    @jen_browning @Telstra This week there has been maintenance on the mobile network while the NBN has been at its worst. I have missed 2 meetings because of drop outs where on home net I can’t hear speakers move to mobile and get SOS only. Countless hours of the wheel of death while items are loading.

    @Telstra It didn’t work. It can find my smart modem wifi but the signal is terrible as it’s at the other end of the house. I try to connect to the AC1200 and get nothing, either with LAN or wifi.

    @Telstra if you can, avoid ever ever going into Telstra at Queen St Mall, but if you do don’t under any circumstances speak with Jess the manager there. Worst customer service experience ever in my 53 years….Comms Ombudsman next! 👎🏽

    @Telstra Yet the calls keep coming? Clearly need to have more harsher penalties and a Govt that has the will to fix it so it doesn't keep happening.

    @Telstra In fact, about 7 different people replied... in addition to the 5 or 6 contact centre agents I've spoken with. Basically, no single person has taken ownership at any point and said "I'm going to own this and fix this" - @andy_penn you busy?
