@jriewolod @Telstra I know it’s slow, but I second the comments to take it to an ombudsman. I am sorry for your mum, but sadly not surprised - I have nothing but billing issues with Telstra. They always want us to pay first and then they’ll sort it out.

@Telstra All I wanted to do was check the status of a request I lodged last night - I clicked "Save & Exit" - never hit the submit button but now it won't let me back in to view or submit it so I'm unsure if it's been lodged successfully or not

@Telstra When do we get the September or even August update for this? Still sitting on July firmware and after having the previous model 2, this thing needs a new firmware update. It's software is a big issue right now.

@Telstra The ref is 17360317, endless back and forth on @Telstra app. Weeks just to find my address. A customer since 2013, told a problem approving new account, but am notified of 2 new accounts by email? Seems to be no comms between depts. App then wants all details repeated - nightmare

@Telstra, loving the fact that I’ve had constant drop outs since I moved in and support will not help. I love even more that one support told me if I pay extra they can help. @VodafoneAU, without you I couldn’t even post this so thanks. :)
