@jriewolod @Telstra I know it’s slow, but I second the comments to take it to an ombudsman. I am sorry for your mum, but sadly not surprised - I have nothing but billing issues with Telstra. They always want us to pay first and then they’ll sort it out.

2: info. Also told that that would be a waste of time as that’s tell me the same thing. Is this what a world class service thinks is ok service - because @Telstra, it isn’t. So sick of the crappy service you provide rural customers - I can see you don’t care. @TPG_Telecom : DM me

@Telstra No because I can never get hold of anyone on the phone so thought this might be the best way to get hold of someone.

@bad_carp @Telstra Yes. I currently have Vodafone on my chat phone, which is patchy signal. I run Iinet at home for my server. I have one Telstra sim for my modem used for outdoor streaming, but need more modems and plans for outdoor streaming so I can do bonding.

@Telstra Hi Cas - like I said, no idea. I have literally wasted hours with customer service to learn 0% more than I knew before I wasted my time. I assume an outage - but 8 days !! I work from home - or at least I did before this...
