Evie. this is my entire problem with Telstra. I used the App on My Telstra and spent almost 3 damned hours only to be told that they couldn't help. So rang 132200 and waited over an hour with no-one answering the phone. now you tell me to use the app again. Madness. BS service

  • guerrilluminati CIARAN (@guerrilluminati) reported

@ursulaheger Every couple of days I get someone claiming to be from Telstra with an Indian accent saying that there has been unusual activity with my broadband & to download the @TeamViewer app so they can fix it. If you know what that app is about you will know they are scamming you big-time

  • FionaLakeAus Fiona Lake (@FionaLakeAus) reported

@UndaSthnXiStand I never return call any number that hasn't left a legit message. Before blocking I google the number & often they're already talked about online as scam numbers. But spoofing is the worst trick now. I know Telstra are splitting their sides to fix the issue.

@Telstra I pay for Norton VPN. As a Telstra customer for decades and supposedly on a ‘secure network’ why then when I check on my IPhone/IPad does Apple advise me my network is ‘Weak security’.

  • dragon_slayr Dragon (@dragon_slayr) reported

@Telstra So very sad to find out that you no longer have humans in your business centre to assist me. I just get a txt service that can't /won't assist me but insists I pay my bill for an inoperable service. How do I port my numbers to Optus?

  • 5150Crispy Dan Crisp (@5150Crispy) reported

@apware @RoyDT Must be just random @kayosports crap as our Telstra T box was fine for pies saints game

  • LaurzieJ Laurzy (@LaurzieJ) reported

@Telstra @AFL How do I contact someone to advise of an issue with the AFL app? I have been going around in circles for about an hour.

  • CX316 James Austin (@CX316) reported

@izzie_kathryn @CotySJ1 @No7Sammy Oh hey, must be where they got the idea to burn down my telecommunications system here in Australia (privatised Telstra then because the now-private Telstra kicked up a stink during the NBN upgrade had to nerf the upgrade and rent the lines to companies instead of to the user)

  • sfinlay Stephen Finlay (@sfinlay) reported

My Telstra Internet (Parramatta NSW) has been intermittently unavailable each afternoon between 1PM and 5PM for the past 3 days. Perfectly fine at other times. Can still reach Telstra DNS but nothing outside of the Telstra network. @Telstra24x7

  • Hugh_Whitehouse Handsome Hugh Whitehouse (@Hugh_Whitehouse) reported

@EvilSpyBoy @Telstra “Hello this is Telstra’s Sup Port service where you can nod your head and say ‘Sup’ to over 800 ports worldwide. Would you like to say ‘Sup’ to Port Blair? Connecting you now.”
