    @jriewolod @Telstra I know it’s slow, but I second the comments to take it to an ombudsman. I am sorry for your mum, but sadly not surprised - I have nothing but billing issues with Telstra. They always want us to pay first and then they’ll sort it out.

    @therealrukshan Very brave and I support their ability to choose to do that 👏🏻 I however will never spend a cent at any business who has shown their hand early in this apartheid @Qantas, SPC, Spotlight, @Telstra, Virgin. In a competitive market to lose 20-30% of their customers is brave 😬

    @lachlanbjensen @OwenRask Anyone who’s been on a call with Telstra to explain the router they sent is dropping packets, would understand the case for a “premium” ISP. I’ve had great experiences with $ABB.AX and $SLC.AX - down to helping with vlan settings on a specific Billion router on the first contact.

    this is all very funny because all of it is in service of me finally cancelling my phone with telstra and if they hadn’t ****** up my bill two years ago or fixed the problem any of the last 4 times i contacted them about it, i would have just let inertia keep me with them

    @Telstra I just called again (4th) time since 5/9. I just got told, expect a team to call you back in 4 to 5 days. are you serious? my service has been down since 2nd of Sept. I have called and raised the issues since 5/9. Telstra, do better. I am taking my business elsewhere.
