@BazzaCC @Telstra Same thing here. Not only lost nearly all signal,now missing work jobs,,,,because calls and emails not coming through( get allocations on daily basis). In the same period,increased my contract. Also convinced my elderly neighbour same bullshit and deal with NBN.BLOODY SCAM

@Telstra So after three hours on the phone with @Telstra ive learnt they do not have the ability to correct an issue they have caused as certain departments are closed on a weekend. There is no contingency systems in place when there is an issue. This is seriously concerning.

@Telstra Just had a shockingly positive experience at your Pakenham store - Jade ported our 2 numbers and updated our accounts in under an hour. The staff were delightfully helpful and it was probably the most positive customer experience we've had in a Telstra store. #shooketh

@Telstra Hey Jay, Hey Emily, do any of you fun kids have surnames or does your company just think using surnames is for squares? A lot of people here have already contacted Telstra about this issue and the ombudsman and we’re all sick of going through over and over again.

@Telstra And people WILL die if they cannot get mobile reception to notify emergency services and @Telstra and @Optus will be blamed and there will be a massive investigation & it could cost you both millions of dollars so I suggest you do a little more than offer platitudes on Twitter.

…to have dropouts, another client Telstra facilitated running a new copper line to the building of a client who’s service kept dropping out and never connected the new line, just copper cable hanging outside the building, @telstra blaming NBN and NBN blaming @Telstra

@Telstra Yes - however the network team said they can’t help and so I am left with no resolution. The case manager is fabulous but is also at a loss. And the network team will not authorise a technician to come to assist

I run an IT company with around 100 client and generally any time @telstra are involved it is always a long drawn out experience. I have had some great @Telstra reps help in the past but the overwhelmingly poor overall support and assistance has me gobsmacked.
