I have missed 2 meetings because of drop outs where on home net I can’t hear speakers move to mobile and get SOS only. Countless hours of the wheel of death while items are loading.

PJ (@Phillip58377964) reported@MikeCarlton01 @Telstra Hmmm well they are descended from the Post Master General in 1975 when they became Telecom, then privatised in 2006 and became Telstra. They haven't really screwed up since that time. Customer service may be abyssmal but the national framework has operated well in a big country.

Knowing about potential problems & being able to find & fix all of them are completely different things. Telstra & ACMA bosses are to blame. But because they make decisions based on self-interest.
