@dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

@Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

@Telstra_news @TelstraEnt @Telstra are usually pretty quick to contact you when you don’t pay for their service...but they’re pretty bloody slow when their service sucks and you make multiple requests for assistance. Cmon, it’s 2019 and a week w/out internet shouldn’t happen

Wanting to Stream tonght... But Telstra is having issues! Download: 5.79 Mbps // Upload: 13.84 Mbps My speed is usually in the 70 Mbps Download.... All support can say is "We’ve identified service congestion is impacting your speed" We are fixing it... #TelstraSucks #Telstra

@Telstra Thank you Luke, persistence eventually paid off and my query was answered and resolved. These frustrating delays happen far too frequently regardless whether trying to resolve a billing or service issue, or purchase a new item or service.

If I see one more ******* person tweeting about ruel and his Telstra performance while I’m trying to figure out what ******** is wrong with Telstra I stg , I’ve blocked that many ruel fan accounts so they don’t pop up while I’m looking for the issue it’s not even ******* funny

@Telstra And update ... lodged complaints with Telstra Problems and Complaints. They said bill would be waived, we'd be reiumbursed for a dongle they said would allow me to work from

@Telstra Home without me tethering computer to phone (it didn't help enough) and NBN would be here on Saturday. Well, NBN technician showed up and said the same thing a technician said about four visits ago ... that they'd need a cherrypicker to do it from the outside of unit.
