@Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

@dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

Thinking of moving away from Telstra for mobile and NBN - it took 12hr to reach support yesterday. Does anyone have any recommendations? Has anyone else moved and found coverage lacking?

@stationmum101 @FixBushInternet @RegionsMatter That might help a few small towns but I think that forcing Telstra to allow roaming would be far better for mobile phone users in all areas but mostly those in remote areas forced to buy from Telstra & pay their higher premiums

@FlatEarthGang @Telstra @Telstra are as bad as Centerlink. No human service. Only designed to take money. Any other call automatically deflected to bad AI or off-shore call center. Corporation handed a virtual monopoly designed to keep people away and collect profits only. Needs to be Re-nationalised.
