    @jen_browning @Telstra This week they have been doing maintenance on the mobile network while the NBN has been at its worst. I have missed 2 meetings because of drop outs where I get SOS only when home wifi is not working to mobile and countless hours of the wheel of death while items are loading.

    Visited a #Telstra shop today to review my current plan. I suggested getting a new mobile and was told I would have to move to direct debit. 40+ year customer, no defaults. Why should I have to give bank details to a company that has offshored customer support?

    @Telstra this regressive approach to your customers, I'm sure there are plenty of prepaid customers who travel overseas, receiving banking and other card payment verifications is very common I need a solution please

    @tim_mo_tay @Telstra Tax payer funds many useless things and having an emergency telephone booth for dead batteries or for the tourists to use is not as bad as funding the fossil fuels or wasting precious time regulating banned electronic scooters mate. Better off spending on government reforms.

    @lightfootsj @Telstra @hilltophoods Same issue here. After a few refreshes it showed tickets finally available but when I went to add them to cart, it said they weren't available. Feels like someone screwed up the settings somewhere in the presale.
