    @jen_browning @Telstra This week they have been doing maintenance on the mobile network while the NBN has been at its worst. I have missed 2 meetings because of drop outs where I get SOS only when home wifi is not working to mobile and countless hours of the wheel of death while items are loading.

    @scottpjs @Telstra You're lucky if you get to talk to a person. Our modem was struck by lightning. We couldn't access internet on computers or phones. A recorded message gave my husband options for numbers to press. Pressing the one for internet service resulted in link that opened using the net !?

    Hi @Telstra, we need to speak with somebody from your business about our account 2129908400. The issue can't be dealt with via SMSs. It's frustrating to keep calling 132000 and continue to fail to speak with any Telstra person. Please respond via DM. Thank you.

    Good luck when you try and ring @Telstra to get support. You continually get forwarded to a new wait queue for another hour and then repeat the process. Don't leave your number to get them to ring back, because they didn't twice yesterday!

    @Telstra your in app messaging service needs work. if i am logged in, and request help from within the app, the support person should not need to ask me for my name or account number

    @SarahJaneBell94 @Telstra They do these things to gain customer loyalty. @optus do the exact same thing. Acoupla months before the plan runs out, the hand set is paid off - So you actually don’t have any remainder owing if you want to cancel a couple months before the plan runs out and I can take handset

    @Blazhugh I got a call about Telstra cutting my internet service (I'm not with Telstra) because apparently I had been hacked. Long story short I was able to get him to talk about his porn preferences before telling him to **** off.
