  @jen_browning @Telstra This week there has been maintenance on the mobile network while the NBN has been at its worst. I have missed 2 meetings because of drop outs where on home net I can’t hear speakers move to mobile and get SOS only. Countless hours of the wheel of death while items are loading.

  @the_LoungeFly @Telstra 1/2 I'm guessing there's an issue with privacy My messagebank was switched off without my consent When I called to get it switched back on the operator changed my plan I called asking for it to be reinstated (it was an obsolete plan) and spent a week arguing with a 'manager'...

  @Kate3015 It’d really not that hard to spot but to the untrained eye they always look legitimate. My husband a case in point. He doesn’t click on the link but always asks me how to deal with it. Every time I,show- block the email via,the contact card, delete, simple. Government departments never send you anything, just a notification to go to My Gov. Telstra has the email in the App. If it’s not there it’s not real. There are couple I can think of.

  @Telstra Your customer service team are disgusting. They mixed up NBN and Optimcomm and not one person answered a single question I asked. Absolutely disgusting. I want to raise a formal complaint.

  Telstra....missed your recharge message because the service has been so fuckung bad for weeks that people's personal SOS devices haven't been working. Have been hotspotting with Optus device.

  OK the rain was good but why is the phone out? first rain in a while might have taken out the landline or rats or termites be in a right pickle if the mobile were network blocked as it was for a while hey @Telstra can't dm on the new phone the "network" demanded I buy

  @gasugasu1984 I’ve used Belong premium, $95/mth, 100/17mbps. FTTN. They use Telstra service. Northern VIC. I find the speed ok for (tv) streaming, but lm not using any video computer development software. I haven’t done a speed test. Likely cheaper services available.

  @DevMohali @Ausbobsmit I have met some really nice Indians, and I have met some that want to rip us off every chance they get. I will never again deal with an Indian or a Pakistani in telecommunications. I’m not sure but I think Telstra and Optus are a bit gun-shy well.
