  @Telstra_news @TelstraEnt @Telstra are usually pretty quick to contact you when you don’t pay for their service...but they’re pretty bloody slow when their service sucks and you make multiple requests for assistance. Cmon, it’s 2019 and a week w/out internet shouldn’t happen

  @dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

  Switched home internet providers cause Telstra were actually insane lmao but now when connected to my AGL wifi it doesn't let me watch any NBA on my NBA app and this message just shows up. I have tried trouble shooting it and I've even ventured onto Reddit for help but nothing works 😩🥴 I literally pay a yearly fee to watch NBA games so not sure why they're cockblocking me!   @Telstra what’s going on with internet in area code 2640?? It’s been up & down constantly since Wednesday.. 8 times dropping out. Is it inland rail causing the issue??? We are close to train station.. call centre is no help!

  @kai_h @algorithmsayshi Tried this, it has us located in Sydney for some reason. While the modem was updating the DNS it restarted and my phone connected back to our old Telstra net which had us accurately located in Victoria. Def AGL/eero issue from troubleshooting
