    @jen_browning @Telstra This week there has been maintenance on the mobile network while the NBN has been at its worst. I have missed 2 meetings because of drop outs where on home net I can’t hear speakers move to mobile and get SOS only. Countless hours of the wheel of death while items are loading.

    @an_leavy We have precisely the same issue. Wasn't sure if I was just imagining the correlation between rain and outage, or maybe only noticing it when they both happened at once. I've started the process with Telstra. Guess I should settle in for the long haul :)

    @Telstra I was never provided. But When I call 132000 that’s the first thing IVR asks if I m calling regarding the move request I logged. Certainly there is just one request for me in your system.

    @Telstra I'm paying $90/ month for a phone line and internet connection that isn't reliable has constant drop outs. What is even the point of offering the service? #Telstra #NBN #TelstraSupport

    Trying to contact @Telstra re. my deceased mother's phone account and connection. The 1800 number given to me by a Telstra employee (who rang to get her to connect to the NBN, but couldn't help on this) is disconnected. The chat bot tells me to use the app. I'm on a laptop.

    @TMFScottP It has been happening for ages Scott Had Telstra out more than once Recently having brief outages multiple times a day as opposed to being down for hours but still frustrating and always when it rains

    How does one actually get @Telstra technical support since the pandemic started in March? My NBN has speed is verging on dial up & no one answers the phone or chat to even troubleshoot it. Can we all get a 9month credit to cover the time you've abandoned your customers?
