    @Telstra Thanks. It’s a business account. It hasn’t worked previously, hence why we have to call up the sub continent and deal with folks reading a script and flow diagram - sadly a fail, like most things branded Telstra

    @Telstra I just paid for an Apple Watch you said you have in stock, only to be told 12 hours later you DON’T have stock (website still says you do though). Phone support says use chat, chat doesn’t have options for sales support. How do I get a refund?

    @Telstra, don’t reply. This is merely for the NSW TIO. I’ve wasted 4 hours helping a medical practice with their internet service only to be disconnected when it got too hard for your staff, without call backs and to have them ‘chat’ to someone more qualified than them #Telstra

    Hey @telstra - I get it, support ppl have a script to run, but when I say ethernet connected & landline devices are still up, its wi-fi frm the Telstra smart modem dropping until i reboot it, a few times a week - don't run the script (again). Just send me a new smartmodem.
