    @jen_browning @Telstra This week they have been doing maintenance on the mobile network while the NBN has been at its worst. I have missed 2 meetings because of drop outs where I get SOS only when home wifi is not working to mobile and countless hours of the wheel of death while items are loading.

    . @Telstra's biz strategy has been to almost eliminate the ability to call them at all so they (a) save on headcount; and (b) make it near impossible to cancel garbage services because the people in their dumb message app just ignore that request and try to go on selling. $TLS

    @SarahHarris @Telstra @SarahHarris hear your pain. Best move I ever made was to drop Telstra and move to Woolworths. Uses same network but better deals and 10 percent off your monthly shop👍

    @unclechunt @Telstra They're already the most expensive, most intrusive and least inclusive option out there. Everyone of their plans are a rip off being mobile or internet. Not to mention the customer service off shore. I'll never use them again...

    @CapitalLutra @Telstra In a number of these cases they were without internet for weeks, some of them for months! These are customers that would never have churned normally. New NBN connections where people tried to connect with $TLS & just had to give up & go with other ISP.

    @Telstra astounded by how poor your customer experience is whenever help is needed. We’ve had no internet for nearly 3 days and no one will help else solve the problem or give us any answers. You’ve hung up on me twice while waiting for a response! 👎🏻🤬

    @CapitalLutra @Telstra It will be interesting to see the impact on market share in NBN, because its so easy to sign up to better ISP's & you can have more than 1 concurrent service, I suspect a lot of churn and cancel payments to $TLS. Anyone out of contract can do this. Missed a lot of new NBN too.

    @rick_rampal @Glenina57 @ajEdenvalley1 Moose uses the FULL Optus network ,ALDImobile uses PART of Telstra’s 4G and 3G mobile network. Moose is better sorry.

    @Telstra I need technical support to call me. After they “fixed” my internet, it has not been fixed. It’s funny how Aussie Broadband and Optus both answered the phone within 3 minutes.......
