  @jen_browning @Telstra This week there has been maintenance on the mobile network while the NBN has been at its worst. I have missed 2 meetings because of drop outs where on home net I can’t hear speakers move to mobile and get SOS only. Countless hours of the wheel of death while items are loading.

  @Telstra Your customer service team are disgusting. They mixed up NBN and Optimcomm and not one person answered a single question I asked. Absolutely disgusting. I want to raise a formal complaint.

  @RizviAbul Well given Telstra and CBA both have an extraordinary number of retail shareholders either , individuals, trusts or superannuation funds numbering in the hundreds of thousands if not millions , many Australians would be aware of the CGT and franking credits but there was never any need for the vast majority to worry about a tax return given not having to declare dividends under a certain amount and the easy calcUlation with the CGT discount .... Now it’s a lot more complicated and non compliance will come with threats so please don’t be so dismissive when for some it is a big deal

  @karlstefanovic Sold off Telstra and government assets to their mates to square the debt. Big thugs these two. Cost of living crisis that Australians are facing is because of the regressive mess of the GST There was never a good crisis before the GST.

  @brandilwells Yea it's so hard to find headphones with micro card slots anymore now, all i want to do is listen to my mix and not have to connect to bluetooth and then to the stupid Iphone which has no memory or any data left on my prepaid yea FU Australia Telstra you joke of a.. FFS

  @Busybee32433175 @Teh_Jkr @Optus Any time I wanted a new phone I'd walk into a Telstra store and just buy one. My SIM is already Telstra its just plug and play. People make the mistake of getting a new phone whilst still paying off the current one. A never ending cycle of payments for something shiny. Boring.

  @Telstra hi, How long can a Telstra prepaid number stay active without a recharge before the service is cancelled? I’ll be overseas for around 2 to 3 months and want to keep my number without buy any data. it will be wasted.

  Telstra have no issue with puttn in numbers&pressn redeem nos. But microsoft smartassholes make life hell. I've lost another many hrs of being messed around with screens showing rubbish. Its simple=U have an PC+u put in product code&redeem. Robots r a phyco excuse to brain-harass
