    @jen_browning @Telstra This week there has been maintenance on the mobile network while the NBN has been at its worst. I have missed 2 meetings because of drop outs where on home net I can’t hear speakers move to mobile and get SOS only. Countless hours of the wheel of death while items are loading.

    @SarahHarris @Telstra It telstra nothing more needs to be said. They have the worst customer service of all the telcos in Australia. Treated my mother like **** when she asked them to remove my deceased father name from the bill. Left for Iprimus and have never looked back.

    @burgess_ag Microsoft Surface wouldn't be bad... you can get tough cases for them, and some also have 4g LTE sim card options so you can chuck in a Telstra sim in too

    @CiceroConsulta1 @DesertAZQ @Telstra Our internet does slow downloads on certain videos and sites and fast on others. I have to start them with my cell data and then switch to WiFi

    @Telstra Been trying to get to talk to a consultant on the phone cause you keep billing me for a service i don't have. But can't get past the stupid automated voice menu. You hang up everytime.

    @Telstra auto recharge selected and payment is in pending on the credit card, however the service has now expired as Telstra has stupid plans for 28 days but auto recharge monthly. So now what? Do we lose the gb in data bank cause Telstra can’t auto recharge on a prepaid phone?

    @Telstra Yes, but I just found out its not an outage but someone in the call centre cancelled all my email addresses and just got told it would be 5 days to get them reconnected???!!! This is going to cost me work!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
