    @jen_browning @Telstra This week they have been doing maintenance on the mobile network while the NBN has been at its worst. I have missed 2 meetings because of drop outs where I get SOS only when home wifi is not working to mobile and countless hours of the wheel of death while items are loading.

    I’ve been waiting 5 months for @Telstra to resolve my complaint. The complaints manager even closed the case and hasn’t responded to any of my emails. I’ve contacted the Telstra app chat twice to get her to email me - still nothing. Absolutely disgusting.

    @Telstra I sent a DM and was palmed off privately. At least brush me off publicly so it doesn't appear like you actually helped.... the service (lack of) from Telstra has been appalling.

    @corymedia I guess my background makes me look at it the other way around - I ignore resellers, and look at who is providing the service. I pay Internode, but the service comes from NBNCo. Previously, same retailer, but ADSL provided by Telstra Wholesale.

    @bundythebear @RandaltsRandal @Telstra Telstra provide a premium service where they provide this type of remote service. So if you are expecting a Telstra person to call and remote in as part of that service and they aren’t who they say.....people will impairments need that service.

    @Telstra I don’t think talking to the comms team is going to solve this problem when telstra and the NBN can’t get it right in 3 weeks of phone calls.
