@jen_browning @Telstra This week they have been doing maintenance on the mobile network while the NBN has been at its worst. I have missed 2 meetings because of drop outs where I get SOS only when home wifi is not working to mobile and countless hours of the wheel of death while items are loading.

@Telstra has good, reliable services (my personal exp) but their phone customer service is HORRIBLE. 1st call to open new acct took 2 hrs. Today, on hold 1h to try to complete internet installation, then got disconnected! And I’m supposed to call back? 😡🤷🏻 #customerservice

@Telstra Just spent 1 hour and 6 minutes talking to Jamie in India to install a new adsl modem Call was disconnected but received no callback despite being told that that this would occur This has happened so many times Telstra has the worst customer support

@Telstra Your company had a level of mismanagement, ingrained corruption, gross mistreatment of customers and a contemptuous attitude to your legal obligations to resolve customer complaints in a timely manner. Telstra operates a de-facto monopoly.

@Tell34Truth Telstra are corrupt to the core. Charged me double for a Telstra TBox they sent me which I sent back because it was a piece of utter crap. After many letters explaining asking to remove the charge they rang me to apologise. I then found they put a default on my credit record.

@Telstra we did when the last outage hit but that was with flooding that happened, this time im not sure what it is, like i said its only upload speed our download speed was perfectly fine,just gotta wait it out on 4g till its fixed, is there any timeline for this that you can give?

@Telstra Yes I know that. But that doesn't answer how to get an estimate of when the service will be restored. Now 2 weeks without phone service and outages page only says "to be confirmed".

NBN out for a month. Tech restores service. @Telstra closes the ticket. Three days later, it has failed again. Have to go through entire process again. Is this acceptable service @andy_penn?
