@Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

We waited all day for @Telstra to call (like they said they would.....). But there was no phone call. C’mon guys - please get your act together and provide me with the service that I’m paying for. Kthanx.

It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

@dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

@Telstra_news @TelstraEnt @Telstra are usually pretty quick to contact you when you don’t pay for their service...but they’re pretty bloody slow when their service sucks and you make multiple requests for assistance. Cmon, it’s 2019 and a week w/out internet shouldn’t happen

@miriamcosic @iiNet Uses Telstra network. Has been reliable for me in Melbourne. They have some cookie cutter plans (like most telcos). Completely BYO phone. As someone who goes between really low use & moderate, the lower plan has suited.

I think the scammers are using me to train new staff. Just had a call where it took about ten seconds for the person to put on their headset or whatever. When they started their spiel they got as far as "this is [name] calling from The Telstra" and then it just cut out.

@Telstra when will prepaid overseas roaming be available? I jsut had a ridiculous "chat" with your "help bot" that said it is coming with a "new version of this will launch mid-2021." - long gone. Whats going on please?

Placed a prepaid sim order with @Telstra on the 15th… they took my money but I never got my order confirmation email. Now I’ve been on chat to their customer care and they have no record of my order or me…gotta love them making me regret choosing them before even getting my SIM

@Telstra help. How do I get in touch with the team that can manually review eligibility for the 5G Home Internet plan? I have line of sight to the tower and 200Mbps on my current Upfront Data on Nighthawk modem. Surely someone owns this?
