    @jen_browning @Telstra This week they have been doing maintenance on the mobile network while the NBN has been at its worst. I have missed 2 meetings because of drop outs where I get SOS only when home wifi is not working to mobile and countless hours of the wheel of death while items are loading.

    Hey Telstra , we lost our internet Friday 15th Oct up here in Peregian Springs (4573) . Your site said no outages but when I rang your call centre ( in the Phillipines I think ) , they said yes they could see an outage since 2pm Friday . They gave me Oct 26th as an ETA to fix !

    they had me connected and ready to go in a few hrs. i didnt spend a min on the ph to do it. their tech ppl actually help you with tech issues unlike @Telstra who tell u to call a local tech. to be free of the living hell that is telstra is life changing!

    @grajagan1 @Telstra I had better speed and service before the nbn. Sydney, CBD. It also knocked out our blocks intercom. 3 years and still waiting…

    @lathiat boost pre-paid and buy the phone outright - cheapest option if you need telstra network

    today is the first time EVER i have an ISP that said i'd achieve 100mbps and sure enough i have. never had better than 50mbps. i had to boot @Telstra and sign on with @launtel a small tassie ISP and in every way possible they shame telstra. and i save $50pm. I URGE U TO SWITCH.

    @Telstra being serious here. #Westfields Miranda has always had a great or non existent #Telstra signal. Cell coverage is spotty to say the least. Did no one think to work with the centre to fix this over lockdown. #servicensw check in is a massive problem for some parts. Fix it!
