    @nicksplitter @Telstra @acccgovau Transfer your services over to Aussie Broadband. Their customer service is outstanding. I have an app on my phone that can, e.g., do a port reset or check my modem status in seconds, asks that take an hour on the phone with Telstra to fix. I couldn’t be happier with the service.

    @Telstra can you please explain way my HFC NBN connection drops out every 15 minutes for about 5 minutes everyday for the last week. And yes I have checked all my cables. Also way does the sim card in the modem never take over?

    @nicksplitter @Telstra @acccgovau Just lodge a complaint with the Telecommunications Ombudsman. Telstra will generously resolve it in your favour within a week. Its the game that they play.

    Are there any metrics that show the improvement in efficiencies & servic e in ANY govt service since privatisation? Services like Telstra, Qantas, Commonwealth Bank? Just curious because from what I've seen/ experienced they worse far worse.

    @starppael @MorpheusBeing Thank goodness for cluey grandchildren . Also , a new , unexplained “app “ payment method resulted in my sending an email of complaint to Telstra CEO . He replied promptly and had someone call me several times , explaining the process in plain language . Go to the top !!

    @SdoggaMan @Gatt_AU @hoolahoopz_ hm. i really wonder about the pixel problems- seems to be luck of the draw depending on who you talk to. And there's a $400 outright for the pro deal with telstra right now.

    Compare the level of service and trust in businesses like Qantas, Telstra or CommBank now to the ‘90s before they were all privatised. Once national treasures that set the standard, all three are sub-par and frequently **** customers around. #AusPol #QantasFail

    . @Telstra I am 🤏 this close to calling @acccgovau - I dont know how many times I need to talk to your support team to fix my NBN issues but it's been SIX MONTHS! How am I supposed to run a business when the service drops out every time there's a gust of wind?! Absolute joke.
