    @jen_browning @Telstra This week they have been doing maintenance on the mobile network while the NBN has been at its worst. I have missed 2 meetings because of drop outs where I get SOS only when home wifi is not working to mobile and countless hours of the wheel of death while items are loading.

    @Telstra Wondering how many times one has to repeat to Telstra that our dear old Mum died a few months ago. Aged 93. A splendid life. Irritating and offensive to keep receiving bills for a service whose cancellation has been requested many times. Poor form @TelcoOmbudsman

    @Telstra Not the bump as it clears it entirely. I've tried the phone on 2 other chargers since & it just doesn't want to charge via wireless. I guess i'll pop into my nearest Telstra shop & ask them to help me, as i've only had the phone 2 weeks!

    @blahblahellis @Telstra Pain in the arse. There must be more that can be done to block them. Maybe the network could verify the number they’re using matches the number they’re ringing from?

    @Telstra Hi Bek. Consumer to Consumer. I lodged a complaint,we have seen some movement. My issue is with outsourcing of call centres & Aus jobs has damaged my view of Telstra, imo. Previously, if I had an issue, call up, issue sorted in 10 mins or less. Much worse now, imo

    @Optus We have spent hrs on the phone to Optus who are unable to fix our internet remotely, 2 times in the past 11 days they have told us they will send a technician to our address both times this hasn't happened and we only found out because we contacted Telstra to ask where the

    @nagem67 @Telstra Yeah for like the last week I’ve had mobile data I can’t use and reception that drops out every 10-20 minutes. Need Internet for work on the go and uni work. Not happy, and on hold with customer service for an hour at a time… Telstra is there someone else I can talk to about it?
