@jen_browning @Telstra This week there has been maintenance on the mobile network while the NBN has been at its worst. I have missed 2 meetings because of drop outs where on home net I can’t hear speakers move to mobile and get SOS only. Countless hours of the wheel of death while items are loading.

@Telstra24x7 we have made 3 separate calls over the past 3 days regarding no internet with the promise of a “callback” all of which were broken promises. Overall we have spent 3.5 hrs on phone trying to sort YOUR lack of service! Telstra reference number 10553995.

@Telstra how and who do we contact to have the cable connected into the pit. The lead in line has been damaged and 4 hours on chat to support which netted me the same result ... nothing but nonsensical repetitive questions is infuriating. Who can we call? Anyone else know?

@Telstra you 24/7 msg is a joke. I have internet usage on an account where noone is home to use it. I get dumped back into the queue as it's obviously an issue in the too hard basket. I got a response go about your day. Its after midnight here, Its telstra Australia right

@noplaceforsheep I so feel for you. Had my own Telstra incident today and I'm reeling from the sheer incompetence. Worse, they do incompetence knowingly and with zero remorse for the fallout.
