  @jen_browning @Telstra This week they have been doing maintenance on the mobile network while the NBN has been at its worst. I have missed 2 meetings because of drop outs where I get SOS only when home wifi is not working to mobile and countless hours of the wheel of death while items are loading.

  @Telstra Your network up time is commendable. All the experts here in the comments don’t understand the complexity and that sometimes mistakes happen.
