@Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

  • Dannii_Taylor Dannii (@Dannii_Taylor) reported from Trafalgar, State of Victoria

It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

@mmontyj3 @Telstra @SffRoy Don't be fooled into false sense of confidence by Telstra SM team here either. Nobody will help you, it's just lip service to temporarily placate customers. I've been trying to deal with Telstra since 26th February. This time. We had excellent services until #Telstra "upgrade".

  • p4ndr_ David (@p4ndr_) reported

@Telstra Hiya Reggie, ticket number I have is 212 599 05. Can also provide my service number, the missing phones IMEI and postal tracking number (the store sent it via courier I believe)

  • grumpyshortpant PresidentBushranger (@grumpyshortpant) reported

Hey @telstra stop sending me texts that my phone bill is nearly due five days before it’s due. It is distracting, never at a welcome time and quite frankly pisses me off; I’ve been with you for decades.

  • KashmiraO Kashmira Oswal (@KashmiraO) reported

@Telstra Further hand at all? Seriously? Can you get someone to call me and fix my issue? Instead of just sending me the same link again and gain which has clearly given me no solution?

  • ALBACapMgmt 🅰️LB🅰️ (@ALBACapMgmt) reported

@undefinedhandle @Telstra The modem is the issue, tons of 802.11ax routers, cant find a half decent modem

But I will say, I've only had positive experiences with the Telstra Twitter Support team. Like whoever is in charge of hiring those peeps, good damn job.

Now imagine if they weren't just two of the pair but different brands and styles? Universal access matters Universal accessibility matters Its why telstra prior to the public float was mandated to service regional and remote areas Its why Australia Post must always be public

  • BernyChangeLing BE (@BernyChangeLing) reported

@exetel I just got a voicemail message from (02) 8030 1000 saying: "Hi this is Yani calling from Exetel. Please call us back in order to change your plan to the Telstra Network. Or else your phone will be disconnected." Can you please explain this message??

  • photobycw Craig White (@photobycw) reported

@mittyhayes @Telstra Agreed this happening too much. The quality of service is notably declining and as you say Tim Hayes It is increasingly difficult to operate business.

  • stephenatkinso5 stephen atkinson (@stephenatkinso5) reported

@Juanita_Phillip Ausie broadband, not especially cheap or expensive, but efficient, Australian call centres and quick to respond to issues. Had them for 2 years, we are in the bush, offer a much better service than Telstra.
