It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

@dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

@Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

@Telstra_news @TelstraEnt @Telstra are usually pretty quick to contact you when you don’t pay for their service...but they’re pretty bloody slow when their service sucks and you make multiple requests for assistance. Cmon, it’s 2019 and a week w/out internet shouldn’t happen

@pocketcasts Thanks, doesn't work for me via Telstra 5G and Internode NBN cable, Nth Syd. Google podcast has the same issue. Will give it a go later, I did just get my covid booster before the issue.

Resorting to Twitter again to get attention from @telstra. Now I’m told there is no move order in place. Although they sent the hardware they don’t have a connection for me. How is this possible? @andy_penn fix your bloody company. 1/2

@MPX_Trader @Telstra Just a thought, Mandi, but I had issues with my internet one time, guy did something I'd never seen anyone do, he recabled the connections from the modem to the cable connector (fresh wire, stripped and re-added new connectors). Perfect afterwards.

@Telstra Ridiculous. Friends mobile gets stolen, can't 'chat', can't log it as stolen, can't call them to suspend while new sim gets posted so I call (after 60 minutes I have to hang up), chat (MY number gets suspended), message (app only works for my number after I log in)

Hey @Telstra it’s 2022, how hard can it be to block @AmazonAustralia scam from Iranian VoIP services? “John from the Amazon Prime cancellation department” doesn’t like the customer feedback he’s been receiving from me this week.
