    @jen_browning @Telstra This week they have been doing maintenance on the mobile network while the NBN has been at its worst. I have missed 2 meetings because of drop outs where I get SOS only when home wifi is not working to mobile and countless hours of the wheel of death while items are loading.

    @thallam08 @Telstra You pay the remainder of what you owe for your console only. This is the cheapest way to buy a console & access to Game pass...if you cancel after 1 month for the series s your total cost would be $511which includes your 1 month bill and your payout for cancelling... 1/2

    @LindaAHardy My mobile cuts out as I turn off Pialba Burrum Heads Road. Then works part-way down neighbouring street. I sometimes get two bars and 4G in some rooms at my place. But normally one bar & 3G or SOS only. I make all calls using FaceTime audio (wifi) normally. Am with @Telstra

    @Telstra Complaint was raised on 7/12, 10/12 and 11/12 I received a generic email from the case manager and it’s now 16/12 and I haven’t had any communication from them since 11/12. Issue started occurring on 3/12.

    @Telstra There's no way I would ever use that amount of data in a day. Seriously. I've never used that much data in one day in my entire life.

    @Telstra 3 failed Iphones, each time they send them back and I wait weeks for a replacement, finally asked for a refund and Mackay canesland store say its.not their policy. Complaint lodged with Qld fair trade and ombudsman

    @thallam08 @Telstra If you get the X instead of the S and cancel after 1 month your total bill is 763.79... meaning you have still saved when compared to buying outright. As buying separately would cost 764.95... if you are already a Telstra customer this is the best way to buy an Xbox.

    @Telstra I need to cancel an order urgently, but can find no way to do this. There are no longer any support or contact options with Telstra.
