    It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

    @Telstra your service is awful. I had three issues I wanted resolved. Rang the phone number and the automated system offered to send me a web link then hang up on me when I asked to speak to a person.

    I had something to sort out on my grandparents' Aussie Broadband NBN connection and I got through to Aussie customer support within a minute. Issue was resolved within 17 minutes. You wouldn't be able to get through at all with Telstra. My Nan is now with @ALDIAustralia Mobile.

    When there’s one customer being served in store and you’re waiting 50 minutes for the 3 other @Telstra staff standing around to serve you after they gave a 20 minute wait time

    @Telstra We have telstra velocity services. The internet has been down since the 28th Jan. I run a self trouble shooting steps that advised to bring an antenna technician which I did and paid $95 to find out the issue is from your side.
