    It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

    We waited all day for @Telstra to call (like they said they would.....). But there was no phone call. C’mon guys - please get your act together and provide me with the service that I’m paying for. Kthanx.

    @CaseyBriggs @mscott Wish i could watch the news and feel informed but @Telstra have had another drop out and so far 20 minutes on hold, it might be Monday before help. Why dont i work from home in COVID 19, 3 months of unexplained and unfixed dropouts

    @dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

    @Telstra_news @TelstraEnt @Telstra are usually pretty quick to contact you when you don’t pay for their service...but they’re pretty bloody slow when their service sucks and you make multiple requests for assistance. Cmon, it’s 2019 and a week w/out internet shouldn’t happen

    @Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

    @malimber01 @robb_j_m What are you talking about. The NBN was created from nothing and only cost so much in the end because it was saddled with Telstra's **** copper infra by the libs and had to essentially build it twice.

    @BrowntownBrew @robb_j_m Some people paid for full fibre to afterward be told connection in that area is still to direct to node & were in a dead spot. Telstra occasionally do a few upgrades but it never really fixes anything. Its a big country, we don't all live in the city.

    @Telstra I’m concerned why I was getting 2-3 bars all week in town now I’m at 3-4 I was losing connection to internet and having buffering issues running a speed test now doesn’t answer why I had poor reception throughout the week . That’s not what I’m paying for

    @kai_h @algorithmsayshi Thinking either the eero modems have a built in VPN I cannot locate n disable or the router detecting Telstra AND AGL is causing it to not trust our IP. Also unsure why NBA would care if we are in Syd or melb as far as licensing issues as it's the same market. Frustrating.

    @DrewPavlou @GeraldPimm The issue is when the state goes into debt it sells its assets. Gov used to own most necessary infrastructure like Telstra,sec,ports etc. When they need $ they sell.

    Today’s customer service cvnts winner is Telstra. 2.5 hours on the chat line to just cancel an internet Foxtel connection which they stuffed up and then gave me the Indian Call Centre shuffle. OH we undertaken your frustration bullshit. We deserve better service from Australians.

    @llelectronics @thesamuelnam Vodafone Network: Unlike Telstra and Optus, offers a 90-day grace period for international visitors with non-compliant phones. If you use a Vodafone local SIM or purchase a travel eSIM that specifically runs on the Vodafone Australia network, your phone will work normally.
