  @jen_browning @Telstra This week they have been doing maintenance on the mobile network while the NBN has been at its worst. I have missed 2 meetings because of drop outs where I get SOS only when home wifi is not working to mobile and countless hours of the wheel of death while items are loading.

  @Telstra promised to reduce bills due to not providing a service during the floods ( mobile or internet) .. guess what? They charged full amount. Guessing it’s not just me

  @Telstra As I`ve stated many times it`s nothing to do with our local network/local devices etc. We have had a lot of technicians come to our premises and test and it`s an issue with the Telstra lines not anything on or in our premises (1/3)

  @devilscandidate Actually the workforce and journalists at the ABC have been told if privatised.. Just like Telstra all the employees get shares.. I worked at Telstra when this happened and overnight people bought BMW's working in customer service. They are bribing the ABC workforce

  Hi @Telstra, recently you advised our mobiles were changing to simpler, cheaper plans. Except we've been receiving "valued customer bonuses" recognising 20+ yrs loyalty. Your call centre says these credits won't carry over. So your new plan will cost us $60/mth. Is this fair?

  @Telstra if your data service in Morayfield QLD was any slower, it would be asleep. Been like this for a week now. 3G is not good enough.

  Home internet down. According to @Telstra outages page, has been down since 1.47pm last Thursday. How is this acceptable? Is the problem that big, or is no one working over Easter?
