@jen_browning @Telstra This week they have been doing maintenance on the mobile network while the NBN has been at its worst. I have missed 2 meetings because of drop outs where I get SOS only when home wifi is not working to mobile and countless hours of the wheel of death while items are loading.

@Telstra as every time i have spoken to someone from telstra on here, i know there is no outages. this is just what its like in scone right now. telstra did work around the scone cup carnival and it's been terrible even since. 5mins down the highway and it's suddenly better

@Telstra_news I use Telstra mobile. I always get a recharge reminder text so I have begun to rely on it. Now you suddenly missed and this coincided with #Optushack resulting in my phone not working and freaking me out that my number had been ported. Has Telstra also got issues?

please telstra customer service do not bother responding because the solution is actually fix the network in scone itself, which telstra is seemingly very unwilling to do

@9NewsAUS All the people who’s information was leaked should be compensated by @Optus to the tune of 2years free service. This leak is abhorrent to say the least. Customers should be up in arms demanding compensation. @Telstra will be diligently putting in all required programs

@Telstra I left voice messages twice, no callback. I'm trying to replace my phone and have had zero communication from any store. I'll let you know how I go; I'm literally going to walk into stores on the offchance they can help.
