@Telstra return to giving people help when they call 132000 or discount our bills for the absence of customer support

  • Dannii_Taylor Dannii (@Dannii_Taylor) reported from Trafalgar, State of Victoria

@dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

  • Dannii_Taylor Dannii (@Dannii_Taylor) reported from Trafalgar, State of Victoria

@dilemski @Telstra @Optus Actually make that 5 days. It’s been five loooooong days waiting for resolution.

  • Dannii_Taylor Dannii (@Dannii_Taylor) reported from Trafalgar, State of Victoria

@Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

  • Dannii_Taylor Dannii (@Dannii_Taylor) reported from Trafalgar, State of Victoria

@Telstra_news @TelstraEnt @Telstra are usually pretty quick to contact you when you don’t pay for their service...but they’re pretty bloody slow when their service sucks and you make multiple requests for assistance. Cmon, it’s 2019 and a week w/out internet shouldn’t happen

  • Dannii_Taylor Dannii (@Dannii_Taylor) reported from Trafalgar, State of Victoria

We waited all day for @Telstra to call (like they said they would.....). But there was no phone call. C’mon guys - please get your act together and provide me with the service that I’m paying for. Kthanx.

  • Dannii_Taylor Dannii (@Dannii_Taylor) reported from Trafalgar, State of Victoria

It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

@Telstra Why bother, the problem keeps coming back no matter what fix you implement.

  • iammrdom Mr Dom (@iammrdom) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

I’m stuck thinking about my mobile carrier, so I stay with an Optus MVNO or go to a Telstra ‘full service’ MVNO. It’s complicated. There’s $10 a month in it between the two companies.

  • plasmo 10 OH! 4 VR (@plasmo) reported

@Telstra yeah idk this is like a system wise issue for country people. Even a "working" country line is barely audible now. How could you give info to an ambo if they can only hear every fourth word.

  • notguilty_hey Not Guilty 😊 (@notguilty_hey) reported

@Telstra I'm aware of that, it's the level of control you have over my choices in every plan offered I take issue with, I've spent hours talking to telstra experts but in the end I lose out by a lot, @andy_penn @acccgovau

  • LauraCarman Laura McClintock (@LauraCarman) reported

@moonyeyed I had iinet for a while and ******* hated their customer service. Currently with Mate NBN bundled with my SIM (they run on Telstra infrastructure) and they’ve been good as and relatively affordable in the grand scheme of telcos

  • AnnieFuller09 Annie's Out of This **** Show Called Australia (@AnnieFuller09) reported

@circleslifeAU This functiion works with Telstra/Vodaohone. I have to now come home for a week just to source a new Telco provider as I cant afford the roaming I am receiving. I've lodged a complaint with the Ombudsman as I am getting told misinformation & seeking legal advice #circleslife

  • Rossielad Robert #StandingWithUkraine (@Rossielad) reported

@AusGovICAC Lot of ex Telstra techs can help you out

  • nigel_moore Nigel Moore (@nigel_moore) reported

@lightfootsj @Telstra @hilltophoods Same issue here. After a few refreshes it showed tickets finally available but when I went to add them to cart, it said they weren't available. Feels like someone screwed up the settings somewhere in the presale.

  • Frank61pc 💧 Frank Flobster (@Frank61pc) reported

@maudenificent Don't the small providers all use either the Optus or Telstra network? Which means that if you aren't in/near a city you probably need to use one that uses Telstra. Nothing wrong with that, but avoid signing up for one that uses Optus if there's no Optus coverage at your place.

  • maudenificent Maude Nificent (@maudenificent) reported

australian twitter does anyone have a preferred mobile phone provider? - i rarely make calls, just occasional text for security purposes, so don’t need tons of data - desperate for a provider where i can speak to a human if there is a problem (so NOT optus telstra etc) tyia
