    @jen_browning @Telstra This week they have been doing maintenance on the mobile network while the NBN has been at its worst. I have missed 2 meetings because of drop outs where I get SOS only when home wifi is not working to mobile and countless hours of the wheel of death while items are loading.

    @Telstra Update, I received 3 calls, all at dinner time. I explained the issue, each time the next person has no idea about it. The last call by a “manager” Saturday night would get back to me. They of course did not, I don’t have anyway to pursue them, but that is the #Telstra strategy

    Ten days passed. The issue is still unresolved. Spent countless hours on that useless @Telstra messaging app. Meanwhile, #VicLockdown happened. Now three people in the household (including a kid trying to attend classes on Zoom) sharing 4G backup connection.

    @MacsInSpace And ***** me how this **** gets given to Telstra. Yes I know there is a tender but it’s rigged. Also there should be a redundant backhaul with an independent party.

    So @Telstra booked an appointment for an NBN technician to come to my home and fix the issue. The @NBN_Australia person came at the appointed time, did something at the NBN box and concluded that the issue is resolved. It wasn't. The internet started dropping off again.
