Never, ever get an @ALDIAustralia mobile plan. The absolute worst data chewing plan I've ever had. Only got it for Telstra coverage but absolute garbage.

@andy_penn I challenge you to try to use Telstra's own online tools to get any sort of help with a small business technical fault.They are atrociously disjointed and poorly designed. Ever wonder why phone support takes 1.5 hoursto get any help, online channels are unusable.

Is Telstra mucking about with its mobile service to the regions by changing the signal in some places from 3 to 4G...or dropping the range so the signal is too weak to reach the obscure customers..Like they can't be bothered and want them to drop out and go to Optus ore summat?

@Telstra So I’ve invested 8hrs on trying to buy an internet connection from #Telstra. My only requirement is that I be guaranteed service provision that will enable me to reliably watch Netflix. I can get no such guarantee. I live in metro Melbourne.

@JustKatIsFine @Telstra Yes! We had no internet for 36 hours until they finally fixed it for us today, and they tried to tell us it was an NBN problem. The NBN tech came out, even replaced our modem for free and it was 100% a Telstra issue
