@jen_browning @Telstra This week they have been doing maintenance on the mobile network while the NBN has been at its worst. I have missed 2 meetings because of drop outs where I get SOS only when home wifi is not working to mobile and countless hours of the wheel of death while items are loading.

@ConcreteIdeasx @Markedw @Telstra Yeah I just like the idea of never having to worry about it going up and it's cheaper than what I pay now of 119 a month but nbn really did suck here I didn't have much choice

Hi @Telstra Could you please explain to me why you can't block scam / spam calls? They are using your network, do you feel at all responsible?

@Telstra update : I ported out. Shame that Telstra lost a customer because their employees don't understand what a customer without service means.

@ConcreteIdeasx @Markedw @Telstra Don't need to worry about lines now they put a dish on the roof and put a socket in the wall to plug the modem directly to the dish never have to worry about telstra working on lines or upgrades that ruin ya connection

@Telstra 2. Follow links for mobile support, performed all the troubleshooting steps, no help. PS, factory reset does not fix network problems, just saying (it’s a washing of hands/oh must be on your end type non-solution). Still no link to report, scroll down to ‘Contact Us’

@Telstra no more questions mate. just some unsolicited advice : please re-evaluate the priority of a "customer without service" & never tell a customer to leave - because he/she will.
