@jen_browning @Telstra This week they have been doing maintenance on the mobile network while the NBN has been at its worst. I have missed 2 meetings because of drop outs where I get SOS only when home wifi is not working to mobile and countless hours of the wheel of death while items are loading.

@Telstra I'm not going to have the same conversation I have had with your techs every second day, for years. Your wifi service is crap and so is the NBN - end of story. You've got no intention of fixing it. The system's held together with sticky tape. Let's not play games, #Telstra .

@Telstra Wouldn’t be hard for @Telstra to credit affected accounts, of course the onus will end up with the client to chase it up. Furthermore, I’m sure that the credit will come nowhere near close to compensating for actual losses from being without service for a week.

@woopdedoo652 @Telstra can you get someone who isn’t a robot to help the Unicorn out. Unicorn had a hailstorm destroy her fixed wireless. I don’t think doing a modem reboot is going to fix it ey.

@deeplongstop @Telstra Hahaha I’m glad that Telstra are just as rubbish as some of the Optus support staff. Having said that, Optus has some really good ones which is the only reason I haven’t gone full nuclear at them lol

@MichaelWestBiz @Optus Had the same issue when I transferred from optus to telstra ... ended up going back to optus and reconnecting then got Telstra to transfer number over - a week without my phone 🤬🤬🤬🤬

@Telstra Well I turned it off Then I turned it on 3 hrs of conversation passed. Then I turned it off Then I turned it on. Eventually they concluded it’s broken, they might contact me in few week’s to see if if it’s working or if I’m dead. Then I get to do it all again.
