@Methead13 <hugs> they suck. I went to Yanco for a friend's wedding a week ago and had the disconnect dinosaur for most of the drive on Telstra. We pay but we get crap access from ANY supplier. The joys of oligopolistic competition instead of an absolute monopoly 🙄

@LuReddecliffe It’s been over 24hours since my mobile has been able to make or receive a phone call. I rang Telstra and the staff no idea. Does any body else have the same problem? I live in the Illawarra.

Was the Optus incident deliberately done to make customer move to another provider. Guessing the fibre optic roll out shows that Telstra was losing its customers. Just interesting to happen when fibre optic option is rolling out.

@Telstra The time stamp on the email was the same time I was speaking with Apple, so I am pretty sure it was me. When I rang Telstra there was a recording stating some customers were experiencing problems making and receiving calls.
