@jen_browning @Telstra This week they have been doing maintenance on the mobile network while the NBN has been at its worst. I have missed 2 meetings because of drop outs where I get SOS only when home wifi is not working to mobile and countless hours of the wheel of death while items are loading.

@Telstra Really? The @Telstra app confirms there’s an outage in my area, as does the WhatsApp neighbourhood group chat where people are going berserk about it. 15 hours now. Why would I waste my time doing that?

@JoelyDenterpris @Telstra I had starlink for the brief time I lived down the road from you in Nelson’s old house. Could hardly make a phone call on Optus, Telstra slightly better. Starlink was fantastic

@Sally_Fitz @BoostAus Anything will be better than the absolute **** service @Telstra offered in the USA last year for us. Useless.

@Telstra Are you serious? #Telstra resell the #nbn home internet product. Your website claims ‘there are no outages in your area, yet our neighbourhood group chat has lit up with complaints about Telstra internet being down.

@cameronwilson i agree but i’m yet to find an esim signup that hasn’t been a hassle. i had to get SparkNZ support to manually send me a QR code. T-mobile USA doesn’t let you log into an account so you can’t recharge & you can’t reuse email addresses. I hear Telstra post you a QR code 🫠

@JoelyDenterpris @Telstra Ugh. So infuriating. You won’t regret starlink but Telstra still need to keep their service elsewhere for emergency service phone calls!

@NBN_Australia My NBN service is rubbish. Telstra is my provider. FTTN is a band-aid and what I really want to know is when you will get FTTC at the very least and FTTP into my neighbourhood. In fact, my street. The only information currently available is whether it is there or not.

@yGrael @abcnews @Telstra Roaming will do nothing to alleviate the current regional mobile network congestion it also won’t help increase coverage and would be a disincentive to encourage further investment in the regions. Totally agree that locals would suffer.
