Ah @Telstra after many reports over years why have issues I reported haven't been actioned? Like "You have access voicemail you have entered a invalid number which is not part of this service" even those I never entered a number.

@telstracareers We have now had an internet outage for a week. We are in Sydney for goodness sake not in a third world country. It seems that you not only don’t provide a promised service but still charge to not get the service. No way will we use you for NBN. Do better Telstra.
