Your support is horrendous. I had garbage speeds with Telstra, but at least they were available almost 24 hours a day.

@ez_1978_ @burrosavic This happened to my father in law. Went to store to sort out no luck. Called Telstra and told them I would cancel all my services and they soon changed their tune. One of the most unethical companies going around.

@drsbne @Telstra We had to resolve an issue with them using the online chat. It took two hours. The customer service used to be the best. What happened? Good luck getting your stuff sorted.

When will afl app go back to how it was previous years ? Hard to access, player stats from tonight haven’t even updated. Can’t find team lists. List goes on how horrid it is. Come on Telstra @Telstra @AFL

Someone remind me again please, but if I'm a Telstra customer, how do I watch @NRL @AFL streaming on phone? Is it still free or gotta go via Kayo? Did Telstra do anything for existing customers? Cheers

@Telstra my internet has been down for a week now our modem has a blue light on it and with further research it has said we are some sort of slowed backup mode. We called telstra support and they said it would be fixed Thursday 7.00pm idk if it is delayed or something need help!!

@Telstra incorrectly disconnected my internet 1.5months ago. Took 1 month for them to figure out the problem and then 2 technician appointments where nobody has rocked up. Speak to telstra again and same response - just wait 24 hours and get back to us. Need a new provider

@Telstra No. The trouble started as soon as I hooked up the new router & nbn box & I rang a number as instructed in the direction booklet. Offered a techno for next week 17 Mar. Texted not coming until 26. Rang 3 support numbers & told 3 difference things. Gave up.
