@Telstra It would help if your online store and chat service worked so I didn’t have to travel to a store outside my home town.

@whophd reminds me of my dialup days when there were issues with our phone lines after rain (I live in Australia) and the phone pit was full of water. That modem audio handshake would take *much* longer and I would be lucky to get 1200bps rather than ~50kbps. Luckily Telstra fixed it.

Hey @Telstra is there some sort of problem with your #5G network in #Brisbane this week? Very unstable connection and frequent drop outs, service is normally pretty solid.

@nuggsftw @Telstra @BelongAU My guess is that usually telcos dont allow access to their 'full network' to subsidaries, resulting in worse and less reliable coverage.

Hi @Telstra I’ve spent 2 hours on online chat AND phone, talking with 4 people trying to get my eSIM purchase sorted and none was able to help, and none was willing to escalate the matter further to be resolved. This is frustrating. Is TIO my only alternative here?
