    @ausretrogamer @KoalaMattress @Telstra Telstra's customer service over the phone & even on Twitter and Facebook is full of angels... but there technicians are bad at their jobs in my area. The technicians use the equivalent of band-aids to fix a leaky pipe.

    @Telstra internet outage at 4123 has been going for hours with little detail/updates on outage page as usual. It would be great if you guys could give a ball park ETA sometimes....thank you.

    @Telstra i have never bothered to report it! i just complain on twitter and facebook like everyone else because half the time, i can't even load the website at the time of the fault to report anything. and i KNOW it's the area, 5 minutes down the highway i have better service

    @Telstra Still having issues in Paraburdoo, some residents reporting issues with texting and phone calls. 4g is completely unusable so have to switch to 3g for basic web and emails. Not happy Jan!

    After 6 days of my Optus mobile data & phone service running on 1/2 of one cylinder I gave them the boot and transferred over to Telstra. Wow, 5G is so much faster!

    @benhoad it showed up when I wasn’t on wifi and was using the Telstra data directly. Need to go into the service and tap the triple dot and it was there for me
