@jriewolod @Telstra I know it’s slow, but I second the comments to take it to an ombudsman. I am sorry for your mum, but sadly not surprised - I have nothing but billing issues with Telstra. They always want us to pay first and then they’ll sort it out.

@Telstra Like I said, since ADSL was a thing, if it rains our internet suffers. It’s a known problem that I’m not going to futilely invest any more of my time on.

@bratat22 It seems to be orchestrated, maybe a push towards Digital ID. I say this because if your business is providing Data and communication services why isn’t all your Data incl customer info military grade encrypted? I use a VPN with it so why don’t Optus, Telstra etc have it

@incidentalchaos @Telstra Mate, you have to realise these social media folks haven’t a clue, worst they haven’t the training to cop the hint and pass the feedback up the chain when it’s above their pay grade. It’s a punish. Painful and business critical.

I wish the criminal classes would stop pilfering the copper cable in Adelaide - my internet speed with Telstra is as slow as SSussssssan Ley person understanding she lost the election. Telstra should pay the crooks to NOT pilfer the copper and leave it in the ground, much cheaper

HUGE thanks to @Telstra for sending me to two different shops, three times with appointments and over two hours wait, to not resolve the issues with my phone replacement. So glad I pay an exorbitant bill + insurance so that I can waste my time not being helped.

@JamesBingTheO @Telstra I know trying to fix anything with them, even if I'm a customer, is useless. It took me 3 formal complaints over 2 years to get something fixed on a business phone from the start of covid

Hey @Telstra How hard is & how long does it take to instal a landline for a bed-ridden resident in an aged care facility? Her only means of communication. Phone & connection are ready to go. Waiting on someone to come and fix it. Tuncurry NSW. It’s been over a week.

@Telstra what happens to all the areas that only get a few bars of 3G network support when you shut off the 3G network?

@Telstra Mathew I’ll personally give you 50 dollars if service gets expanded to my property
