    How is it a person can walk into a @Telstra store with no bad credit, no defaults, a full time job and a good credit score and get refused a sim deal 3 times in one year? Leaving staff confused!!!

    @bees_oz @VictoriaPolice Sadly, this is not always true. You can have a fire burning at emergency level within 15 km & NOT get an emergency text message. Found out Nov 2019. Telstra says service "Not available" Truly diabolical, esp in areas where fire risk is high & net/mobile service unreliable.

    So @Telstra have a network outage. Our whole suburb has no coverage and every everyone in the community keeps logging faults, but Telstra keep telling us all there is no outage and that we should switch our phones off and back on again. #gablesnsw
