    It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

    @Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

    @Telstra Yes pass it on. Alot of ppl (like my dad, a Telstra customer) don't use Facebook 🤮 or other social media. Considering this affects all customers, it should have already been sent to all. I use Twitter & I just found it. It was posted on the 12th. They dropped the ball on this 1.

    @ozfinn That sucks. Not sure how many networks, but i did hear some Optus customers were getting them aswell. Telstra says they are from real numbers, so not much they can do. Im used to the normal scam calls & that. But these are getting very annoying.

    @Telstra @BellaNikita83 Install the textkiller app. Seems to work well so far . Puts all these crap sms scam messages into a junk sms folder it creates. Without the annoying ding at 3am

    @Telstra another day another service drop out. Wonder if the status page actually lists the issue this time rather then me having to call up to get that confirmed and then told oh yeah there is an issue check status page even after i explained its not showing outages

    @Telstra when are these spam texts about fake voicemail messages going to stop !!! 3 a day is doing my head in , and I have an iPhone , not an android!!!! Please fix ASAP!!!!
