    @Telstra_news @TelstraEnt @Telstra are usually pretty quick to contact you when you don’t pay for their service...but they’re pretty bloody slow when their service sucks and you make multiple requests for assistance. Cmon, it’s 2019 and a week w/out internet shouldn’t happen

    @CaseyBriggs @mscott Wish i could watch the news and feel informed but @Telstra have had another drop out and so far 20 minutes on hold, it might be Monday before help. Why dont i work from home in COVID 19, 3 months of unexplained and unfixed dropouts

    We waited all day for @Telstra to call (like they said they would.....). But there was no phone call. C’mon guys - please get your act together and provide me with the service that I’m paying for. Kthanx.

    It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

    @dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

    @Telstra I've responded in DM - see my notification of issues. Initially after speaking directly with people in your call centre, I was directed to use your app, which I have done. This included on @ 15 April being directed to the #telstra #chatbot which was not properly programmed!

    @Magpie1954nBird I've been with Optus yrs but lose service just outside area I live. Am switching to a provider that uses Telstra, but not direct with Telstra. I want customer service!! Looking at Belong, but will now take look at Aldi.

    Reaching out to @Telstra to see if they can help out with two Bigpond emails that got merged to a business account and can no longer hit POP server. Tech support have no idea.

    I don't understand how @Telstra can still manage to fail so badly at providing basic phone services. I just wanted to port my phone over to @Telstra. Instead I paid money to be unable to make or receive calls, texts, etc. Amazing.

    @sgroomy1 @bruce_haigh I worked for Telecom Aus when it became Telstra, I worked for Newcastle buses until just before it became Keolis downer,. Common to the two was the supposed degradation in service to enable the spin drs to push privatisation. Sound familiar ABC.

    @Telstra don’t know how you claim no outages on Central Coast. In Terrigal, it take 2 mins to get a response, if you’re lucky. Worse than dialup. Been like that for most of yesterday as well. Rubbish service!!!

    @lukeofpreston Has been for years. I live in Adelaide CBD. I have to stand under the door between the kitchen and living room to make a call. With the amount of high rise apartments being built the bandwidth is overwhelmed. Telstra don't give a ****. They are ovs making $ with big corps

    My international roaming experience using @Telstra has be woeful - from no data and no phone connection to consistently being unable to access message bank. Have lost valuable work time reporting with no permanent fix - service has been appalling! #notgoodenough @Telstra_news

    @anthony_geurts My first away was Victory v Brisbane at the Telstra Dome in season 2. Although we snuck away with the points I was in awe at how much noise your support made. When everyone in the ground got involved in the North/East/South/West side chant I was impressed.

    @Telstra As I've been saying since I arrived in the US on Friday 8 April. I just want a functioning #internationalroaming service - @Telstra @Telstra_news needs to lift its service - it has caused me major inconvenience and costs!
