    @Telstra I am still on the chat with EXPERT. It says finally I will be able to talk someone from porting team. Amount of time I had to explain this is a porting issue is ridiculous.

    @Telstra Most pathetic service EVER. Still no phoneline and not a single word from anyone at your end. Checked camera and not a single soul has approached our property. No one has offered a diversion of the service... Since 28th of last month.

    @kristiesulliv it is not some customers. basically all customers are affected. looks like Telstra network line down is causing this issue at the moment.
