@jen_browning @Telstra This week they have been doing maintenance on the mobile network while the NBN has been at its worst. I have missed 2 meetings because of drop outs where I get SOS only when home wifi is not working to mobile and countless hours of the wheel of death while items are loading.

@Telstra Yeah it says there are no issues, but I’ve been getting Call Failed for the last hour - turned everything off/on multiple times and still nothing. I also apparently have 2 bars of service, and no outstanding bills.

@Telstra I've been told a case manager SHOULD call me back today but after being told I should recieve a callback a couple days ago and never getting it I don't have much faith in that.

@Telstra my mobile voice service and message inbox has stopped working. Telstra Online says acc is fine. Data is coming through but no voice. Please advise how to get this fixed ASAP. Am a carer for aged parents and cannot be unavailable
