Dannii (@Dannii_Taylor) reported from Trafalgar, Victoria@Telstra_news @TelstraEnt @Telstra are usually pretty quick to contact you when you don’t pay for their service...but they’re pretty bloody slow when their service sucks and you make multiple requests for assistance. Cmon, it’s 2019 and a week w/out internet shouldn’t happen
-
Dannii (@Dannii_Taylor) reported from Trafalgar, Victoria@dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it
-
wombat lyons (@wombatlyons) reported from Trafalgar, Victoria@CaseyBriggs @mscott Wish i could watch the news and feel informed but @Telstra have had another drop out and so far 20 minutes on hold, it might be Monday before help. -
Man With A Stick (@bludgeonParagon) reported@ashleycanttweet Social media truly signal boosts the most negative people these days because I remember back when I was playing a ton of Horizon 3, and as an Australian I don't recall people online ever being so miserable. I was just marvelling at the wheelie bins and Telstra phone booths lmao

The Noisy Elephant (@TheNoisyTrunk) reported@adrian_couper "Telstra is a perfect example. The public owned it, public funds built it, and then the government sold it back to us as shares, what a ‘great deal’ for the people, right? In reality, the public purse lost a reliable income stream, and most everyday Australians (the ‘mum and dad’ investors) ended up on the losing end. Institutional investors and super funds snapped up the lion’s share, while retail investors often saw their holdings underperform or get diluted over time. The privatisation was framed as empowering the public, but the system was stacked in favour of the big players from the start. What John Howard did was sold the golden goose that lays eggs to pay down debt to make himself look good. Short-term.

7NEWS Adelaide (@7NewsAdelaide) reportedPolice are searching for a second suspect after a copper cable stealing spree left dozens of homes without internet in Morphett Vale. Both ends of a cable had been cut in Telstra pits and dragged hundreds of metres down the road. Police say they spotted an SUV with a large amount of cabling on the ground before seizing various power tools from inside the vehicle. A 41‑year‑old Christies Beach man has been charged with theft and going equipped.
-
Hydra Boom (@HydraBoom) reported@Telstra No outages, just the pathetic mobile coverage that is our only back up for nbn. Keep putting your cgarges up and the service keeps declining. You know about this problem, its been reported multiple times, fix the tower already.
-
Ron Henry (@RonHenryCC) reportedIt is OK @kayo It casts well from the phone. I suspect using 5G. So it is possibly a @Telstra server problem.
-
Nelly choppa (@NellyChopp21984) reported@youngpac775 @omowereyso I don’t mean Tesla car, I mean her telecom/ network provider just like mtn, in Australia the use Telstra and some others
-
Lasindu Nambige (@LasinduLive) reportedSpaceX is now the most valuable telecom company on earth and it doesn't have a single retail customer yet. Telstra, Optus, Verizon — all about to find out what happens when one guy with rockets decides your industry is too slow, too expensive, and too protected by government.
-
Danny (@danny_v8) reported@bek_lenin @MmeMaigret1 @ashman_the Keating/Hawke began the sell off. Commonwealth Bank, Telstra etc. Costello/Howard continued with it. Just as bad as each other. Rudd with his ‘stimulus cheques’ got us into debt which has spiralled to today’s numbers.
-
Jonathan Borges (@bo10546) reported@AFL @kylie @Telstra And not a **** was given that day.
-
Extranious A (VIC/Tim) (@AssExtranious) reported@gilmie76 @Telstra @MarkAClarkson Or threatening you with a $200 fine for not returning your modem after your house burned down.
