@SarkiAdan Telstra suck, but fortunately they have competition. Their billing section does not cross-reference to their contracts section and that is a real problem for Telstra.

@Anthony_Caruana @Telstra Long history of their SMS # in my phone, they know model specifics etc so I think so Basically trying to force me to a store as someone has a KPI to resign expired contracts As normal emails & SMS are no reply Which means Im going to waste a **** load of time sorting this out
