    @dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

    We waited all day for @Telstra to call (like they said they would.....). But there was no phone call. C’mon guys - please get your act together and provide me with the service that I’m paying for. Kthanx.

    @Telstra_news @TelstraEnt @Telstra are usually pretty quick to contact you when you don’t pay for their service...but they’re pretty bloody slow when their service sucks and you make multiple requests for assistance. Cmon, it’s 2019 and a week w/out internet shouldn’t happen

    It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

    @Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

    @AusAntiLeft @Telstra Well I have a primary service that works and just leave it, but needed a 2nd one. They have screwed my acct numbers up and keep billing for a non-contract service. A friend said put an official complaint via website, which seems to work. Can't chat to humans these days…

    @Telstra Day 2. 8am and here we go with our first drop of the day. Should I just send the girls home now? Yesterday it was scheduled maintenance we weren't notified of what is it today, out of your control still? @NBN_Australia wtf? If I was a corporation you'd be bending over backwards.

    @Telstra Hi Lee - nope. Nbn have done their part now to wait for technology I don’t need to get here from Telstra before they will do theirs. Until then I don’t have a stable connection because technically no ISP for an active nbn service.. still I wait.

    @Jezzaj We got rid of Foxtel to save money and switched from Telstra to save money...panicked a couple of weeks ago as I went through the viewing options-Foxtel gone and streaming from the AFL app which also had its problems gone-for the Port game and signed up to Kayo before the game!
