@Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

We waited all day for @Telstra to call (like they said they would.....). But there was no phone call. C’mon guys - please get your act together and provide me with the service that I’m paying for. Kthanx.

@Telstra_news @TelstraEnt @Telstra are usually pretty quick to contact you when you don’t pay for their service...but they’re pretty bloody slow when their service sucks and you make multiple requests for assistance. Cmon, it’s 2019 and a week w/out internet shouldn’t happen

@dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

@PhilGould15 @Telstra easier solution would be just make a new throwaway email account and register with that, or even use the misses’ email address. with most apps etc these days you can’t have two accounts under the 1 email, but if you really want the old one ring kayo support 🤝

@Law_Girl_ I hated Telstra from back in the 2000’s because of their **** adsl and customer service. I avoided them for 20 years. Decided to try their 5G. Pretty average coverage. After the behaviour of their CEO I’m heading back to Optus. And to think Telstra was once a government entity.

@lupinski @ericsson @Telstra I was a switching and mobility tech, never worked on the lines side however I know what you mean and I have a mate who still works there and the CAN in remote areas is shot and has been neglected for years dodgy gel filled joints still everywhere, still using 4Ch DPGS's

@ACurrentAffair9 This is really disingenuous as @Telstra is one of those companies where staff work #AustraliaDay anyway offering ongoing support for things like service & technical issues. Companies like this always ask staff if they want to work on PH's & only roster if not enough takers #9ACA

@Telstra Transcript obtained from agent via My Telstra Messaging. All relevant numbers **** but at least I have the rest of the 3-hour conversation. Support via the other chat app is very poor. The app itself isn’t very good. Unless I’m mistaken, you can’t save/copy transcript as a whole.

@Telstra @JohnES45 Oh god... that is such a stereotypical Telstra response. Just like when i told them i had 0 to 1 bar of mobile signal at my house In got an extremely similar response. Just don't bother with them John. They simply don't care.
