    @QuentinDempster @Barnaby_Joyce Leading up the inquiry I had investigated and reported on years of pork barrelling of Telstra proceeds called RTIF that the Nats and Libs promised would be set aside to upgrade the bush. 7 years later The ANAO said it was one of the worst example of waste they had ever seen.

    @NBN_Australia For 1 month I am suffering with nbn to get my internet connected. Complained to nbn and to Telstra, but no hope to get connected. I lost my work because of this problem

    @Telstra still waiting for a pre paid service to be activated…been to your store twice, am told “we don’t do that here, try the Telstra app” the app gives me conflicting information. If no one can help me then I’ll have to cancel my service.

    @DodoAustralia For any confused people I use Dodo mobile which is on the Ootus Network. I also have devices on the Aldi Australia network which is Telstra. Then I have a Telstra business mobile account. Our NBN is Dodo

    I think that the best way deal with @Telstra is to talk to humans: the 'messages' function starts with AI then goes to humans who have to try and make sense of the issues being typed in by customers. Language is always good for communication so there has to be back and forth.
