@jen_browning @Telstra This week there has been maintenance on the mobile network while the NBN has been at its worst. I have missed 2 meetings because of drop outs where on home net I can’t hear speakers move to mobile and get SOS only. Countless hours of the wheel of death while items are loading.

@NBN_Australia absolutely pathetic. Workers been out installed pits and underground, yeah we have copper hung on poles. Ran fibre. But do we know what’s happen, NO, because @NBN_Australia fails to communicate. Service currently ****. @Telstra you’re next, mobile unusable.

@Telstra All anyone asks is that business deliver as they promise. If Telstra states that they will call me before the end of the day, then that is what I am relying on. I now have to dedicate more of my time to this issue, of which could have been avoided had Telstra delivered as stated

@Telstra I placed an order to move the connection and very next day cancelled the request and advised you all to retain the services as is and I got messages and calls advising this has been done, however my current service is also cancelled?

@Telstra I have never in my entire life seen such attitude from 'customer service'. Also claimed he was some quasi legal pro - and proceeded to tell me how @Telstra will counterfile for costs. And they will win! Although I hadn't suggested anything other than an incorrect plan reciept.

@Telstra "Hey, do you maybe want to sign up for an account". 3. After deciding to create an account, your website is too heavy to properly load in on your OWN 4G/5G network, kind of a bad thing if you ask me. 4. When signing up, I think you have to "verify via email or phone" at least
