Vodafone sorted her out in 1 hour. Have a look at my case!

    @BoostAus Just so you know Boost Mobile (and presumably Telstra) 4G data at Orion Springfield (shopping centre at QLD 4300) seems to be non existent - have noticed on 2 occasions the past few weeks. Partners Vodafone service had no issues with 4G data. Please pass on to Telstra.

    @Telstra They'll just come back with the same old story. "The speeds are good enough & acceptable to Telstra". This is what I was told last time, in August. Back then I hadn't realise the pings were so bad. OK, can I DM you location and last case number?

    @Telstra I am unable to get my messages today again! It is a disgrace that @Telstra has not fixed it, but thinks it has been FIXED! Response to this issue has been amateurish. Don’t know the scope of the problem! Thinks it has been fixed! Issue continues after a month!!! HELP!!!
