@jriewolod @Telstra I know it’s slow, but I second the comments to take it to an ombudsman. I am sorry for your mum, but sadly not surprised - I have nothing but billing issues with Telstra. They always want us to pay first and then they’ll sort it out.

Hi Telstra, Right now, from 8 am I am trying to contact you and it’s impossible. The reason being,to query a bill I should never have received, when I’ve already paid the FINAL payment to you. What sort of a company are you, trying to rip me off of something I don’t owe you?😡😡

@liber8SA @J_continent @_wkelly_ To quote from the link that I posted: "In completing the privatisation of Telstra, while leaving the network under Telstra's ownership, John Howard gifted essential natural-monopoly infrastructure to the private sector." That went against expert advice & betrayed the nation.

  • _Mike_Holm_ Mike Holm (@_Mike_Holm_) reported

@Telstra Thanks so much for your quick reply; I'm not sure Telstra is actually the problem here 😜 More likely upstream/NBN, as I said Telstra's cable (before NBN) was super-reliable. And, Telstra's failover 4G modem is great for situations like this.

  • gcoving GAC76 (@gcoving) reported

@Telstra I tried the DM route with you. But there is no solution. Telstra’s infrastructure is deficient. So I have to take time off work whilst we all pray things get fixed.

  • Aitch_El Overlizard (@Aitch_El) reported

Srsly. $$$$ paid to Telstra is $$$$ flushed down the dunny. How they continue to exist beats me!

  • ByssheShelley Shelley Burr (@ByssheShelley) reported

@Telstra Based on my interactions with Telstra so far, my confidence that DMing yet another robot will resolve this issue is super high.
