    @CaseyBriggs @mscott Wish i could watch the news and feel informed but @Telstra have had another drop out and so far 20 minutes on hold, it might be Monday before help. Why dont i work from home in COVID 19, 3 months of unexplained and unfixed dropouts

    It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

    @Telstra_news @TelstraEnt @Telstra are usually pretty quick to contact you when you don’t pay for their service...but they’re pretty bloody slow when their service sucks and you make multiple requests for assistance. Cmon, it’s 2019 and a week w/out internet shouldn’t happen

    @dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

    @Telstra Also concerned that I have been able to sign into My Telstra account with both my old and new password, had to set up my profile again for the same account already in use and presented with multiple errors. Something seems to be seriously wrong with your web services.

    So, after 90minutes @Telstra confirm their service has been down since before my first contact. The hoops I have jumped through since then seem rather pointless.

    @Telstra Why so I have a good 5G signal on the second floor of a Melbourne CBD building, but nothing five floors above in the same spot? It's horrendous.

    @kerivvy @DanielAndrewsMP Yes, I have complained to Telstra, the Telecommunications Ombudsman, the State member and the Federal member. No resolution. Hopefully, with the Games, it will highlight how terrible mobile services are in the regions. I am less than 90 minutes from Melbourne CBD.

    Tried to buy new IPhone 13 from Telstra. Won’t go into details but after 3 hours it was a fail. Just under 2 hours ago I purchased from Apple. Only took 5 mins on their website Already here in under 2 hours. If Christine Holgate was running Telstra it wouldn’t bloody happen!

    @Telstra outage update . NBN down since we’d last week . I am assured another 48 hours and problem will be fixed . Imagine a business that charges customers for a service they can’t deliver for 8 days ?

    Can anyone tell me Y I have been communicating with @Telstra relentlessly since Sept 2021 when I advised them 4 different ways including snail mail that I no longer have the address they KEEP ON sending me a service charge for.
