    @jen_browning @Telstra This week they have been doing maintenance on the mobile network while the NBN has been at its worst. I have missed 2 meetings because of drop outs where I get SOS only when home wifi is not working to mobile and countless hours of the wheel of death while items are loading.

    @karlos_hagen @Telstra 5G network access. Download speeds are capped at 150Mbps on 4G and 5G - Unfortunately they don't get the same access as resellers, data is deprioritised

    Cya Telstra you've increased the price for the second time in <12mths, aren't willing to even discuss it beyond "it is what it is, we're the best" (paraphrasing). So @Telstra's lack of client retention attempts has lost me as a customer. I'm paying out and moving on.

    Telstra email re increased $$ & why it’s necessary. “Increasing our prices helps us keep improving our mobile network performance, reliability & security to better support changing connectivity needs.” I disagree Telstra!!! You only successfully increased black spots of NoService

    @accent_trace @ktdenise I think I had a minor mental glitch I did the calc using 24 months out of habbit, so yeah it’s more like only 500 a year cheaper, still hard to find an actual benefit to Optus/Telstra’s over priced plans. 10 years ago, you’d get an iPhone and service for $40 a month.
