The only way to enquire about a credit for not providing service? The internet!

Since suburban ones would be running at a loss, but under city/CBD highly profitable. Run mix of Telstra and 3rd party advertising.

With the mini mounted on my roof rack I stay connect on the road 24/7 no matter what. Because Telstra in particular have been regressive in the 4G space in country Australia. "LACK OF COVERAGE" But, I haven't put all my eggs in one basket. I still use a sim card router in areas with decent mobile coverage. It helps keep the cost down. It will be interesting when SpaceX have their mobile phone satellites up and running. Hopefully it will put pressure on current telcos to reduce their over charging. Right Telstra?

anthony, underclass prole cat, edwards (@anthony45052793) reported@kwingerei my local telstra mobile tower has been faulty since they "upgraded" it to 4G. every few days it just stops working, phone thinks it has signal but calls cant be made or received. sometimes rebooting phone fixes it. cant even call 000 without takeing out phone sim.

DespairingIndividual (@BritIndividual) reported@Telstra My internet was offline for 12 days (unrelated to recent mobile outage). I was repeatedly told by the techs that I would receive a proper refund for the mussed time. You have now only offered $14 and your support chat keeps closing the chats!
