    @jriewolod @Telstra I know it’s slow, but I second the comments to take it to an ombudsman. I am sorry for your mum, but sadly not surprised - I have nothing but billing issues with Telstra. They always want us to pay first and then they’ll sort it out.

    I did explain that this was the first time I'd spoken to the Telstra Technical Department (which is not true, because I receive a lot of scam calls), and then I got bored, because eugh scammers. She asked if I wanted to fix my internet and I said not really

    We have established there’s a mobile network issue with Telstra. Many mobile calls completely decay and are unintelligible. Be warned it’s a network issue

    @Telstra im pretty lost by the treatment by Telstra. You do not return calls, maintain your app chat or return emails. You add services to my account without asking and expect payment. Then you won't respond to assist me. Very poor standards for such a big company

    @Telstra But I apparently have to wait a month to get nbn in a location that has no signal on telstra 4g where I can’t even search the Internet

    @Telstra My service has been interrupted since 9:36pm on Monday the 22nd of March and you've posted no additional details on the outage page since then. How is it you are an Enterprise business with this level of service?

    @Telstra I don't know. I haven't signed up for anything. If I see anything I don't like on my next bill there will be trouble. Still can't find where to manage my mail boxes. New system is a disaster for the older consumer. 😡
