    @jen_browning @Telstra This week they have been doing maintenance on the mobile network while the NBN has been at its worst. I have missed 2 meetings because of drop outs where I get SOS only when home wifi is not working to mobile and countless hours of the wheel of death while items are loading.

    @Telstra Yes and was told “We're working to fix an issue that is affecting calls for some of our mobile customers. Data and texts are working.” But considering my data and texts aren’t working it’s obviously not just that issue. Which they weren’t understanding.

    (He did not like Anna at all) (so we just took it off the bill in the end! (And stated you should go now) I can’t hold that line on the Telstra account for gossipy buckshot! Copram **** offs it’s an emergency line online! Calls online!

    I am doing a blanket 'no call backs today'. Its too annoying that half the return calls i am making are not working because of the @Telstra outage.

    @Telstra @newscomauHQ I needed to make a call to close a $8 million dollar account this morning, I lost it and my job, now my wife has taken the kids and dog and I have a broken arm thanks Telstra!

    Major telco outage this morning. @Telstra the statement that data services were unaffected is not true. I couldn’t access data services and had to reset my phone. For an hour after was continually prompted for login credentials @AppleSupport. What was the root cause?
