    @Telstra Correct - a very poor flaw. If I had of known I would have not ordered them from Telstra. Most direct debit autopay systems can be changed by a few days - why not Telstra's?

    @Telstra There are no interruptions. My Internet is fine (Speeds & ping), the only problem is that it disconnects at random times throughout the day, we have been told that it is being monitored but nothing has been changed, neither have we received any information about it for months now
