@Telstra_news @TelstraEnt @Telstra are usually pretty quick to contact you when you don’t pay for their service...but they’re pretty bloody slow when their service sucks and you make multiple requests for assistance. Cmon, it’s 2019 and a week w/out internet shouldn’t happen

@dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

I'm still struggling to get my @Telstra business line working after 3days. So when I phone @Telstra and be told that "if I use the My Telstra App, my call will be *PRIORATISED* in the queue!!" Why am I being discriminated against if I don't use Telstra App? (customer for 21 yrs)

@PhillipAdams_1 Friend just got Musk’s Starlink here in rural southern NSW to replace clunky Telstra broadband. Great service blindingly fast speed. If he gets fast broadband to Australian regions where our telcos and NBN have failed us (which will be great for decentralisation) then I’m happy.

@NationalFarmers @afsnsw We have **** phone coverage and worse internet, because of the NFF support for the idiot Joyce & his useless Party! Should have been sorted when Telstra was allowed to be sold, too late to winge now! Taxpayers don't have to pay to fix it!

Trying to help my disabled Dad with his @Telstra account settings, but it's virtually impossible. He's blind so doesn't use the Telstra app, and he doesn't email, so no Telstra login setup. We spent 2hrs on call centre calls and they failed to fix. 1/3

@Telstra’s wifi and mobile service is so constantly bad in the regions it’s almost criminal. After weeks of cuts to services, I’m barely able to upload or download content. Calls for service are now answered with ‘that’s the best we can do’. Telstra refuses to send technicians…
