@Telstra Thanks Already use outlook Use webmail to block out SPAM mails before they get to my systems. This is going to be bloody painful drafting out the rubbish. Thanks for attempting to help.

So I’m Moving 4 Mobile Phones From Telstra Thanks To Customer Service Being Absolutely FKN Rubbish

  • wheelyweb Joe Ortenzi 🇨🇦 🇮🇹 🇦🇺 (@wheelyweb) reported

It’s incredibly hard to criticise a large org, like @Telstra , when they employ across a large cultural population while, as a customer, it’s valuable to be understood and for guidance from support to be understandable and have decent grammatical structure.

  • pattymalone2000 Patrick Malone 🤎💛 (@pattymalone2000) reported

@tjlyasalem @Telstra @aflwomens Dosent help that Telstra use the club app template for aflw and don’t for the afl app

  • The_Gardener14 Gardener14 (@The_Gardener14) reported

@Crui5erFJ @WhistleOut_AU I have HFC coaxial cable. Have had from 2017. My slowest speed would be 568Mbps Down with 47 to 60 Mbps up. Latency of 0.7 Ping 5.6. I had HFC in 2001 with Telstra/Foxtel then I got 155Mbps / 35Mbps still faster than NBN in 2001 compared to 2022?

@Telstra Thanks But Unfortunately The Damage Is Done

  • wheelyweb Joe Ortenzi 🇨🇦 🇮🇹 🇦🇺 (@wheelyweb) reported

@Pfeiffs @fictillius @Telstra You’re talking about separate issues. You mention costs and quantity but not reliability nor service. Why?

  • ClownWorldDan DWB (@ClownWorldDan) reported

@deathjab4 Have you tried a 4G modem? I refused to fall for the government sponsored NBN scam and went 4G. Fast AF, reliable, Telstra 400gb data only sim. You don't need an Internet Service Provider, you just need a data supplier.

  • DeannaSonter Deanna sonter (@DeannaSonter) reported

@Telstra I'm not really sure but at least an hour. The last text I sent was last night but I didn't try to call someone until this morning. My flatmate is also with Telstra and he also has no service

  • wheelyweb Joe Ortenzi 🇨🇦 🇮🇹 🇦🇺 (@wheelyweb) reported

@Telstra Yeah. Show a semblance of customer service. When a person answers your question about service satisfaction with an angry face why are you not immediately responding with asking them why? Are you that stupid that you don’t know that insanely obvious next step? Is that czar 101?
