I HATE @Telstra. I left them because they could not be contacted and their ridiculous customer service by text failed. Failing to get a refund on credit on account & now - a LATE bill for a service I CLOSED. An account where I am owed a refund. UNBELIEVABLE.

@Asynca @yngESCO @FangettaPlays I apparently have better latency than you. I got a sweet fttp NBN installation and package via Telstra. And, compared to the rest of the world man - its terrible. Like, phones in the US are faster in both latency and down/up speed.

@Telstra Right now, I have ZERO good things to say about @Telstra. Lying, useless, lazy, staff who don't communicate, can't solve simple problems, don't know what to do, can't tell me anything, break commitments. Situ' STILL unresolved. Sick of it!!!

@Telstra I am in an unplanned outage area and haven't had internet for 2 days now. I'm in the chat now but getting very frustrated at how it's being handled. Considering I made it known I struggle to keep focused on the chat due to the length in time between replies.
