Your support is horrendous. I had garbage speeds with Telstra, but at least they were available almost 24 hours a day.

@Telstra How much time does a simple plan change request take with Telstra who don't have a call centre now and have a pathetic message service where support team asks the same questions again and again in every interaction? 5 days and still counting.

@telstra I am in Hawthorn 3122 and have no internet or Foxtel. The outage site says it will be restored by midday Monday 8/3! How about you pull your finger out and fix this ASAP?

I have had 2 interactions with @Telstra in the last 3 months. To say that they were absolutely pathetic is an understatement. A once great company is now a pitiful corporate shell with absolutely no idea of what customer service is about. Too big to care. Should be broken up.

@Telstra None of these business received or know of any reminders nor do they know of any compulsory cut off. The kicker is you tell them that they can’t have their old business number back. Really poor.
