    @Telstra It’s impossible to talk to a human when you call then customer care number. “customer care”.. more like customer hell. My wife had to cancel her passport and restrict her identity. Telstra should pay for a new passport after she got hacked by someone that got into your system

    @Telstra, past 3yrs you’ve been steadily leaking other customer’s info to my mobile, tried letting you know a couple times but no action, thanks to yet another leak I’m now able to reach the customer directly and share their info back to them. They’re not impressed. Media time?

    @Telstra Jeez… Didn’t think of that… Considering your website prompts me to use the app, including links that open in the app. If you look carefully, the screenshots I posted earlier are when I was trying to use the webpage…. Because of said issues with the app…

    @Telstra You have no idea how hard it was. And once the issue was lodged the hackers kept accessing the account and changing the address. They scored free phones and we end up with a new passport bill. Who do i send the complaint to and request Telstra cover our passport costs?
