    @Telstra hey guys I need a little bit of advice… I moved over to Telstra for coverage I get one to nothing. Secondly I have horrific download/upload speeds, I was previously with Vodafone/TPG and the coverage was amazing + speed was fantastic, please help me with poor service.

    @margaretthrosby @Telstra I stopped using Telstra about 15 years ago for similar reasons. Told to wait until I moved before I could apply so I wasn't cut off, then waited 28 days to get connected. Never used them since. Better service and saved a fortune.

    Telstra says it will take a week to fix my internet. I have ADSL, which is usually near perfect. But after I reported static on the phoneline I now have no internet at all.

    @Telstra All of those questions and conditions in the form and instructions would be resolved if you had an address to forward them to. Nate as you’re making your customers work harder than necessary to report the issue.

    @Diane_in_SA THIS is becoming a huge problem!! I don’t have it. I’m with Optus. Is it seriously only with Telstra customers??! What’s @Telstra doing about it??!
