    @dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

    It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

    @Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

    @Borgus17 @BenJohnson8 Ours used to be decent, but in the last 6 months it's turned to ****, Telstra are constantly making new excuses. It's normally faster than the above, but struggling to get above 12meg down and 1 or 2meg up.

    @Telstra My modem was running on 4G (which is below average) for well over two weeks. I wasn’t receiving NBN. Now all I get is an apology that my service has been disconnected and there’s nothing that can be done about it.

    @Telstra i have 5g turned on and 3 bars signal on my phone and i dont get internet. DNS_PROBE_POSSIBLE comes up if i wait long enough when trying to load a website
