Thanks @telstra for your ****** service throughout the years but it’s time to say goodbye. After four 40min phone calls trying to solve the worst NBN speed (and let’s just add you weren’t even able to figure out what account we were talking about) 1/2

  • elisaiurato elisaiurato (@elisaiurato) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra once again your call Centre won’t let me get through, I used the app, the functionality is erroring. As a customer for over 20 years I am so over issues and trying to get assistance to change an appointment that you never asked me when was ok to do it! Someone call me.

  • GardeningGaffer McGinness (@GardeningGaffer) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@_thomasparkes @Telstra Indian cam calls. Buy call guardian $72 for 2 handsets. Then they have to say their name before call goes through, call centres never say their name.

  • spalliera Looch (@spalliera) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@uglybustards @AFL Signed up to Kayo or Telstra. If you are already a kayo customer close that and open one with Telstra at $5 a month for 12 months. Better in your pocket

  • JohnBilling3199 John Billing (@JohnBilling3199) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra Yes. I went out the front before, closer to the 5G tower which is a stone's throw from me, and it went back to full 4G for a moment, then back to 5G with zero signal strength.

  • OuterspaceGRL79 Ashli (@OuterspaceGRL79) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

  • AnthonyRees Anthony Rees (@AnthonyRees) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra sent me an NBN connection device. It has all the wrong connections. So I called their customer support. The automated service sent me a txt message and hung up. Time to call @iiNet

  • cwgardiner Craig Gardiner (@cwgardiner) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Tried to get @telstra to upgrade my internet plan using the MyTelstraApp and Gold member support. Yep they are totally useless. Two reference numbers issued and still no change. Time to move to @optus I think

  • GardeningGaffer McGinness (@GardeningGaffer) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@_thomasparkes @Telstra Indian scam calls. Buy call guardian $72 for 2 handsets. Then they have to say their name before call goes through, call centres never say their name.

  • spalliera Looch (@spalliera) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@uglybustards @AFL I am not sure what the problem is. But from what i can tell you should be able to join kayo for $5 a month through telstra. I would give them a call and see what they say if you did want kayo. Not sure what happens with existing afl app

  • Alex_I_88 Alex (@Alex_I_88) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@paigecardona Telstra more expensive and customer service leave something to be desired. But, in my experience, the best product around by a long way.

Let’s just say for a telecommunications company @telstra has a customer service response that leaves you expecting where the communication bit comes in.

  • martincedes Martin - #BLM 🖤 (@martincedes) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@BroHilderchump @Telstra We’ve been trying to fix our home internet for the last 6 days. They are useless. They’re a telecommunications company and they can’t even figure o it out account number, address or payments. 🔥@Telstra🔥

Telstra Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • MarufAziz10 Maruf Aziz (@MarufAziz10) reported

@Telstra I’ve been on your live chat for the last 3 hours sitting here to get a resolution and been passed around about 5 times to different people without any warning.

  • Dharism1 Dharism (@Dharism1) reported

How do you know when the calls you are getting are #scams - when the callers identify themselves as @telstra technicians who are calling regarding a fault … Telstra will NEVER proactively fix a fault - even when there is a fault - and you are telling them there is a fault.

  • stuartgbriggs Stuart Briggs (@stuartgbriggs) reported

@Telstra Thanks. So can you please confirm that the issue the faults team explained last week has now been addressed or are you saying you don’t have all the info?

  • 432wheels Greg Lamb (@432wheels) reported

@Telstra My Grandstream DP752 doesn't seem to connect to my SIP service since moving to 5G home internet. Any suggestions to a fix? Soft phone apps work fine

  • kai_h Kai (@kai_h) reported

@gregeganSF People really need to think; Hang on, when I want to call Telstra, that's an hour of my life that I'm never getting back, even if all they do is "have you tried turning it off and on again", and yet here Telstra are calling me. It must be my lucky day!

  • Muted79 Muted #FCANCER (@Muted79) reported

@vicrollison @Firedingo Have never liked Telstra and their plans, doesn't surprise me that they are the first to go "greedy" in this regard.

  • GaleForce2011 Gayle TN (@GaleForce2011) reported

@telstra please fix your internet in regional Victoria…. Just to send this tweet took 3 hours and counting

  • 432wheels Greg Lamb (@432wheels) reported

@Telstra As expected, support is useless. First answer was there’s no home line on my 5G home service…after I said my issue is with VoIP device. Second response is that my internet service is connected…..no use at all

  • stuartgbriggs Stuart Briggs (@stuartgbriggs) reported

@Telstra No there isn’t… when I rang last week @telstra said it’s not on the site because it’s a partial outage only- the affect is everyone is suffering. Could you please look up and provide update as they did last week.

  • 432wheels Greg Lamb (@432wheels) reported

@Telstra not yet. Should I jump online via app/website or is there a direct support link for higher level support
