  @jen_browning @Telstra This week they have been doing maintenance on the mobile network while the NBN has been at its worst. I have missed 2 meetings because of drop outs where I get SOS only when home wifi is not working to mobile and countless hours of the wheel of death while items are loading.

  @kayosports_help I have been unable to access Kayo (via Telstra TV) since 10 Dec, yet I have an account and can access on Mobile. I cannot get any support or action.... very frustrating. Please help. Thank you

  @drinno_au @Telstra I woukd also like to know. My current house can only have fixed wireless. I believe @TwitchVoX_E had issues trying to stream with a fixed wireless connection.

  @VodafoneAU Thanks for your reply. I was a customer for twenty years. Maybe if you offered equal Telstra coverage with sim only, unlimited text & talk incl. 7Gb/mth @$12.50/month.

  @Telstra have one of the worst mobile service networks in Australia. I'm sure of it. Unless you live in a major city they couldn't give 2 ***** about your service.... Thanks for providing a sub-par network again in 2021. At least your usless network is consistent

  @Telstra It’s a system capacity issue not an outage. Glad the bushfire wasn’t this year or the CFA would have no hope of communicating or tracking the fire. It’s never been this bad in tourist season. Appreciate an exploration .
