I can find no clear information anywhere online about if there is an issue or outage. I've paid my bills, and my internet is working fine so pretty sure fault not due to me. No phones means no communication with my kid's schools, my elderly parents, etc. Fix it @Telstra !

  • Janis_Hill Janis 🍫📚📝🌈 (@Janis_Hill) reported

As our "landline" phone has never worked properly, since being forced onto NBN, our mobile phones are our only working phones... usually. So let's hope you sort it out soon @Telstra , I'm just thankful we weren't cut off on Wednesday during the catastrophic fire day.

Two months with cable broadband not working, 3 tech visits, promised escalation never materialising and now "can't escalate unless technician visits" when tech already confirmed no issue on premises. @Telstra #telstrafail

@brenthooley @Telstra You have to ask Telstra for the 100Mbps service or they put you on 50Mbps as a default.

  • pasavito Tony West (@pasavito) reported

@Telstra @Telstra Done. Deleted & reinstalled as a test; now even my own service details won’t come up :(

@JWaus @Telstra Same here. Been off since 2AM. Sucks having to rely on the backup sim. Painfully slow.

  • marckean Marc Kean (@marckean) reported

@NickRossTech @TurnbullMalcolm @NBN_Australia @matt_barrie @Aussie_BB Same: network layer 1 infra, same DOCSIS 3 cable, same advertised download speed (100Mbps). In the space of 15 mins My Telstra Netgear cable modem is swapped with an NBN cable modem, the exact same coax cable, 18Mbps slower, with NBN speed boost 100Mbps (costing more than before)

Good morning @andy_penn I have an update on my 80+ year-old MnLaw. No don't get too excited @telstra haven't fixed the issue after THREE MONTHS investigation, THREE WEEKS Escalation, Tree Case Managers and one @ACCAN_AU .. the assigned # goes straight to v/m, not unknow

  • Bazeeke luckyzedge (@Bazeeke) reported

@Telstra Im guessing that the outage around williams landing is the reason my nbn box keeps making a clicking sound.

When I travel to the country, when I am miles from any towns, phone/data cut out but GPS still works!! If I was on the Telstra network phone/data would not cut out cos they have .... SATELLITES
