    @jen_browning @Telstra This week there has been maintenance on the mobile network while the NBN has been at its worst. I have missed 2 meetings because of drop outs where on home net I can’t hear speakers move to mobile and get SOS only. Countless hours of the wheel of death while items are loading.

    It is alarming to hear families in Maningrida are going hungry and cannot buy food with their Basics Card due to internet outage. @Telstra & the Federal Government must fix this as it happens far too often in remote communities, esp at #christmas. #auspol @abcdarwin @TheNTNews

    @Ladymondgreen1 I had such a futile and frustrating month with Telstra pushing me from pillar to post with pathetic service and I'm a business customer as well. Lodged complaint online with Telecomm Ombud which was easy and they followed up straight away on my behalf and got instant results...

    @telstra showing home internet outage until Wednesday for Kew, VIC. And supposed 4G backup modem not worth two bob. Seriously, third world service, perhaps not even that good.
