  • martincedes Martin - #BLM 🖤 (@martincedes) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Thanks @telstra for your ****** service throughout the years but it’s time to say goodbye. After four 40min phone calls trying to solve the worst NBN speed (and let’s just add you weren’t even able to figure out what account we were talking about) 1/2

  • PeteLawler Phartiphukborlz (@PeteLawler) reported

Mobile betwork problems around Hobart, @Telstra? HSDPA Plus seems to be the only signal type I can get near Richmond...

  • alilleyman Dr Amanda Lilleyman (@alilleyman) reported

Going from post paid to pre paid on @Telstra is difficult. It’s taken me over 30 minutes navigating their website, calling to be disconnected and texted saying I need to use their messenger service. The assistant isn’t explaining things well and I’m left with questions.

  • hathor_b Lady_Hathor_B (@hathor_b) reported

@AlboMP This are Telstra pits you idiot. When are you doing to resign? ALP will never win with you and Shorty still there. Go get a proper job. #auspol

  • mickwtf333hotm2 Mick Holland (@mickwtf333hotm2) reported

@AlboMP Have had cable over the ground up my driveway for nearly two years, was the only way to connect me to fttn. Was told would be a temporary measure, have had 4 visits from nbn,Telstra techs....same answer...not my problem

  • BengalRacing Aussie Racer (@BengalRacing) reported

@Telstra Hi Dave, we finally had a technician come out Friday arvo. Guess what he found? When the NBN was installed a year ago, one of the parts used was corroded. Almost 2 years of complaints from us, 2 years of @telstra doing exactly what you are doing now - assume the problem is me

  • debkev62 Deb B (@debkev62) reported

@carly_solstice You obviously were not dealing with Telstra. They don’t give a ****!

  • cold_shuga Katrina L. Hill (@cold_shuga) reported

@daveclark178 @JBHiFi @Telstra Going to become compulsory for Telstra by 9th March - would they really cancel accounts of people who don't want to?

  • thespecialbka Kent Park St. (@thespecialbka) reported

@Telstra Nah, we’re cancelling it during the week, just working out our next option. My elderly mother has had enough trouble from Telstra.

  • alsnothome Al Stewart (@alsnothome) reported

@alilleyman @Telstra Unless you _need_ telstra branding I'd recommend Boost. Just grab a sim from the supermarket and follow the directions on the pack. Same network and coverage as Telstra (although may not have 5G??). I tried Aldi but it had less remote coverage (ie most of NT)
