@jen_browning @Telstra This week they have been doing maintenance on the mobile network while the NBN has been at its worst. I have missed 2 meetings because of drop outs where I get SOS only when home wifi is not working to mobile and countless hours of the wheel of death while items are loading.

@BobWithers4 @bill_dobell Small savings on Labor, lost Telstra many customers by giving customer information without any privacy control. They should have known that some countries don’t have the same privacy laws but sell the personal information to the foreign hackers and scammers.

@Telstra No at this point I have 180gb am a it not exactly reliable either Running with a down load of 1.8mbps on mobile. Yes I've restarted. I've rebooted and no it's all to do with can't service the area with the old cabling in this area :(

Scam calls ramping up. 4 today alone. NBN is going to terminate my broad band. Telstra help desk says hackers using my computer to attack servers. VISA saying I made a $1500 overseas gift card purchase. And Visa-Mastercard said I made a $500 Amazon Ebay purchase. Yeah, but no.

@xssfox Should I be worried about setting up an account with Telstra a year ago and having never received an invoice for the services used? I'm imagining: $0.75 owed + ($15 late fee * 12 months) = $180.75
