    What do I mean? Telstra and Optus, overwhelmingly, have no record or status system that gives them status on *most* of their copper networks. They know that it’s broken, susceptible to water logging and damage, but they don’t have any way of knowing exactly where these areas are.

    @Telstra I think after being a loyal customer for over 30 years I might change providers as the service over the last 2 weeks has been appalling.

    @thecolourfool I'm doing ok with the Telstra 5G service, but I have data-sharing across two accounts. Having a hard data limit is worrying but the network here is fine. I'm in a non-nbn Telstra velocity area and the alternative is 80/5 which is terrible for very large uploads.

    @Telstra You advertise that Telstra has the best network however with problems occurring with signal strength, messagebank and telstra air to name a few, I would say it is less than Optus and more on a par with Vodafone

    @telstra pre paid still down. After 2 days I still have no access to my account. I have spoken To 4 people over 2 days All sympathetic all professional But nothing done Will not escalate to a senior The system is still down funny the part that takes your money is always working

    @Telstra I've just lodged a complaint. The person I spoke to has my number & could call me back if she could be bothered. Not wasting time on hold trying to get through to another person who will have a different thing to say from the other 2. I'm done with telstra. NBN will be moved now
