@Telstra after my brothers and I have emptied the house in April. I have offered to prepay for the service until then. Every other service provider has been fine to leave accounts in the name of the estate. No threats to cancel services. Telstra says “No” because “it’s our policy”.

@Telstra My father died. I dutifully notified Telstra. Telstra requires the account to be cancelled or transferred. The account is my father’s home and internet service. The home is in a black spot for mobile coverage. I have asked Telstra to hold off on cancelling the service until …

@Telstra You flat out refused to let me pay a large amount upfront for a Sim plan, you said only direct debit for a new plan. You also allowed my identity to be used by a fraudster to buy a phone & set up a plan. Thats on my credit report 😡 You never charged them or fired staff for it🖕🏻

@BobNew8 The cable is absolutely not on our property. It’s ok, we’re leaving Telstra. Sick and tired paying for a service they refuse to fix ON THEIR END. It’s kind of an example how **** NBN is too. We’re only an hr from Melbourne, but we can’t connect and have to pay extra

@Telstra Your ad with all the Humvees and helicopters is mind-numbingly stupid and boring, it's way too long, it's on every single ad-break and the music is jarringly annoying

@JaneCaro I haven't said it for a while but "You had ONE job malcolm" My internet is fine after years of bad internet and mucking around. I abandoned telstra (terrible) and then optus (better) and now have Aussie Broadband (excellent) after a recommendation from the guy working on the NBN.

Telstra turned up to tell us they’ll never fix the cable (again) we’ll have to get sky muster but after the umpteenth visit, they’re all plugging starlink & this last tech said “haven’t seen a mask in months, thought Covid was finished!” Yeh, not taking ur advice is a good idea

@GregL2515 @JaneCaro I’ve contacted the ombudsman. Telstra has tried to fix my problem but the NBN says it’s not them. No wifi for 6 weeks.

@JaneCaro I'm with Telstra and paid significantly for a FTTP upgrade from copper wiring. My internet problem is in the past.

@landry235 @Telstra When I get the "we are improving services in your area" texts I'm usually down a black hole struggling to get 1 bar. But somehow texts from telco gets through. I ponder this.
