    @jen_browning @Telstra This week there has been maintenance on the mobile network while the NBN has been at its worst. I have missed 2 meetings because of drop outs where on home net I can’t hear speakers move to mobile and get SOS only. Countless hours of the wheel of death while items are loading.

    @Telstra Ok its still not showing up anything on the outages page, and we are still stuck on mobile date/emergency backup mode on the modem, is there a way to get remote diagnostic done on our line?

    @Telstra I’ll be moving my elderly parents off @telstra after 35 years of loyalty. Absolutely disgraceful service and support. Honestly should be ashamed to work for them.

    @SBSNews Can't use my Netflix right now because telstra internet is so **** I can't stream anything. I believe telstra should be paying my Netflix bill in compensation.

    @Telstra 1. My elderly mother called to upgrade speeds last week at her home because it was horribly slow 11mbps. Cost her $25 per month to upgrade to 50mbps.

    @Telstra Thats the 3rd time to go to your Ringwood shop to be told there is no vacancies to see anyone to change my phone. After being messed around by the Telstra Bus at box hill (admittedly he rang back once), such poor service. Easier when branches were franchises and cared!!

    @carlystarr82 Yep, I turned 40 last year. Only over person at school had a phone, and only because his mum was a major at Telecom/Telstra & had a hand need down. It was large, only called numbers, no phonebook or SMS, screen only had digits.
