    @Telstra That’s a long outage. The Modem is Netgear Gateway Max. Not sure if it has the 4g backup

    Dear @Telstra I have been having service interruptions consistently for the last few months now, mostly either Friday or Saturday evenings. Service is deteriorating and we pay to $$ for it. Neighbours are with TPG with 0 outages. Time to shop around I think.

    @Telstra then why I keep dropping out from discord and slow downloads I did a speed test and checked that i have 260mbp download speeds and upload is 28mbp
