@Telstra - Our mission is to deliver the worst customer experience possible and to ensure you can never speak to a human being that can help solve your problems. The Magic of Stupidity #FAIL

@Telstra there is still nothing, does this mean you just simply could not be bothered to fix an issue? -thanks chap

@Telstra No it’s not. Your chat team is too slow to understand that smart modem should kick in and but even that is so slow. And unfortunately there is no tech support number I can call.

@crystaldhaze She can't feel too bad, blathering to the ABC. I have had issues with Optus, or Telstra or certain banks not being able to be accessed too. You just suck it up!

@Telstra Stacy, I am not given any reference number. But my experience with telstra is extremely worst.

  • Sydneyberlin Sven (@Sydneyberlin) reported

@Telstra Latest was being asked to call instead only to then hear an automated message advising to use the messenger service instead. Now honestly, is this what you call customer service when I pay $129 every month???
