@BazzaCC @Telstra Same thing here. Not only lost nearly all signal,now missing work jobs,,,,because calls and emails not coming through( get allocations on daily basis). In the same period,increased my contract. Also convinced my elderly neighbour same bullshit and deal with NBN.BLOODY SCAM

I know it's not nice of me but I am really over the constant messages and emails from my mum about her @Telstra prepaid services not working. Complaining that text messages are taking 30mins to go through or not going through. Can't get online etc...

@Telstra you're f'n kidding me! 10 days since a number port request submitted. Y'day customer service tells me to get the details off Optus. I call telstra today with the details & the person tells me it's not their issue. Goes off to talk to someone & call gets cut off! Fuming!

@Telstra I've just lodged a complaint. The person I spoke to has my number & could call me back if she could be bothered. Not wasting time on hold trying to get through to another person who will have a different thing to say from the other 2. I'm done with telstra. NBN will be moved now

Why is @Telstra irrelevant? Making a couple of calls to resorts in Fiji to organise my holiday. I finally get my bill and those calls cost $53! This isn't the 1990's! Should have just video called the resorts, would have been free! Telstra should hang their head in shame.

@Telstra I think after being a loyal customer for over 30 years I might change providers as the service over the last 2 weeks has been appalling.
