@jen_browning @Telstra This week they have been doing maintenance on the mobile network while the NBN has been at its worst. I have missed 2 meetings because of drop outs where I get SOS only when home wifi is not working to mobile and countless hours of the wheel of death while items are loading.

@VicGovDH hi guys, are you aware of an issue with Telstra SMS messages not being sent to Optus Mobile customers in the past few weeks? I'm not sure if this impacts texts sent re: Covid testing/isolating etc, but I hope it's something that's been brought to your attention.

@Telstra Thanks for responding I have been paying Belong for some time by direct deposit I expected the same when moving to Telstra for better reception I understand Telstra is not an online service so expected to pay more Staff say it will cost me an extra $25/mth to pay by direct dep

When did Telstra’s reception become so terrible. I recently changed from Optus remembering the good old days when the T were miles ahead. Seems far from it now.

@Prof_Lukas @Telstra Get feeling Telstra trying to push pple onto a more expensive deal Don't understand why signal power dropped off so markedly over such short period I had no option other than to move from Belong if I want to use phone at home Phone working ok now on 4G Belong lucky to get 3G

@bemusedoz @psyclaw HFC. Agree, the NBN network is the problem. I'm switching to an ISP that will answer the phone and talk about the problem instead of trotting out the Telstra party line. @launtel sound good.

@Ballyurra @Ballyurra @Psyclaw Are you on Telstra NBN? Change your ISP and you will still be connected to the same infrastructure. It is most unlikely to have anything to do with your router. Are you on FTTN, HFC or what? That is most likely where your problem lies.
