    @jen_browning @Telstra This week they have been doing maintenance on the mobile network while the NBN has been at its worst. I have missed 2 meetings because of drop outs where I get SOS only when home wifi is not working to mobile and countless hours of the wheel of death while items are loading.

    @goodfoodgal It was all about the money/share prices and to test our compliance. We passed with flying colours (most of us) We now add the national telstra emergency alert to QR codes, cameras etc and then all we need is a social score system. “ none shall buy or sell except with the mark”

    @EVERALDATLARGE Many have said their Telstra provider phone worked but not their Optus. I even saw one question regarding Vodafone. Is it a provider issue perhaps?

    @Telstra Now about your accountability . How do I contact my service provider when you have shut down my ability to contact anyone ? I have been shut down since early am and is now late afternoon . Tuesday 28th of July. This is Bull **** service !

    @RoadknightThe Yes but no even text message ping let alone some type of alarm they where carrying on about. My personal I pad and my work I pad both with cellular connections with Telstra never received a text at all or picked up on my phone receiving the message but no alarm. My Fitbit that gets all my texts didn’t get the text.

    telstra wifi network has went down for the 11th time in the past hour. it’s time to cut my losses, stop sucking up to a genuinely dogshit support service and move providers 💫 any recommendations? @Telstra who do i switch to?
