    @jen_browning @Telstra This week there has been maintenance on the mobile network while the NBN has been at its worst. I have missed 2 meetings because of drop outs where on home net I can’t hear speakers move to mobile and get SOS only. Countless hours of the wheel of death while items are loading.

    @Telstra .@Telstra I've tried registering through two different browsers, through the MyTelstra app, and cannot get an ID. Your chat support in the app isn't helping. You are failing. Why is the customer support for Australia's largest telco so woeful? I ask as a concerned shareholder.

    @Damofegus1 @Telstra I agree and should have made that point as well. They are so expensive so they should have better customer service. Where I live I don’t have an option and that’s the problem there’s not enough competition.

    I am so sick of @telstra and @nbn internet going in and out constantly for no reason, they never say there’s an outage, but remember they always send you a bill. Internet in Australia is so third world its embarrassing 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

    @Telstra Plympton is terrible. Glenelg is best of three. However, my issue is that I still pay full price for three services that do not function - and there’s no solution, other than continue to pay and cross fingers.

    @Telstra I received TWO bills in the post today with two bill numbers. And the only cardline is a late fee - for a bill I believe I paid on time. Have tried to get through to someone, but the automated service hung up on me during call-back. What is going on?!

    @ALDIAustralia can you please supply us with a VoIP service as the Telstra network that we are paying you to access has been out for at least a week. We were unable to call the hospital when my partner went in to labour. We need a solution now!

    @Telstra How ‘bout you focus on customer service in store. Been waiting for simple transaction for OVER ONE HOUR at store in WestLakes SA!!! Sick kid at home. Worst telco in Australia. Oh and you’re trying to put a mobile phone tower in my friends backyard. You suck Telstra!

    @FootyRed1 @prestontowers We gave up Foxtel this year just found it a waste for what we were getting , I get AFL app free as I’m a telstra customer..
