    It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

    @Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

    @Telstra_news @TelstraEnt @Telstra are usually pretty quick to contact you when you don’t pay for their service...but they’re pretty bloody slow when their service sucks and you make multiple requests for assistance. Cmon, it’s 2019 and a week w/out internet shouldn’t happen

    @dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

    We waited all day for @Telstra to call (like they said they would.....). But there was no phone call. C’mon guys - please get your act together and provide me with the service that I’m paying for. Kthanx.

    @Praveen79447438 @Telstra It is Telstra who will investigate and decide what exactly happened. I only know what bits I saw and heard and what others confirmed. The backstory lies within his customer file and security tapes etc. In this digital age some of our aged population may need help. #advocacy

    A @Telstra rep told me it could take up to 24 hours to get internet service back and then told me to please understand. *sigh* Working from home where I need to tether all day and then use up the data from my mobile plan makes me a lot less understanding.

    @markstrathmore @Telstra We had same issue and found after telstra upgraded the ssl certificates and rebooted our modem issue was fixed. If we reset our modem issue cleared for 10 mins. There is a vulnerability in ssl that exploited ssl and causing ddos attack. So put call into telstra for above.

    @_DanSc I was wondering about a similar issue on corporations supporting candidates, because a local Telstra phonebox is covered in the sitting MP’s advertising. It’s sending a partisan message even if it’s inadvertent.
