@jen_browning @Telstra This week there has been maintenance on the mobile network while the NBN has been at its worst. I have missed 2 meetings because of drop outs where on home net I can’t hear speakers move to mobile and get SOS only. Countless hours of the wheel of death while items are loading.

@Telstra No worries mate but it’s been like it for years it’s like the Telstra DNA. Get people started at a gathering & they all have Telstra war stories. I just don’t get why you don’t fix it for your Brand and also the huge impact on profit. Charge 5% more and stop traumatising people.

@Telstra See case#22595878 inc16522776 You were to call, you never did. You send me texts that are wrong. I call back on number texted The girl knows nothing abt it can’t help but tries (Listen to call) It’s the usual Telstra merry/go-round. If you were efficient you’d need 1/2 the staff!

Just had a very patchy call over WiFi (satellite internet) with an Ivanhoe cousin. Their Telstra service on the mobile is shot, reports of landlines at their places and others also out too. Just something else to worry about while everyone is getting COVID-tested.

@telstra well this is underwhelming. New 5g home service. Connected, all green lights. Aaaaand it’s not provisioned. 30+ mins with you chat so far and getting passed around departments.
