Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

Both ends of a cable had been cut in Telstra pits and dragged hundreds of metres down the road.
