    @Telstra Greg! I apologize! But I tend to lose my temper every time we have contact. Suggestion: I believe there is a correlation between your mass-mailings (paper and digital) and your service line traffic. You might study the relationship and adjust accordingly.

    @zanerednwhite Yeah $15 you could use Chromecast screen resolution might be poor mine 780p. I got a Telstra TV gen 3 off Facebook marketplace there were plenty of Gen 2 for $35. Resolution seemed better. $15 month to month seems ok to me

    @Telstra The connection has been like this for the last few weeks. We occasionally get a text explaining upgrades are underway on the network. But Sunday is will be a paid stream costing A$90 & will not have a replay. So pls, make sure there are no interrptions on the network.

    @Telstra I made the switch to NBN and was meant to be sent the modem and the NBN connection box. Only the modem arrived, I've tried calling/messaging and both times the customer service was unable to give me a straight answer. Is it meant to come from Telstra or the NBN tech? Thx

    @Telstra absolutely worst customer service. I tried to do a port in from other provider to Telstra and its already 24 hours without mobile network. I was chatting with Telstra customer service for 6 hours and they just wasted my time handballing the case to different teams.
