@Telstra how are you meant to reset a message bank pin, online support won’t do it, you talk to anyone on the phone, and we are in full lockdown so are not meant to go to stores

@NBN_Australia Yes, we’ve had technicians coming for 1.5 years and little progress. I’ve been told need to organise through Telstra but they have no customer service atm. Outside work done, but can’t seem to connect to house.

After all of yesterday’s frustration, today I was put in touch with Simon from Telstra Platinum who sorted out all of my issues which were very complex. It took time but I just want to say 🙏🏼 Simon for your time. A very happy ending @Telstra

@Telstra Hi Kaitlyn, Thanks for proactively seeking these requests out. I have tried installing Kali Linux virtual machine several times but the same problems is still occurring so I'm thinking it may be a network issue. I was able to update it a month ago though.

@swxxii Yes. I've been with optus for 20 years now and it's been a much better experience than being with telstra. Vodafone is pretty terrible in WA. Not many people use it.
