  @Telstra_news @TelstraEnt @Telstra are usually pretty quick to contact you when you don’t pay for their service...but they’re pretty bloody slow when their service sucks and you make multiple requests for assistance. Cmon, it’s 2019 and a week w/out internet shouldn’t happen

  It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

  @dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

  @TheFlemishSeth Because the Murdoch’s paid astronomically originally for GoT thus not warranting WB to set up shop locally. Like in early 00’s when Telstra paid google loads of $ to not set up Maps so they could hang on with Whereis for that little bit longer. Google prevailed

  @Telstra Bullshit. How is an 80+ woman, who doesn't even have English as a first language, and is regularly in and out of emergency, supposed to deal with this? Even now, after an hour on the phone, the service is still not connected, and you cut her off summarily...

  @Telstra (4) doesn’t now anything about the issue (nothing is on my mother’s file), or they have said it is in credit and she doesn’t need to pay, a note has been made and I am told no more calls will be made to my mum demanding payment.
