@jen_browning @Telstra This week there has been maintenance on the mobile network while the NBN has been at its worst. I have missed 2 meetings because of drop outs where on home net I can’t hear speakers move to mobile and get SOS only. Countless hours of the wheel of death while items are loading.

@CherylCritchley @Telstra Yes because they are giving us are crappier service all round and putting the price up. Slowly taking things away look how plans have changed but uping the cost and then they act like they're doing you a favour by letting you pay for Kayo

@Telstra you have poor customer service and you have long waiting times for providing replacement sims but you have great 5G coverage. I like you but you can really be annoying sometimes #Telstra5G

@Jonesracing82 @4Boat But it means existing Telstra customers who got the Live Pass for free now have to pay for an extra service they may not want or need.

@CherylCritchley I think this is piss poor given that fewer people will be allowed into games this yr. People would rely on this service from Telstra to watch live games. My parents in regional Vic who typically travel 3+ hrs to all home games and might not be able to this year will be effected.

@andy_penn the smiling assassin is what they should call you, you have trashed @Telstra to a point where we the customer can't even ring and talk to a person anymore, all we get are useless chat bots.. STOP selling out to $2 call centers and employ MORE AUSSIES

@SuperG59972418 @SpotlightForYou @Telstra Makes you wonder doesn't it. With all these other companies hanging off their network offering better deals...why not just do it themselves. The business model is ridiculous

@Telstra you are no different than the other Telco providers in Australia, except for the fact you charge more. I have been trying to call your customer service team for the last 48 hours. Every phone option leads to being sent a text msg, to chat online which goes nowhere...

@CherylCritchley I'm not a @Telstra customer. I live in Melbourne and am a @stkildafc member. I go to matches when they play in Melbourne, and previously paid for a one week pass to watch via AFL app when they played interstate. Total annual cost around $30. Don't want and can't afford Kayo.
