    @dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

    It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

    @Telstra It is not blocked as far as seeing the website for the public is concerned, it is blocked when we actually try to log in. I am not the only one experiencing this issue.

    @Telstra No Winona. I went through some prompts and obviously got the WRONG person I want to SPEAK with the RIGHT person ASAP, not wait (last time it was 17) minutes to finally get through your horrible menus

    @Telstra I can not sign into mytelstra as it keeps saying session expired and the messaging through the app is not working. Great tech at work. You charge premium $ for no service. I think Aussie broadband might be getting a new customer.

    @BrittaWeselmann @Telstra My 4G on mobile has been really bad the last two days.. I just switched to 3G only and it seems to work. Annoying but at least I have internet on my holiday again. @Telstra

    @Telstra The app does not work on my devices. The numbers fail me and my credit card (which works for other companies today) You are telling me that what I have tried (that did not work) is what I need to try again? And again? AND AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN?

    @Telstra what’s going on with the internet in the Gold Coast area? Just been to see an employee at the #telstraaustraliafair and he told us he had no information, other than it’s out of service! Come on #telsta people are working from home. Not even an email!!!

    @Telstra NO YOU DON'T!!! ALL LEAD TO YOUR HORRIBLE APP!!! I used to be able to click on a link outside the app, enter my credit card deets, and be done. Cannot do that anymore. You made it hard. I want a phone number that goes to a human (not an automated response) in my DM to fix
