I’ve adopted a new approach with @Telstra. When they stuff up a request I will cancel or downgrade something. After 4 chat sessions I was still getting stuffed around with a plan change. I cancelled the service. That’s $100p/mth not going to @andy_penn. Not paying for bad service

  • elizaalanz Liza✨ (@elizaalanz) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra I sent you a DM, (using my 4G because I’m in my bedroom and I don’t get wifi in there due to the horrid connection ) 😊

i decided a while ago that @telstra was no longer worth their high price and terrible customer service. during a lengthy call i told them i was ceasing the use of their services from that date. now, i have a(nother) incorrect bill from them. 1/2

  • stephroseg Stephanie Gaddin 👩🏻‍💻📜 (@stephroseg) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@AlanJDixon @Telstra No not really lol - just constantly frustrated by the extremely bad timing in their outages or the inflictions on my business account which never ever get resolved at first point of contact. If they were a small business they’d have sunk ages ago.

  • CorinnaSladey CrinInfluenzer🥂💕🚜🏇💎 (@CorinnaSladey) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

  • davmoro David Morison (@davmoro) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

  • whingingchicken Alison Thomas (@whingingchicken) reported

Hey @Telstra, my rural village has been completely without internet for four days. We don’t get mobile coverage, so you’ve got a bunch of people out here with no way to call for help in an emergency. We keep being told there’s no outage. How the heck do we get some actual help?!

  • jakra_pup Jakra (@jakra_pup) reported

Anyone know if there is a minimum standard for NBN FTTN? Telstra thinks 13mbps is acceptable and moving to other providers won't help. What's the go with minimum speed? @NBNCo

  • Timmzy128 Ryan Stewart (@Timmzy128) reported

@Telstra It's still just as slow. It has been going on for years. We have tried satellite and that was worst. Tried 4G and that's not better where we live. We need a permanent solution.

  • ScotteeAnderson Scott Anderson (@ScotteeAnderson) reported

@Telstra any plans to fix widespread internet problems at Uriarra any time soon? More than 3 days outage.

  • SimonFullerAUS Simon Fuller (@SimonFullerAUS) reported

@Telstra The original issue was 5 hours ago seems working now

  • BetterStuffToDo #ottoAbNormalVerbraucher (@BetterStuffToDo) reported

@cathellis13 @Telstra Maybe differentiate that to @telstra retail Customer Support. Not all of Telstra is bad.

  • WonderDalek Kye Rosendale (@WonderDalek) reported

@alexis_alix Hence why I asked about coverage, if you can get Vodafone coverage you could grab a $30 starter kit with 40gb of data (shaped to 1.5mbps after) or Felix Mobile which is unlimited data for $35 a month and just hotspot from your phone. Alternatively boost uses the Telstra network

  • paulgedwards Paul Edwards (@paulgedwards) reported

@Telstra After hours of useless waiting and chatting back and forth on the My Telstra app, trying to resolve a problem with my mobile voicemail that was caused at your end, I've now been told to wait for 48 hrs and retry. This is ridiculous! Looking for some help to resolve this

  • KarlyZacharia karly zacharia (@KarlyZacharia) reported

@gillyminn @Telstra Looks like Emily might help you out with some data!! Go Emily from @Telstra 🙏👏👏👏

@Telstra @NT_KING666 Your wifi internet service sux ballz. Since the NSW floods, it's worse than ever, just when people need it. It's worse than dial-up in the 80s. #Telstra @Telstra #ScottMorrison dropped the ball. #ScottyFromMarketing 🖕
