@MotordomT It seems like it would be, I'm mostly surprised Telstra rolled it out in 2015, Optus started its rollout in August 2021 and Huawei rolled out support this month.

  • SteveInSunbury Steve Coughlan (@SteveInSunbury) reported

Soooo. When @Telstra misrepresent the speed of an @NBN_Australia plan, and drop your speed, you have to wait a while month for them to fix their cockup. Sounds reasonable. Doesn't it?

@FinlaysonJane @Telstra @telsta Good luck 🤞 my experience with the ombudsman was good but Telstra are probably the worst I’ve ever come across by a long way. Every time you contact them it’s Groundhog Day

  • h4rry82 Jason Smith (@h4rry82) reported

@Telstra @Telstra_news Do something about all these Spam messages coming over your network. I'm getting upwards of 10-15 phishing texts a day. #telstraspam #overit

  • SteveInSunbury Steve Coughlan (@SteveInSunbury) reported

@Telstra That's not my bag. I don't want some poor Customer Service person, who probably hasn't been given all the information themselves, to wear this. That we are in 2021 and can't change a connection speed more than once a month is simply laughable.

  • BatJohn04 BatJohn (@BatJohn04) reported

Fracking done with @Telstra ‘s customer service! All I want is to simply port my old number to my new postpaid plan and you always find ways to delay it! It’s been a month since I started the request! Really poor service! 🙄🤬 #poorcustomerservice
