In the store the account is in my name, told to call to sort out the original problem, I call and get the same, can’t do anything as it’s not in my name…

@Telstra I just rang 132200 and they answered my question in under 10 seconds. I’ve spent over 3 hours in the app chatting with support. That is disgraceful.

@EmergencyBK @Why_not_fix_it @NBN_Australia I've been reading your tweets and appreciate the problems your experiencing EBK. Gosh, I've been in similar myself when NBN is down and Telstra 4G here is abysmal, calls drop out frequently. Local businesses often have to take mobile EFTPOS outside to get a signal. Sorry you /2

@Telstra I hope so. As we speak I have wireless on my phone now but Netflix and YouTube still drop out. My laptop has wireless but is extremely slow.

@Telstra We had no problems when we had separate accounts and two bills, or were with another provider. Since we have one billing account and two phones we can’t get both watches working.
