I've found a new great way to get scammers to stop calling you! Get them talking for a minute or two, apparently ur Telstra got hacked and you lost all your money... just go with it. Then at some point as them if they know "Pierogi". They cannot hang up fast enough.

Dear @Telstra It’s been 72 hours without a working SIM. I cannot make or receive calls or messages. My son is sick and I cannot receive messages from the home doctor as to when or if they can make it. I cannot call the GP office to get an appointment. PLEASE FIX MY SIM CARD!

@ThatSaturnO I used to own shares in a company called Telstra. They made the biggest profit in Australian corporate history at the time. Shares went down. WTF

  • MissLizzieZiZi 𝔼𝕝𝕚𝕫𝕒𝕓𝕖𝕥𝕙 (@MissLizzieZiZi) reported

@Telstra No thanks. I have called twice today on my mobile phone and the people I spoke to were not in Australia. You haven’t been able to help me in the past so I don’t see how that’s going to change.

@TheRenza Well I did tell them but I'm not sure the person answering the phone will be thinking that strategically. I never use Amazon Prime anyway - free trial with Telstra contract

  • benny__n Ben Newton (@benny__n) reported

@Telstra @telstracareers That's be amazing. I'm having an infuriating chat with one of your colleagues on chat. We've already had a Telstra tech come out, who said it's NBN's problem. NBN tells us they can only come out if Telstra lodges the request with them. Circular logic that is going nowhere

@Telstra your service is effing useless. Currently stranded in LA with no phone, despite having paid for international roaming. You guys are a joke and breaching contracts every day. Where's the government in all this. Your organisation is a disgrace. Help please someone.

Considering going with Aussie Broad Band and finally kicking #telstra to the kerb. Better prices, better service, can actually get right through to someone on the phone to speak to that is actually from Australia and has polite customer service rather than condescending idiots.

@DarkViperAU The major network operators in Australia are Singtel Optus Pty Limited (Optus), Telstra Corporation Limited (Telstra) and TPG Telecom Limited (TPG). (2/2)
