    @Telstra I have now been billed a 3'rd time, since porting out of Telstra, I'm kind of over this at this point, I will NEVER port back in to Telstra again, this is utterly ridiculous.

    I can’t call out on my iPhone on the Telstra service??? Says these numbers are not on the service. No help on the technical line. Restarting phone does not work. @Telstra

    @Telstra I’ve used my time making the effort to reach out to Telstra, it should be quite cheap for Telstra to call me being a telco. Your replies are a confirmation that Telstra provides no service. You refuse to call the customer, you have my number. Goodbye Telstra!

    Daughters Apple 12 stopped working. An hour + in Apple (an hour away), and we’re told it’s a Telstra issue despite my protests. We go to Telstra. 5mins later we have a new phone on order. Telstra 1, Apple 0. @Apple @Telstra

    @Telstra Yes, its been reset/turned off 3 times this week now (this problem started on the (18th not the 19th.) Turning it off hasn't resolved anything.
