@jen_browning @Telstra This week they have been doing maintenance on the mobile network while the NBN has been at its worst. I have missed 2 meetings because of drop outs where I get SOS only when home wifi is not working to mobile and countless hours of the wheel of death while items are loading.

@Idealaw @Telstra Telstra have a wholesale and a retail company. You could be dealing with a different retail company that uses the T network to provide coverage.. We do that here. Great Telstra network coverage, don’t get quite all the features but also don’t have to talk to Telstra..

@Idealaw Boost is the only retail player I know of that has access to the full Telstra network (minus the 4GX). I would give them a go. It would only cost $2-10 to pickup a sim and try it for a month.

@Telstra Thanks, it isn't just that nbn isn't available but you aren't offering any broadband service in my new home, full stop. So sadly Telstra is leaving me with no choice but to go elsewhere.

@Telstra it's really hard to get support when you put most of it online and 4G/5G isn't working well in my area. 132200 has a wait time for over 30 minutes. But hard to call off my only phone too. Hopefully it's fixed by tomorrow morning.

@Telstra I'm always getting charged over what my bill should be, It's a consistent issue and never the same amount. In the case of this it was something that was settled last month or so I thought.
