It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

@dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

@Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

@locklogic_luke @VodafoneAU he thing that really shits me is that I actually know what the infrastucture is, @Telstra own the backhaul to Darwin, but they have not reserved enough bandwidth for their mobile services so its congested and their customer services are degraded. Zero customer focus.

@Telstra My issue is theres other providers but weirdly none go to my address and most sit around the $60-70 mark and 45mbps while im paying 80 for slower?

@Telstra The new 2-Step-Verification via Telstra App and FaceID does not work with Safari on iOS. I sign in, switch to the App to verify, but the Safari window never gets refreshed. I have to use SMS to verify. Please fix. Thanks.

On the boat so reliant on @Telstra 4g for internet, I can see the tower, but service is so congested I cant stream even 720p. One of the world's worst telcos, surely?

.@Telstra trying to pay my bill (due today) through the MyTelstra app. Everytime I tap on Pay Now it sits on a loading screen for a solid minute then gives me an error message. App down? Does it matter for some reason that I'm overseas currently?
