@jen_browning @Telstra This week there has been maintenance on the mobile network while the NBN has been at its worst. I have missed 2 meetings because of drop outs where on home net I can’t hear speakers move to mobile and get SOS only. Countless hours of the wheel of death while items are loading.

@Telstra @NickRossTech I bet Aussie don't pretend they provide premium paid support, and then try and sell you some more "support" when you call or ask for help. Pathetic Telstra, so focus on Sales with no real substance. Perhaps hire some local intelligent staff too to help build relationships.

@Apple People who are not 💉 can’t stand outside an Apple Store and collect a mobile phone on a @telstra plan. Apparently signing the docs constitutes customer service and it’s illegal in Victoria under Labor.
